Abstract

The label has two bending axes (5), forming tabs (3,4,6,7) when bent. Tabs (6 and 7) can be bent forward by up to 90 degrees, depending on the tolerance of the workpiece to be labeled. Claims (1)

  • - Schild mit integrierter Biegetechnik (1),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
  • - zwei Biegeachsen (2) bzw. (5) am Schild vorhanden sind,
  • - im gebogenen Zustand je Biegeachse eine oder mehrere Biegelaschen (3), (4), (6) und (7) entstehen. Je nach Toleranz des zu beschildernden Werkstücks können (6) und (7) bis zu 90° vorgebogen sein.
  • - die Ausrichtung und endgültige Bauteilfixierung am zu beschildernden Objekt ausschließlich mit diesen Laschen erfolgt
  • - keine zusätzlichen Hilfsmittel, Materialien, Werkzeuge und Fügeverfahren zur Montage benötigt werden
  • - eine für automatische Lesesysteme größtmögliche Reproduzierbarkeit der Anbringung gegeben ist
  • - bei Barcode-Aufbringung zwei redundante Codes aufgebracht sind, von denen der maschinenlesbare mit seiner Längsrichtung der Balken in Bewegungsrichtung des Objekts angeordnet ist (horizontal). Der zweite vertikal angeordnete Barcode erleichtert das Lesen mit Handgeführten Systemen unter ergonomischen Gesichtspunkten
