Description

  • The invention relates to a duvet with the features of claim 1.
  • Duvets or blankets serve to cover at least one person, especially during sleep. The primary task is to prevent the person from cooling down. At the same time moisture should be removed by the person in the rule.
  • Different people usually have a different temperature sensation. In addition, the heat requirement often changes during the year, for example, depending on the outside temperature or the room temperature. Accordingly, thicker comforters are often used in colder months than in the summer months. For this purpose, it is common to stock both a thin, so-called summer bed and a thick, so-called winter bed. The thermal insulation properties are different in that, for example, different amounts of insulation material in the so-called ticking, a textile covering material for the insulating material, is filled. As insulation on the one hand natural materials such as cotton fibers, feathers of geese or the like, but on the other hand also breathable synthetic fibers used.
  • A disadvantage of the known solutions is that the quilts can be meaningfully used only alternately. Therefore, appropriate storage space for each other blanket must be provided. Therefore, a known improved solution is to provide a multi-ply blanket in which two layers of the blanket are joined together at the edges by releasable connecting means, such as buttons. As a result, in warmer months, only one of the two blankets can be used, while in colder months, the two buttoned blankets are used. The disadvantage of this, however, is that usually an uncomfortable sleeping feeling is caused due to the two different ceilings. The two buttoned blankets often slip against each other. In addition, they are stiff in the marginal area and not very cuddly.
  • The object of the present invention is therefore to provide a more comfortable and improved solution to the problem of so-called "all-season blankets".
  • This object is achieved by a blanket with the features of claim 1. Accordingly, a cavity is formed with an opening between a lower layer and an upper layer of the blanket. This cavity is designed to accommodate at least one other, inner layer, the comforter or short insert. Instead of now rigidly fasten two layers or separate duvets to each other, here is a special additional bedding part inserted as an inner layer or insert in the bed cover part with the cavity. Particularly advantageous here is that the feeling of a single blanket is not fundamentally changed by the inserted comforter. Instead, the entire blanket in the case of the insert used is simply thicker, so as to cause greater thermal insulation.
  • Preferably, the upper and the lower layer are formed as a blanket cover. This means that two layers of the blanket together form a shell or pocket. So the duvet cover or short cover has a cavity in the interior. Preferably, the individual layers of the shell are connected to one another at the edge. In particular, this connection is permanent. Thus, the two layers enter a firm connection as a duvet cover. The connection of the two layers of the casing together is in particular at least one seam, a bond or the like. It is also preferably carried out in sections. The comforter may thus preferably serve as a first thin duvet. The duvet cover may preferably serve as another, usually slightly thicker duvet. Finally, the two composite bedding parts preferably serve as a particularly warm duvet.
  • At least one of the layers is thermally insulating. This is achieved in particular by filling a thermal insulation material between two textile layers of the layer. The two textile layers of the layer form a so-called Inlett. As a thermal insulation material, for example, serve feathers or synthetic fibers, as is customary in this area. In order to fix the thermal insulation material spatially in the tick, as usual quilting can be provided. To this end, seams are passed through both layers of the inlay in order to subdivide the inlay into individual chambers. The thermal insulation material can accordingly only move within a chamber. The seams may be rectilinear, but also curved and / or patterned. Particularly preferably, the arrangement of the seams is different for superimposed layers of the blanket. This has the advantage that no cold bridges between the individual layers are formed, as would be the case for superimposed layers with superimposed layers.
  • More preferably, the inner layer takes as an insert in about the same area size as the Interior of the shell. Preferably, the comforter is slightly smaller in area than the interior. Incidentally, the interior is large enough to accommodate the entire deposit easily. In this case, preferably, the insert substantially completely fill the interior.
  • The insert is preferably releasably connected to the shell. For this purpose, preferably in the interior of the shell and on the outside of each other corresponding connecting elements are provided. A part of the connecting elements is for this purpose provided in particular on the edge of the insert, while on the other hand, the connecting elements are provided in the interior of the shell at corresponding positions. Particularly preferably, the connecting elements are arranged distributed around the circumference of the insert or the interior of the shell. This may for example be the case with a polygonal shape at the corners. In addition, further connecting elements can be arranged on side edges in order to improve the fixation. As fasteners buttons, snaps, straps, loops or the like may be provided.
