Claims (6)

1. Meßumformer
  • 1. mit einem Sensor (13) zur Umwandlung einer physikalischen oder chemischen Größe in ein elektrisches Signal (14),
  • 2. mit einer Auswerteeinheit (2), durch welche anhand des elektrischen Signals (14) ein den Meßwert der physikali­ schen oder chemischen Größe darstellendes Meßsignal er­ zeugbar ist, und
  • 3. mit Mitteln (16, 21) zur Hinterlegung von Abgleichpara­ metern zur Kompensation exemplarspezifischer Meßungenauig­ keiten, insbesondere von Nichtlinearitäten oder eines durch eine äußere Einflußgröße verursachten Fehlverhal­ tens,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
  • 1. daß der Meßumformer modular aufgebaut ist,
  • 2. daß Sensor (13) und Auswerteeinheit (2) jeweils als Module ausgebildet und durch eine elektrische Schnittstelle mit­ einander lösbar verbunden sind und
  • 3. daß die Mittel (16) zur Hinterlegung der Abgleichparameter des Sensormoduls (1) auf dem Sensormodul angeordnet sind.

  • 2. that sensor ( 13 ) and evaluation unit ( 2 ) are each designed as modules and are releasably connected to each other by an electrical interface and
  • 3. that the means ( 16 ) for storing the adjustment parameters of the sensor module ( 1 ) are arranged on the sensor module.
2. Meßumformer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeich­ net,
  • 1. daß das Sensormodul (1) mit einem nichtflüchtigen Speicher (16) zur Hinterlegung der Abgleichparameter versehen ist und
  • 2. daß der nichtflüchtige Speicher (16) durch die Auswerte­ einheit (2) über die elektrische Schnittstelle lesbar ist.

  • 1. daß der Sensor (13) zumindest einen Widerstand aufweist, der in Abhängigkeit der physikalischen oder chemischen Größe seinen ohmschen Widerstand verändert, und
  • 2. daß der Sensor (13) über die elektrische Schnittstelle in Vierleitertechnik mit einer geregelten Spannung versorgt wird, wobei zwei stromführende Leiter (34, 35) und zwei Leiter (36, 37) zur Erfassung der am Sensor (13) anliegen­ den Spannung vorgesehen sind.
3. Transmitter according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that
  • 1. that the sensor ( 13 ) has at least one resistance that changes its ohmic resistance depending on the physical or chemical size, and

Meßumformer nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeich­ net, daß der Widerstand in einem Zweig einer auf dem Sensormodul (1) angeordneten Meßbrücke (31) verschaltet ist, deren Brückenspannung über die elektrische Schnittstelle zur Auswerteeinheit (2) geführt ist.4.
