Abstract
Description
Als "Stand der Technik" beim Bau von Gebäuden gelten die nachfolgend aufgeführten Bausysteme/Konstruktionen, jeweils getrennt nach konstruktiven Merkmalen und nach den Materialien:
- 1. Die "Stein auf Stein"-Methode, mit/ohne zusätzlicher Außenwärmedämmung der Gebäude (im Bestand auch mit Innendämmung). Baustoffe: Ziegel, Kalksandsteine, Leichtbetonblöcke etc., Außen- und Innenputz;
- 2. Fachwerkbau/Skelettbau Tragendes Fachwerk mit diagonalen Verstrebungen, Baustoffe: Holz, Stahl, Aluminium, Stahlbeton, Ausfachung mit Steinen oder Leichtbetonblöcken, auch als mehrschalige Wandausbildung aus Leichbauplatten, Holzschalung, Metalltafeln, Wärmedämmung, mit/ohne Außen- und Innenputz;
- 3. Tafelbau bzw. Holzständer-/Rahmenbauweise Tragende Außenwände aus Ständern oder Rahmen, Baustoffe: Holz, Stahl, Aluminium, Ausfüllung der Zwischenräume mit Wärmedämmstoffen. Leichtbauplatten und Dampfsperre im Innern, Verputz oder sonstige Bekleidungen außen;
- 4. Selbsttragende Außenwände aus massiven Baustoffen wie Leicht- und Normalbeton, mit Außenwärmedämmung oder mit Kerndämmung (Sandwich-Wände). Mit/ohne zusätzlichen Außen- bzw. Innenputz. Wandbausystem der Fa. Variotec GmbH & Co. KG/Neumarkt mit Kerndämmung aus Vakuum-Isolations-Pannelen;
- 5. Modulbauweise/Komplette Raumteile zusammengefügt aus Wänden-, Decken- bzw. Dachbauteilen (wie unter Punkt 2., 3., 4., angegeben);
- 6. Gebäude, deren Wände u. Decken aus Polystyrol-Hartschaum-Schalungselementen mit Betonverfüllung hergestellt sind und auf der Außen-/Innenseite verputzt sind;
- – 70 kWh/m2·a für frei stehende Einfamilienhäuser
- – 65 kWh/m2·a für Reihenend- und Doppelhäuser
- – 55 kWh/m2·a für Reihenmittel- und Mehrfamilienhäuser