  • Particularly preferably, the opening is designed to be closed. For this purpose, preferably at least one closure means is used. The closure means may in particular be closable by hooking, knotting, latching, buttoning, binding or the like. Particularly preferably, the closure means is designed as a zipper, as a button or button placket, as a band or the like. Thus, a readily closable and re-opening opening can be formed.
  • Particularly preferably, the sheath and the insert have at least approximately the same shape in the surface. The surface shape is designed in particular as a rectangle, square, oval, circle, polygon or the like. The advantage of a similar or even identical shape in case of cover and insert is that then a simple and sufficient attachment can be provided. In addition, a uniform appearance of the blanket is made possible, unlike the prior art is possible.
  • The object formulated above is also achieved by a method with the measures of claim 8. It is a method for producing or joining a multi-layered duvet. The blanket is designed in particular according to the above descriptions. In this case, preferably at least one lower layer and an upper layer is provided, wherein the lower and the upper layer are laterally interconnected to form a multi-layered blanket. The method is characterized in that a further layer is introduced as a comforter in a cavity between the lower layer and the upper layer as a duvet cover. This offers the advantage that a simple assembly of the duvet is made possible while a comfortable and high-quality appearance.
  • Preferably, the method is characterized in that the insert is introduced through an opening in the cavity of the shell. The opening may be opened prior to insertion by means of a closure means such as a zipper, a button, a ribbon or the like. After insertion, it can be particularly preferably closed again. This prevents that the insert slips out of the cavity of the shell or slip. Incidentally, for a whole closed appearance of the duvet is taken care of. The associated disassembly or disassembly of the blanket is of course accordingly in the opposite direction.
  • The inventive method is also preferably characterized in that the insert is detachably connected inside the cavity of the shell with the shell by means of connecting means. The connecting means on the cover and insert correspond accordingly. As connecting means buttons, push buttons, straps, loops, hooks, zippers or the like may be provided. These are particularly provided at the edge in the interior of the envelope, as well as in particular at the edge of the insert.
  • As a connecting means or closure means may serve different devices, such as zippers, buttons, straps, loops or the like. These can be knotted, interlocked or otherwise connected. Also push buttons come into consideration.
  • A preferred embodiment of the invention will be described below with reference to the figures of the drawing. In these show:
  • 1 A duvet according to the invention comprising a duvet cover and a comforter,
  • 2 Duvet of 1 in which the comforter is partially inserted in the comforter cover,
  • 3 the comforter of the 1 , with duvet cover fully inserted into the duvet cover, and
  • 4 the blanket of the invention 1 with closed opening.
  • In the embodiment of a duvet invention described in more detail here 10 this includes on the one hand a duvet cover 12 , also referred to as a "shell" for short, and on the other hand a comforter 14 , also short "depositor".
  • Both the shell 12 as well as the depositor 14 As outer layers usually comprise a textile material. For this purpose, for example, used as fabric produced natural or synthetic fibers. As a comforter 10 a person who is underneath should protect himself from cooling down, especially during sleep, has the duvet 10 usually a heat-insulating material. This heat-insulating material is typically between thin cloth-like layers of the casing 12 or the depositor 14 introduced as so-called filling. Every situation 16 . 18 . 34 of sheath 12 or depositor 14 the blanket 10 Accordingly, each has two of these thin layers of material, between which the insulating material is introduced. Whether and how much insulating material in the respective situation 16 . 18 . 34 is introduced depends on the desired degree of thermal insulation. A filling for thermal insulation can be formed, for example, from natural materials such as bird feathers or wool, or also from synthetic fibers, in particular in the form of finely distributed thread-like knitted fabrics.
  • To prevent slippage of the thermal insulation material inside the respective layer 16 . 18 . 34 minimize as possible, a so-called "stitching" is provided here. This consists of seams 40 covering the top and bottom layer of each layer 16 . 18 . 34 connect with each other, and can run transversely or longitudinally. But also any other forms of the seams 40 are conceivable. For example, circular or pattern-like courses can be provided. Because the seams 40 not congruent, cold bridges are avoided.
  • The comforter according to the invention 14 For example, as a "summer bed" can be designed accordingly thin to provide a person with sufficient thermal insulation at high temperatures such as in summer. Once the outside temperatures and possibly also the temperatures in the apartment fall, for example, alone the more insulated duvet cover 12 as sole blanket 10 be used. In particularly low temperatures or heat insulation needs of a person, the comforter 14 then according to the invention in the duvet cover 12 be inserted or confiscated. This will easily the thermal insulation effects of depositors 14 and sheath 12 combined in different ways.
