Description

BESCHREIBUNG
Kunststoffprofile, insbesondere Sockelleisten aus geschäumten PVC oder anderen Thermoplasten (Fig 1 + 2 ) in verschiedenen Höhen und Profilausbildungen werden mit einer Stanze bearbeitet (Anlage 1, 2, 4 und 5), so dass ein Inneneck (Anlage 3 )und ein Außeneck (Anlage 6) gebildet werden kann.
Bei beiden Ausbildungen (Anlage 1 und 4) werden die Ecken nicht komplett durchgeschnitten, sondern es bleibt vorderseitig ( Anlage 5 ), bzw. rückseitig (Anlage 2) eine Schicht von 0,2 mm stehen. Speziell bei der Bildung der Außenecke gibt es somit keine offene Ecken.
Dem Schutzanspruch liegt die Problematik zugrunde, dass beim Biegen der Außenecke sich immer der Mangel darstellt, der immer wieder zu Kundenreklamationen führt, dass beim Biegevorgang der Farbstoff im Kunststoff austritt und einen sogenannten „ Weissbruch" zur Folge hat.
Verschiedene Möglichkeiten diesen Verlegemangel zum Teil zu beseitigen gibt es durch Erwärmen der Biegestelle mittels Wärmequelle (Fön) oder Einsatz passender Farbe. Diese nachträglichen Reparaturen sind sehr lohn- und arbeitsintensiv und können den Mangel nicht vollständig beheben.
Dieses Problem löst BOLTA durch die Konzeption einer neuen Leiste (Fig. 1 und 2) mit Verwendung von Coextrusion , d.h. Verbindung von Hart- und Weich-PVC eine Lösung entwickelt, dass beim Biegevorgang keinen Weißbruch mehr ausbildet wird.
Durch Anbringung einer Weich-PVC Schicht (Fig. 1 und 2) oder eines ähnlichen Werkstoffes auf die Kunststoffleiste wird diese Produktverbesserung erreicht und das Mangelverhalten der Leiste beseitigt.

Claims (3)

1. Hartschaum-Sockelleiste, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leiste aus geschäumten PVC oder anderen Thermoplasten besteht.
2. Hartschaum-Sockelleiste nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Kunststoffleiste mit einer Weich-PVC-Schicht oder einem ähnlichen Werkstoff versehen ist.
3. Hartschaum-Sockelleiste nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei den mit einer Stanze bearbeiteten Profilen vorderseitig und rückseitig eine Schicht von 0,2 mm steht, die so eine fugenlose Innen- und Aussenecke bildet.
