Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen demontierbaren und transportierbaren Grill, insbesondere einen Stand- oder Tischgrill, welcher mit einer Basisplatte oder einem Bodenelement sowie einem auf einem kastenartigen oder ständerförmigen Grundteil gebildete Grillplatte überhalb eines Feuerraums versehen ist. Die Erfindung bezieht sich damit auf solche Feuerstellen oder Grills, bei welchen anstatt eines Grillrostes eine Grillplatte an der Oberseite zur Speisenzubereitung vorgesehen wird. Derartige Grills mit einer Grillplatte werden auch als sogenannte „Plancha-Grills“ bezeichnet. Im Unterschied zu Grills mit einem einfachen vollständig durchlässigen metallischen Rost wird hier eine im Wesentlichen geschlossene Grillplatte als Platte mit oder ohne geriffelter Oberfläche für die Zubereitung der Speisen oberhalb einer Feuerstelle vorgesehen. Diese Grillplatten haben in der Regel eine relativ starke metallische Platte aus Gusseisen oder Edelstahl meistens in der Größenordnung von 10 bis 18 mm Dicke, auf welche das Grillgut aufgelegt wird. Diese Aufgabe wird mit einem Grill mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
