Description
Darüber hinaus sind bei der erwähnten, bekannten Schaltleiste fertigungstechnische Nachteile aufgrund der Schräglage der Kontaktsockel gegeben.remain in the closed switch-on position or, if this is not possible or desired. together with the switching flap arranged underneath the switch-off position to the folded replacement position be moved. In addition, production engineering is involved in the known switching strip mentioned There are disadvantages due to the inclined position of the contact base.
The invention is based on the object, on the other hand manufactured technically simpler and therefore cheaper to manufacture switching strip of the type in question create that, despite their compact design, operate the switching flaps independently of one another allowed.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by a switching strip with the features of claim 1.
When moving the switching flap from the closed position into the open switch-off position leads they combined one. Pivoting and translational movement. through the NH fuse to the front the area of the contact pieces is moved away. This results in a large separation of the two contact blades the securing of the assigned contact pieces with the smallest possible pivot angle of Switching flap. The pivot angle can therefore be limited so that the switching flap in the open Position is not swiveled down to the horizontal. This means that even with a very compact design the individual switching flaps can be operated completely independently of one another because the under one The switching flap located in the open position remains freely accessible. Through the The forward shifted position of the switching flaps in the open state is also a special one large safety distance between the lower contact blade and the associated contact piece in the open position available. Because of the combined pivoting and translational movement of the switching flap with a small swivel angle, the contact blades and the contact pieces is guaranteed, there is also the advantageous possibility of using the contact pieces to be able to arrange in any, most suitable way, so instead of the inclined position of the contact pieces the straight-line arrangement of the contact pieces and the NH fuses, which is more advantageous from a manufacturing point of view to apply.
In the case of a single-pole fuse-disconnector or fuse-switch-disconnector, which is described in DE-GM 75 17 347, although it is already known per se for the pivoting movement of the switching flap to provide a positive guide formed by grooves and pins. However, this disconnector is not a switching strip with all of the contact pieces and switching flaps common carrier. Therefore, with this known switch there is also no need to ensure that the movement of the switching flap is controlled so that the accessibility and Mobility of neighboring switching flaps, which may be actuated at the same time, is not hindered will. In fact, the known construction mentioned is all about training to prevent the storage that the previously removed switching flap is pivoted after its insertion can be inserted before the trunnions are fully and correctly inserted into the associated guide grooves are. With this switch, the grooves and pins do not result in a combined swiveling and translational movement, but a pure pivoting movement of the switching flap.
However, this switching flap must also have bearing journals arranged in the middle of the flap for bearing journals at one of their end regions, what Very high side parts or housing walls are required to accommodate the grooves in which the pins are guided. especially since the grooves for the centrally arranged pins are relatively long and perpendicular to the front housing wall have to run. The effort for such side parts or housing walls is great. It is also disadvantageous the considerable space required due to the great depth. For a circuit safety edge is therefore this construction is not useful.
From DE-OS 29 03 322 a switching strip is finally known in which the switching flaps via a combined lever. Groove and slot guides are attached to the side walls of the carrier. The complicated combined lever and slot guide makes it possible. to bring the switching flaps in a manner similar to the subject of the aforementioned DE-PS 10 40 646 in a folded-over fuse replacement position. In contrast to the solution according to the invention, however, the guide shown in the aforementioned DE-OS does not result in a combined pivoting and translational movement of the switching flap, but rather a sequence of movements of the switching flap consisting of two superimposed, pure pivoting movements. R in fundamental contrast to e inventive concept also migrates the axis of rotation, soft through the pivot point of the guide lever on the control flap is defined. when pivoting the same far forward out of the side wall area of the carrier. It would therefore be impossible to guide this pivot axis in the side cheeks of the carrier with the aid of grooves.
In a designed according to claim 3 Ausführungsbdspiel the switching strip according to the invention can the switching flap in the simplest way by from Inserted into the storage at the front and by simply pulling it forward from the Safety edge can be removed. The process of changing the fuse can thus be carried out easily and conveniently will.
The invention is explained in detail below with reference to an exemplary embodiment shown in the drawing explained.

Bei diesen Seitenwänden 2. die zueinander spiegelbildlich entsprechend ausgebildet sind, handelt es sich um Platten aus einem Kunststoff, die beim gezeigten AusführungsbeispielThe switching strip shown in the figure has a strip body 1 with two side walls 2. of which in FIG of the figure only one, seen from the interior of the Last body 1 ago. you can see. In these side walls 2. the mirror images of one another are designed accordingly are, it is plates made of a plastic, which in the embodiment shown
4 befinden.are formed continuously over the entire length of the switching strip, but also in one of the number of in The NH fuses to be accommodated on the safety edge could be divided into a number of sections corresponding to the number of sections. Together with a rear floor or fastening part not shown in detail in the figure of the strip body 1, the side walls 2 form a channel-shaped opening towards the operating side, that is to say towards the front Inner space. In this are in the longitudinal direction one behind the other, i. H. with normal vertical arrangement the safety edge in a straight line one above the other. Arranged contact piece pairs, each of which has an upper Has contact piece 3 and a lower contact piece 4. The contact pieces 3 and 4 have connecting lugs Provided for the electrical connection with not shown Sarnrnelschienen, in front of those in the figure only the connection lugs, labeled 5, of the upper contact pieces 3 are shown. The contact pieces 3 and 4 of each of the pairs are arranged at such a mutual distance that between the Contact pieces 3, 4 an NH fuse can be used so that their contact blades 7 and 8 with the contact pieces 3 and 4 are in contact in the usual way. Each NH fuse 6 is assigned to one Switching flap 9 detachably arranged in the usual manner. The switching flaps 9 are on a storage 10, which is attached to the Side walls 2 is provided in the area between the contact pieces 3 and 4 of adjacent pairs, so attachable that the switching flaps 9 from a closed position, which is shown in the figure below and in which the contact blades 7 and 8 of the fuse 6 are in contact with the contact pieces 3 and 4, respectively, in an open position can be moved, which is shown in the figure above and in which the Contact blades 7 and 8 are located at a distance from the associated contact pieces 3 and 4, respectively.
