schränkt die Unhandlichkeit dieses Zeltes die Anwendungsmöglichkeiten
erheblich ein.
Mundstücken, wie aus DE 198 01 545 Al bekannt, umfassen nicht die Möglichkeit, für eine kontinuierliche Sauerstoffzufuhr
während der Inhalation zu sorgen.
gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 zu schaffen,
das während des Inhalationsvorganges mit den meisten der
üblichen Vernebler eine kontinuierliche Sauerstoffzufuhr
erlaubt, ohne den eigentlichen, geräteabhängigen Verneblungs-Vorgang zu beeinträchtigen.
Merkmalen gelöst.
Ein weiterer Vorteil des zusätzlichen Sauerstoffstromes ergibt sich aus strömungstechnischer Sicht, wenn der Sauerstoff kanal als Ringspalt um den Aerosolkanal herumgreift.
Durch geeignete Dimensionierung des Ringspaltes und der durch die Trennwand getrennten Stromlänge kann die Sauerstoffströmung derart laminarisiert und an die Geschwindigkeit des Aerosols angepaßt werden, daß die Aerosolströmung während der Inhalationsphase als Kernströmung von der ringförmigen Sauerstoffströmung umfaßt wird. Die zusätzliche Anbringung einer ringförmigen Strömungsblende mit umfänglich variierender Ringbreite im Ringspalt, sorgt, als Strömungswiderstand, für einen umfänglichen Ausgleich der Sauerstoffströmungsgeschwindigkeit. Dadurch wird ein Verlust des zumeist teuren Medikamentenaerosols durch Verwirbelung und Abscheidung an der Wandung des Mundstücks verhindert. Zudem wird so eine gerichtete Aerosoleinströmung in den Mundraum erzeugt.
Die Anbringung des Sauerstoffkanals kann erfindungsgemäß auch durch Nachrüstung der gängigen Mundstücke erfolgen.

Zur Fixierung der Trennwand (6) des Sauerstoffkanals (2) am rohrförmigen Grundkörper (1) ist ein Verbindungssteg (7) vorgesehen. Dieser ist, wie in Fig. 4 zu erkennen, in SauerstoffStrömungsrichtung etwas beabstandet von der Bohrung (4) in Richtung der mundseitigen Öffnung des Mundstücks angebracht. Der Steg wirkt damit als Strömungswiderstand und sorgt für eine gleichmäßigere Verteilung der Sauerstoffzuführung über den Umfang des Sauerstoffkanals (3) hinweg.
