Claims (8)

1. Tunneltrockner zur Trocknung von Lochziegel-Formlingen, enthaltend
  • a) einen insbesondere im Gegenstrom belüfteten Trockenkanal, der ab­ schnittsweise mit entsprechend den Erfordernissen konditionierter er­ wärmter/heißer Trocknungsluft versorgt wird,
  • b) eine den Trockenkanal durchfahrende Transportbahn mit luftdurchlässiger Formlingsaufnahme,
  • c) Beblasungsstellen zur Beblasung und Durchblasung des Formlingsbesat­ zes, wobei die Trocknungsluftströmung bereichsweise von oben und be­ reichsweise von unten durch die Formlingskanäle bewegbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
  • d) die Transportbahn aus auf Trocknerwagen (2) vorgesehene quer zur Transportrichtung (T) verlaufende Formlingsträgern (4) besteht, die jeweils eine Formlingsgruppe aufnehmen und von im vertikalen Querschnitt etwa rechtwinklig V-artigen, jeweils eine oder zwei Lägen von Lochziegel- Formlingen (3) tragenden Aufnahmen gebildet sind, von denen minde­ stens der die Formlingsschnittfläche (3b) stützende V-Schenkel (4a) luft­ durchströmbar ausgebildet ist,
  • e) die V-artigen Aufnahmen zum Formlingstransport in Längsreihen fluch­ tend angeordnet sind,
  • f) die Beblasungsstellen jeweils quer zur Transportrichtung (T) verlaufende Düsenkästen (6, 7) zum gezielten Schnittflächen-Anblasen mit aus der Vertikalen geneigt schräggestelltem Luftstrom aufweisen, wobei die Aus­ strömungsachsen annähernd in derselben Schräglage wie die Formlings- Lochachsen verlaufen,
  • g) die Düsenkästen (6, 7) im Trockenkanal abwechselnd oberhalb und un­ terhalb der Formlings-Durchlaufbahn angeordnet sind und
  • h) die oberen Düsenkästen (6) besatzseitig gestuft (zickzackförmig) ausge­ bildet sind.
