• A swimming pool with a counter-current system can be made much smaller in terms of pool dimensions, but the filter system and any solar heating also require space for the technology, which is often not available. Installing the technology in existing garages and garden sheds often represents additional expense. There is often no suitable installation space for the solar absorbers. The solar absorbers disfigure the garages or house roofs. Long and costly pipe runs are often required for this. Additional space is required for swimming pool accessories, such as chemicals, nets, floor vacuums, etc.

• To create an effectively usable swimming pool, a professional swimming pool builder is required who will adapt, plan and implement the entire facility specifically to the needs and existing conditions.

• A complete swimming pool construction with all accessories is very expensive if it is carried out entirely by a specialist company.

• Covering the pool with foil and tarpaulin is very complicated and often only two people can do it satisfactorily. These covers have to be secured against the wind, which is a laborious process. Such covers do not provide any protection for children playing. All other covering structures require additional space and are expensive.

• Cleaning the pool and the outdoor location causes a considerable amount of additional dirt. Traditionally designed swimming pools require an enormous amount of time for cleaning and maintenance simply because of their size.

• The maintenance costs for electricity, water and chemicals are very high due to the relatively large volumes of water and the associated large filter systems. Heating consumes additional energy.

• Freestanding swimming pools offer no protection from the gaze of neighbors or onlookers along the street.

The invention set out in the protection claim is based on the problem of building a "swimmable" swimming pool in a very small space, which can be delivered as a prefabricated component and installed relatively easily in a garden with optimal usage options, low maintenance costs, a visually pleasing appearance and a child-safe design.

These problems are solved with the features listed in claim 1.

The invention makes it possible to put together a swimming pool tailored to your personal needs using a catalogue. The pool can be delivered complete and, once installed in the garden, can be easily fitted with a glass structure.

The actual swimming pool consists of a prefabricated plastic tub [2] with the connections and installations [13] for the swimming pool technology [4].

The swimming pool technology [4] and the swimming pool accessories are housed next to the actual swimming pool in the remaining cavity (installation pit) of the precast concrete element. The installation pit is made accessible by a corrosion-resistant staircase [6] with a railing. This pit can be covered in a few easy steps using a drop hatch [7].

In addition, recesses must be provided in the side walls for the power connection as well as water supply and disposal pipes.

The relatively small pool area can also be covered with appropriate panels so that it can be walked on. To provide static support, only bars would have to be placed over the pool.

A sump pump is required to remove dripping water.

The plastic tub [2] can be insulated from the outside. Because of the relatively small amount of water, the swimming pool can then easily be kept at a comfortable temperature or heated even in temporarily cool weather.

Installation in the garden:

The actual swimming pool [2] and all the technology are installed in the factory in precast concrete [1] and brought to the construction site like a prefabricated garage. The pool is given a waterproof coating on the outside. A pit is dug at the construction site and a flat surface is leveled. Given the small size and low weight, the entire swimming pool can be lifted into the pit with a crane on a truck.

The rest of the pit is filled in. To operate the system, a power connection, a water connection and a wastewater disposal system are necessary.

In the simplest case, the supply and disposal can be ensured with a simple cable or hoses.

As a supplement or completion, the prefabricated frame [1] is provided with connections for a glass structure [3] similar to a greenhouse. Depending on requirements, the side glazing should be able to be removed with a simple hand movement. If the swimming pool and installation pit are covered, the glazed superstructure [3] can be used universally for other purposes (e.g. as storage space for garden furniture in winter). The glazing can be made in various versions from plastic or in a frosted glass look for privacy.

Prefabricated swimming pool assembled in a prefabricated concrete box with pre-installed swimming pool technology characterized by - that a plastic swimming pool [2] of small dimensions is mounted in a prefabricated concrete trough [1], - that the counter-current system (swimming pool technology [4]) which is also pre-installed in the precast concrete element enables optimal swimming pleasure in the smallest of spaces, - that the entire swimming pool technology 4 is housed underground in the precast concrete tub, - that the swimming pool can be fitted with a glass structure [3] using pre-installed fastening options on the concrete frame. - that the glass structure can be designed to provide optimal privacy, for example by using frosted glass panes.