The switching flaps 9 are produced from plastic by compression molding and have a cover part 11 as well as on both sides at its edges projecting walls 12, which are arranged at the bearing 10 Switching flap 9 within the side walls 2 of the strip body 1 run parallel to these. In the figure is only one of these walls 12, namely that of the illustrated side wall 2 of the strip body 1 adjacent Wall to see. The cover part 11 forms when closed Switching flap 9 has a cover which, as the figure shows in its lower part, provides access to the interior the safety edge prevents. In the end area of the switching flap 9 facing away from the bearing 10, there is a Molded grip piece 13, which is provided for the manual actuation of the flap by the operator is. For interaction with the one on the side walls 2 of the strip body 1 provided storage 10 form the walls 12 of the switching flap 9 extended Approaches 14, which by a recessed in them, extending in the longitudinal direction of the approach 14 and at the free end of the same open slot 15 are designed like a fork. One on each side wall 2 of the Last body 1 in the area of the bearing 10 mounted pivot pin 16 of the side wall 2 perpendicular protrudes into the interior, engages in the switching flap 9 arranged on the bearing 10 Slot 15. In the longitudinal direction of the slot 15 offset by a small distance to its closed end 17 Arranged, a pivot pin 16 similar to the guide pin 18 jumps laterally from the outer surface the wall 12 against the associated side wall 2 in front. This guide pin 18 engages in the bearing 10 arranged switching flap 9 into an arcuate guide groove 19 which is formed on the side wall 2. This guide groove 19 can be designed as a groove closed at the bottom or a continuous slot form.
The guide groove 19 forms for the movement of the guide pin 18 when opening and closing the switching flap 9 a guideway. For this movement of the switching flap 9, the one engaging in the slot 15 forms Pivot 16 the device-fixed pivot point. The guide track formed by the guide groove 19 has in its inner end region 20, in which the guide pin 18 is in the closed position of the switching flap 9 is located (see lower part of the figure), the smallest distance, namely a distance that is essentially the removal of the guide pin! 8 from the closed end 17 of the slot 15 corresponds. In the closed position of the switching flap 9 is located Accordingly, the pivot pin 16 in the area of the closed end 17 of the slot 15. Now the Switching flap 9 folded down from the closed position towards the open position, so leaves the Guide pin 18 the end region 20 of the guide track formed by the guide groove 19 and moves along this. The curvature of the guide track formed by the guide groove 19 is chosen so that the guide pin 18 is guided on a path in which its distance from the pivot pin 16 continuously enlarged. This results when the switching flap 9 is pivoted down from the closed position Position a translational movement superimposed on the pivoting movement, through which the switching flap 9 is displaced so that the pivot 16 moves away from the closed end 17 of the contactor 15 and when the switching flap 9 is fully open in the vicinity of the open end of the slot 15 with this in Engagement is, see upper part of the figure. The groove 19 that forms the guideway for the guide pin can have any shape, if this only has the effect that when the guide pin 18 moves away from the end region 20 of the guide groove 19 of the Distance between guide pin 18 and pivot pin 16 continuously increased. The groove 19 can, for example form an arc of a circle, the radius of curvature of which is greater than the distance between the pivot 16 and corresponds to the guide pin 18 when this is located in the end region 20 of the groove 19.
A possibly resulting arc is when pulling the contact knife 7 past the quenching plates 21 deleted, which are attached to the side wall 2. Because of the nature of the Forced guidance of the switching flap 9 caused translational movement which superimposed on the pivoting movement is, the lower contact blade 8 of the NH fuse is already after going through a relatively small pivot angle at a safe distance from the lower contact piece 4, because the switching flap 9, and with it the fuse 6, in the longitudinal direction when opening be moved. The possibility of movement of the switching flap 9 can therefore, as the figure shows, so be limited that the switching flap 9 is not folded down to the horizontal in the open state This provides unimpeded accessibility and the free mobility of the adjacent switching flap 9 guaranteed
For limiting the pivoting movement of the switching flap in the open position shown in the figure above Position are attached to the side walls 2 projecting stop body 22 provided with the side edges of the cover part 11 in the area of the lugs 14 of the switching flap 9 cooperate. Additional Stops against which the guide pins 18 rest when the switching flap 9 is in the open position, are formed by reinforcing body 23, which in the area of the front end of the guide grooves 19 in the side wall 2 in question are pressed in so that they do not protrude out of the plane of the side wall 2 and the relevant reinforcement body 23 during the pivoting movement of the fork-shaped extension 14 can be overrun. The reinforcing body 23 form a forward and upward Kink in the guide track formed by the guide groove 19 for the guide pin 18. In this front one Area, the guide groove 19 is open to the front, so that the relevant guide pin 18 of the switching flap 9 can be inserted into the guide groove 19 from the front. Since the slot 15 in the fork-shaped Approaches 14 is open at the end, the switching flap 9 can thus be easily inserted from the front be attached to the bearing 10 of the last body 1. To make it easier to insert the guide pins 18, the guide grooves 19 can be expanded like a funnel in the area of their opening.
