BESCHREIBUNGDESCRIPTION
1. Hintergrund der Erfindung1. Background of the invention
The present invention includes formulations and devices for effectively detecting crawling and flying arthropods; mainly insects, arachnids, and crustaceans such as woodlice, etc. These target arthropods with the maximum number of possibilities to attract, detain, kill as quickly as possible and without much suffering was the concern of this invention. In addition, the unskilled user, as well as children and pets, should not be exposed to any danger when handling such systems. The components used should, if possible, all be of natural origin, biodegradable and easy to handle.
Surprisingly, it has now been possible to bring together and exploit the synergy effects disclosed below in such a way that substantially better catch and control results in arthropods are the result of this invention.
2. Stand der Technik2. State of the art

In view of the shortcomings described above, inherent to the known systems for controlling arthropods and the state of the art, an invention has been necessary, the formulations based on natural, biological degradable components in a synergistic way and thus offers an ultimate insect control system.
Disclosed polymeric materials can include pigments and particles of different hues. Color-controlled behavior-determining mechanisms are well known in arthropods. The person skilled in the art of color and polymer chemistry is aware that color pigments can already be part of polymer granules and can already be integrated in the production process of the films and films, in order to later have their colors. Flat polymers can also be dyed or printed in subsequent stages, or coated insect-adhesive substances can be enriched with color pigments. Suitable color pigments can come from the entire spectrum of known colors, including fluorescent, phosphorescent and reflective or metallic pigments. To monitor the appearance of insect populations, colored, white or black areas may also contain lines or patterns, e.g. B. in the form of Zählrastern, which make it easier for users of such systems to easily determine insect catch numbers and derive suitable further control measures.
The support materials of the invention disclosed and described herein are additionally coated with adhesive substances capable of permanently retaining attracted insects in the device. Pressure-sensitive adhesives for holding flying insects must have the functional property that attracted individuals can no longer move away and remain permanently on the adhesive matrix of the device. Suitable pressure-sensitive adhesives can be, for example, resin-based and provided with additives which increase or reduce the so-called "tack" depending on the requirement profile. Also, the additives can be nature-based nowadays, they are well known to those skilled in adhesive additives. He is also familiar that these pressure-sensitive adhesives and their mixtures are not or only very little as a function of time age, the Tack therefore adequately preserved. The adhesive substances used must have a sufficient layer thickness, so that the target arthropods can sink sufficiently and adhere so well to the target surfaces. Only this ensures that once detected insects can not escape. The present device can also be produced later, before use, with the help of the formulation provided in a cartridge itself. However, the ready-to-use Klebefallevorrichtung is the usual, which is activated only by peeling off the protective film.
In recognition of the above-mentioned details, in the present invention described in the illustrated embodiment and illustrated by the present drawings, it is also possible to make modifications of the formulations and apparatuses which are in accordance with the spirit of the invention and described by the following claims.
