Die Neuerung betrifft eine Kerze, insbesondere für Adventskränze und Weihnachtsbäume, bestehend aus einem Ölbehälter mit oberseitig angeordnetem Dochthalter.The innovation concerns a candle, especially for Advent wreaths and Christmas trees, consisting of an oil container with a wick holder arranged on top.

Kerzen der genannten Art sind allgemein bekannt und in Benutzung, so daß es diesbezüglich keines besonderen druckschriftlichen Nachweises bedarf. Gleiches gilt für sogenannten Öllichter, die aus einem Ölbehälter mit Dochthalter bestehen, die aber, soweit bekannt, in den unterschiedlichsten Formgebungen lediglich als selbständig aufstellbare Lichter, bspw. zur Tischdekoration ausgebildet sind. Soweit es sich um Kerzen für insbesondere Adventskränze oder Weihnachtsbäume handelt, sind diese, ebenfalls soweit bekannt, grundsätzlich aus Wachs gebildet, was mit einer beträchtlichen Brandgefahr verbunden ist, wenn diese Kerzen in ihren Haltern ausbrennen, da dann unter ungünstigen Umständen und bei nicht ständiger Beobachtung der betreffende Adventskranz oder Weihnachtsbaum Feuer fangen kann, was sich jährlich und regelmäßig immer wiederholt. Bei elektrischen Kranz- oder Weihnachtsbaumbeleuchtungen besteht diese Gefahr zwar nicht, dies lassen aber den warmen Eindruck von offenen Kerzenflammen vermissen.Candles of the type mentioned are generally known and in use, so that no special written proof is required in this regard. Die Kerze besteht nach wie vor und in an sich bekannter Weise aus einem Ölbehälter 1 mit oberseitig angeordnetem Dochthalter 2. Insoweit handelt es sich dabei um ein herkömmliches Öllämpchen, für das aber nunmehr wesentlich ist, daß der den Kerzenkörper K bildende Ölbehälter 1 bodenseitig mit einem Halteadapter 3, wie Ein- oder Aufsteck-, Einhänge- oder Klemmadapter, versehen und der Dochthalter 2 in Form eines auf den Ölbehälter 1 aufsetzbaren Verschlußdeckels 4 ausgebildet ist.The candle still consists, in a manner known per se, of an oil container 1 with a wick holder 2 arranged on the top. Der Kerzenkörper K, aber auch die Hülse 6, können hierbei als tiefgezogene Teile aus einem Blechmaterial bestehen, wie es bspw. für sogenannte Teelichter verwendet wird. Der Klemmhalter 3 wird dabei einfach am Boden B des kleinen Ölbehälters 1 angepunktet. Es steht dabei nichts entgegen, die Hülse 6 ggf. aus dünnem Porzellan zu bilden. Zum Nachfüllen wird die Hülse 6, die gleichzeitig auch den Deckelverschluß bildet, einfach vom Ölbehälter 1 abgezogen und nach Füllung wieder aufgeschoben. Der Verschlußdeckel 4 bzw. Dochthalter besteht hierbei ebenfalls aus dünnem Blech mit Klemmzungen 4' und im Bodenbereich ist eine Sicke 8 vorgesehen, um den kleinen und insoweit sehr leichten Ölbehälter 1 in seinem Halteadapter 3 einen guten Halt zu vermitteln, der hierbei in bekannter Weise einen am Ende gewichtsbelasteten mehr oder weniger langen Fortsatz 9 aufweist.
