Claims (8)

1. Vorrichtung zum Erzeugen von Polymerchips mit einer im wesentlichen geschlos­ senen Arbeitskammer, in der
eine Luftbefeuchtungseinrichtung und ein Sensorelement (14) zum Messen der Luft­ feuchtigkeit angeordnet sind, und mit
einer elektronischen Steuereinrichtung (11),
die derart ausgebildet ist, dass sie nach Maßgabe der gemessenen Luftfeuchtigkeit die Luftbefeuchtungseinrichtung ansteuert.
