Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Etikettenspender. Dieser ist in verschiedenen Ausführungen bekannt, z.B. zur Preisauszeichnung von Waren in Supermärkten. Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Etikettenspender zu schaffen, der preiswerter herstellbar ist, so daß er eine weite Verbreitung finden und so vielerorts eine Arbeitserleichterung beim Etikettieren bewirken kann. Eine bevorzugte Anwendung soll das Aufkleben von Etiketten sein, die eine Patienteninformation enthalten, also wann und in welcher Menge Medikamente eingenommen werden sollen. Solche Etiketten werden vor allem im ärztlichen und im Pflegebereich sowie in Apotheken benötigt und z.B.auf das Tablettenfläschchen oder -döschen oder den Beipackzettel geklebt. Dieser Anwendungsfall soll indessen nicht der einzige sein.The invention relates to a label dispenser. This is known in various designs, e.g. for price labeling of goods in supermarkets. Erfindungsgmäß wird die gestellte Aufgabe durch die im Kennzeichen des Anspruchs 1 angegebenen Merkmale gelöst, nämlich dadurch, daß auf einer Vorratsrolle aus glattem, reißfestem Trägerband, insbesondere Papierband, Einzeletiketten mit ihrer Klebeseite und mit . gegenseitigem Abstand von z.B. 1 bis 2 mm lösbar appliziert sind, daß die Vorratsrolle in einem Rollenbehältnis drehbar angeordnet ist und das freie Ende des Trägerbandes durch einen ersten Durchführungsschlitz mit Umlenkung von z.B. 180° nach außen geführt ist, wobei die Etiketten auf der Unterseite des Trägerbandes sitzen und beim Herausziehen des Trägerbandes durch den Schlitz und um die Umlenkkante herum die Einzeletiketten sukzessive vom Trägerband lösbar sind.According to the invention, the stated object is achieved by the features specified in the characterizing part of claim 1, namely in that individual labels are detachably applied with their adhesive side and with a mutual distance of e.g. 1 to 2 mm to a supply roll made of smooth, tear-resistant carrier tape, in particular paper tape, that the supply roll is arranged rotatably in a roll container and the free end of the carrier tape is guided outwards through a first feed-through slot with a deflection of e.g. 180°, whereby the labels sit on the underside of the carrier tape and when the carrier tape is pulled out through the slot and around the deflection edge, the individual labels can be successively detached from the carrier tape.
Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen sind in den Ansprüchen 2 bis 4 angegeben. So ist gemäß einer besonders kostengünstigen Lösung das Rollenbehältnis als Faltschachtel ausgebildet. Eine vorteilhafte Weiterbildung besteht bei dieser Ausführung darin, daß die Faltschachtel einen formschlüssig verriegelten Deckel aufweist, der an seiner einen Schmalseite eine Umlenkkante hat und mit der anliegenden Schachtelwand den ersten Durchführungsschlitz bildet. Weiterhin ist es vorteilhaft, wenn der Deckel von einem Pappstreifen oder dergl. übergriffen wird, welcher zusammen mit dem Deckel einen zweiten Durchführungsschlitz für das herauszuziehende Trägerband bildet. Gemäß einer speziellen Ausführungsform ist vorgesehen, daß die Etiketten im wesentlichen eine Rechteckform mit einem Beschriftungsfeld für Dosierungsanweisungen zur Einnahme von Medikamenten aufweisen.Advantageous further developments are specified in claims 2 to 4. Die mit der Erfindung erzielbaren Vorteile sind vor allem darin zu sehen, daß das Rollenbehältnis, insbesondere in Gestalt einer Faltschachtel, als preiswertes Massenfabrikat herstellbar ist. Als Material für die Faltschachtel kommt Karton bzw. Pappe in einer Stärke von z.B. 0,5 mm in Betracht, wobei die Biegekanten vorgepreßt sind. Das Rollenbehältnis F für den Etikettenspender ES nach Fig. 1 ist als quaderförmige Faltschachtel ausgebildet. In ihr ist eine Vorratsrolle 1 aus glattem, reißfestem Trägerband 2, insbesondere aus Papierband, drehbar bzw. abwickelbar von einer Spule 3, untergebracht, deren Drehachse mit 3.0 bezeichnet ist. Auf der Unterseite des Trägerbandes 2 sind Etiketten bzw. Aufkleber 4 mit ihrer Klebeseite und mit gegenseitigem Abstand von z.B. 1 bis 2 mm lösbar appliziert. Die Faltschachtel F dient also als Rollenbehältnis für die Vorratsrolle 1 und weist einen formschlüssig verriegelten Deckel 5 auf, der an seiner einen Schmalseite eine strichpunktiert dargestellte Umlenkkante 6 hat und mit der anliegenden Schachtelwand einen Durchführungsschlitz 7 bildet.The roll container F for the label dispenser ES according to Fig. 1 is designed as a cuboid-shaped folding box. Die Lasche 11 wird unter dem Trägerband 2 winklig einwärts gefalzt, der sektorformige Mantelabschnitt m6 wird ebenfalls einwärts und winklig zum Deckel 5 um seine Biegekante gefalzt, und nun kann über dem Trägerband 2 der Deckel 5 geschlossen und seine Einstecklasche m7 eingesteckt werden, wobei als letztes der Pappstreifen 8 gefalzt und mit seiner Lasche m8 in einen Einsteckschlitz 12 im Bereich der Falzkante zwischen (5) und (m3) gesteckt wird. Im Bereich der Falzkante der Lasche m8 befindet sich ein Einsteckschlitz 13, in welchen die an (m3) sitzende winklige Sicherungslasche 14 einsteckbar ist. Das frei hervorstehende Ende 2a des Trägerstreifens 2 (vergl. Fig. 1) kann jetzt um die Umlenkkante 6 herumgelegt und durch den Durchfuhrungsschlitz 9zwischen Deckel 5 und Pappstreifen 8 hindurchgefädelt werden. Damit ist der Etikettenspender, so wie in Fig. 1 dargestellt, fertig zum Gebrauch. Bei Ersatz einer verbrauchten Vorratsrolle wird das Behältnis F deckseitig geöffnet, die leere Spule 3 durch eine neue Vorratsrolle 1 ersetzt und das Behältnis bzw. die Faltschachtel wie beschrieben geschlossen und das freie Ende 2 des Trägerbandes 2 wieder eingefädelt.The supply roll 1 can now be placed in the folding box F, which is only open on the top side, whereby a piece of the carrier tape 2 must protrude outwards.
