Abstract

Wind driven generator installation where the wind drives a propeller type wheel. a vertically upright pipe is fitted which has a wind inlet close to the lower end and has a nozzle type super structure at the upper end. The wind driven wheel is fitted within the area of the lower inlet. The nozzle type super structure carriers a horizontal pipe line section at the upper end and is made rotatable. Both the lower wind inlet opening and the upper nozzle superstructure are equipped with either rigid or adjustable wind guide surfaces.