  • The case 12 This is essentially made up of two layers 16 and 18 educated. The lower layer 16 and the upper layer 18 lie in the area practically congruent to each other. They have substantially the same outer dimensions, wherein at a side area or a side edge 22 an opening 20 is provided. In the embodiment shown, the remaining three side edges 24 . 26 . 28 the lower layer 16 and the upper layer 18 sewed together, so permanently connected. This is done by corresponding partially circumferential seams 38 ,
  • Thus, the entire envelope 12 designed in the manner of a bag, which has an opening 20 on the side edge 22 having. The opening 20 lies in this case on a short side edge 22 the rectangular blanket 10 , For example, it can also be on one of the long side edges 24 or 28 be provided. Also, several of the side edges 22 . 24 . 26 . 28 be provided with openings.
  • The opening 20 also has a zipper with a slider 32 for opening and closing. By moving the slider 32 from one end of the zipper 30 on the other hand, the zipper is opened or closed. Alternatively, other closure means may be provided, such as button strips, tufts, snaps or the like.
  • The dimensions of the insert 14 are ideally suited to the inside of the shell 12 formed as a pocket formed cavity. This means that the depositor 14 has slightly smaller dimensions than the shell 12 , The depositor 14 can be used to form a multi-layered or multi-layered duvet 10 through the opening 20 in the interior of the duvet cover 12 be inserted. Due to the appropriate dimensions, the insert lies 14 flat inside the case 12 between the two layers 16 and 20 as another location 34 ,
  • The granny 14 has at the edge in the present case a plurality of connecting means 36 on, corresponding to corresponding counterparts in the interior of the shell 12 are arranged. Alternatively, the inside of the case 12 provided and not shown here connecting means also be designed as buttons, tapes or the like. With the here designed as loops connecting means 36 of the depositor 14 These can then be connected together inside the shell. For this purpose, the connecting means 36 each at the edge of the depositor 14 arranged, namely in particular at the four outer corners and in the present case in addition to the long side edges. Inside the case 12 these positions are chosen correspondingly correspondingly.
  • Due to the fixation of the depositor 14 inside the case 12 prevents slippage during movement during use. The case 12 and the depositor 14 thus form a stable unit, but on the other hand can be easily dismantled or reconnected.
  • An inventive method for assembling or disassembling the blanket is described in more detail below:
First, the shell 12 prepared in which the opening 20 with the help of the zipper 30 is opened. The depositor 14 is now through the opening 20 into the interior of the case 12 brought in. This can be done by the depositor 14 For example, be folded lengthwise or the shell 12 Also, as when pulling a duvet so to speak, "pulled to the left" to facilitate insertion.
  • Two adjacent corner areas or corners of the insert 14 , especially on one of the short side edges 22 or 26 , are now inside the case 12 to the opening 20 opposite corners of the shell 12 brought to the plant. To simplify the further assembly, the connecting means 36 in the area of the two corner areas between inserts 14 and sheath 12 get connected. Thus, then in a simple manner by smooth pulling the envelope 12 the depositor 14 into the interior of the case 12 to be pulled.
  • Both to the area of the opening 20 arranged connecting means 36 as well as arranged in the region of the side edges connecting means 36 can now easily inside the case 12 be connected to the connecting means arranged there. Finally, then there is the zipper provided here 30 or a corresponding alternative closure means are operated to close the opening. Thus, the duvet forms 10 now a multi-layer unit with high thermal insulation effect.
  • Disassembling the coverlet 10 happens accordingly reversed. After opening the opening 20 Can the lanyards 36 be separated from each other, then take out the depositor 14 from the inside of the case 12 to enable.
  • The rectangular design of the blanket shown here 10 is merely an exemplary typical embodiment. Almost any other geometric shapes, such as oval, round, square or even other polygonal outer shapes of the blanket are basically conceivable. Particularly in the case of complex outer shapes, the pocket-shaped embodiment shown here for inserting a further layer has particular advantages over the usual multi-layered duvets. Namely, it effectively prevents a mutual slippage or displacement of the individual layers against each other.
