Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung liegt in den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1. Der erfindungsgemäße Handentsafter (Fig. 1) weist einen langgestreckten Stiel 2 mit einer Mehrzahl von Zinken 3 an einem Ende und ein Siebelement 4 an dem gegenüberliegenden Ende auf. Das Knickgelenk 9 und die Zunge 23 sind in einem Bereich des Stiels 2 angeordnet, der als Handgriff wirkt; der entfaltete Zustand des Stiels 2 ist somit durch die Hand des Benutzers gesichert. An dem knickgelenkfernen Bereich der Zunge 2 3 ist ein Kapselheber 24 angeordnet, der beispielsweise im zusammengefalteten Zustand des Stiels 2 zum Öffnen von mit Kronenkorken verschlossenen Flaschen dient. Der Kapselheber 24 ist hakenförmig ausgestaltet.
