Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Abheften eines insbesondere kleinformatigen Dokumentes, mit einem plattenförmigen Grundkörper, der einerseits eine Abheftlochung und andererseits eine Aufnahmeeinrichtung für das Dokument aufweist. Die Erfindung dient dem Ziel, Dokumente in einem Hefter oder Ordner abzuheften. Die Größe der Dokumente kann unterschiedlich sein. Die einfachste Art, dies zu erreichen, besteht darin, das Dokument zu lochen und mit dieser Lochung in dem Hefter, Ordner o. dgl. aufzunehmen. Insbesondere bei kleinformatigen Dokumenten, wie beispielsweise einem mit Notizen beschrifteten Zettel, reicht die Größe oft nicht aus, um die beiden Löcher einer Lochung anzubringen, so daß das Dokument nur mit einem Loch versehen werden kann und somit nicht verdrehgesichert in dem Ordner, Hefter o. dgl. aufgenommen wird. Durch die Lochung besteht darüber hinaus bei Dokumenten gleich welcher Größenordnung die Gefahr, daß ein Teil der auf dem Dokument befindlichen Information durch die Lochung entfernt wird. Jede Vorrichtung 2 besitzt einen plattenförmigen Grundkörper 3, beispielsweise aus einem länglichen Abschnitt aus Papier, der einerseits eine Abheftlochung 4 aus mehreren, insbesondere zwei im Abstand angeordneten Löchern 5 aufweist, wie dies für die Aufnahme eines in üblicher weise gelochten Blattes Papier in einer Aufreihmechanik eines Ordners o. dgl. bekannt ist. Die Abheftlochung 4 ist angrenzend an den einen Längsrand 6 des Grundkörpers 3 in gewohnter Weise und in bekanntem Abstand, wie er üblicherweise durch den Einschiebeweg an einem Locher bereitgestellt wird, angeordnet. Der Grundkörper 3 besitzt jedoch entlang seines anderen Längsrandes 7 eine Aufnahmeeinrichtung 8 aus einer Kleberschicht 9, die zur klebenden Verbindung mit einem abzuheftenden, nicht zu lochenden Dokument bestimmt ist. Die Kleberschicht 9 ist hier durch einen Schutzstreifen 10 abgedeckt, der aus einem durchgehenden und beispielsweise im Bereich der Querränder Il des Grundkörpers 3 überstehenden Papierstreifen besteht, der mit Silikon, Wachs oder einem anderen Trennmittel beschichtet oder anderweitig versehen ist. Nach dem Abziehen des Schutzstreifens 10 wird die Kleberschicht 9 zugänglich, und das abzuheftende Dokument wird an dieser Stelle aufgedrückt, so daß eine dauerhafte Verbindung mit dem Grundkörper 3 entsteht. Mit Hilfe dieses Grundkörpers 3 bzw. der Vorrichtung 2 wird das betreffende Dokument dann in der Aufreihmechanik eines Ordners oder in den Heftstreifen eines Hefters aufgenommen. Wie ersichtlich können auch insbesondere kleinformatige Dokumente auf diese Weise verdrehgesichert und geschützt abgeheftet werden, ohne daß eine Lochung des Dokumentes selbst erforderlich ist und ohne daß die Gefahr eines Informationsverlusts an dem Dokument besteht.Fig. 1 shows a block 1 which consists of a large number of devices 2 for filing. Zur Aufnahme eines sehr kleinformatigen Dokumentes genügt es beispielsweise, nur einen oder zwei Abschnitte 12 abzulösen und nur den darunter befindlichen Teil der Kleberschicht 9 für das Aufkleben des Dokumentes zu nutzen. Die verbleibenden Abschnitte 12 verhindern damit gleichzeitig, daß mehrere hintereinander in einem Hefter oder Ordner aufgenommene Grundkörper 3 ungewollt zusammenkleben können.Fig. 3 shows a top view of a single device 2 in a modified embodiment. Jede Vorrichtung 2 besteht auch hier aus einem Grundkörper 3 aus einem länglichen Streifen aus Papier, Karton oder Kunststoff. Dieser Streifen bzw. Grundkörper 3 weist im Anschluß an den einen Längsrand 7 auf seiner Unterseite die Kleberschicht 9 auf, die hier schraffiert angedeutet ist. Die Kleberschicht 9 kann z. Der gesamte Bereich des Grundkörpers 3 mit Ausnahme des Heftstreifens 16 ist hier mit der Kleberschicht 9 versehen, die durch eine Vielzahl von Abschnitten 12 abgedeckt sind, die jeweils einzeln abziehbar sind. Damit besteht die Möglichkeit einer weitgehenden individuellen Anpassung an die Formatgröße des oder der an einer solchen Vorrichtung 1 aufzunehmenden und damit abzuheftenden Dokumente. Es ist leicht vorstellbar, daß eine solche Vorrichtung 2 beispielsweise ein Einzelelement eines Fotoalbums darstellen kann. RIGHTS TO PROTECTION;
