Abstract

Photographic transparencies intended for viewing by means of a projector are mounted in the required sequence on a strip of thin, flexible back-up film. The strip consists of two similar film parts, each with a row of rectangular apertures (4) to match the size of the transparency (8). The strip is prepared by first bonding to one part (2) a row of masks (6) with apertures slightly larger than the transparency. The transparency is fitted inside the mask and the second strip part (3) is then placed over the row of masks and bonded to them.
