Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a system for notifying at least one Person of a group of people according to the preamble of claim 1.
The system is particularly suitable for use on a hotline where service staff need to be notified based on customer requests who need to fix the problems that customers experience.
Today's hotlines have operators who handle calls from customers personally answer, then notify service personnel. The service staff usually have cell phones that the operator or a third party intermediate person can reach the service staff. Here goes the operator usually so that he z. B. one responsible for the area Service staff selects. If this service person is not available, the Operator either speak to their mailbox or the service staff has a call forwarding to another service person in her mobile phone programmed. Is also the next service agent to whom the first Service agent had redirected, not reachable, so when switched on Call forwarding the operator's call again to another service agent redirected. These diversions must be done by the service staff every time be activated or deactivated, which is a considerable time, cost and coordination effort. In addition, the respective Service personnel in call diversion have a specific forwarding order are observed, the new daily depending on the availability of service staff must be determined and not without great during the daily routine Effort to change. This system requires that an operator at least for the first call acceptance of the customer call is necessary, or an operator for the selection of the service staff is required.
The object of the present invention is an automatic system to provide at least one person in a group of people who for example a service worker can be from a call from a caller or is automatically informed of another event.
This object is achieved by means of a system with the features of Claim 1 solved.
Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen des erfindungsgemäßen Systems ergeben sich durch die Merkmale der Unteransprüche 2 bis 8 sowie der Verfahrens ansprüche 9 bis 11.Advantageous configurations of the system according to the invention result by the features of subclaims 2 to 8 and the method claims 9 to 11.
The system is advantageously used for a hotline where Customer inquiries, which at least one service worker for processing require to be answered automatically and after recording the Customer data and problem description a service worker about the work to be done Action is notified. The system works in such a way that Customers, especially with a uniform service number, with a Customer server can be connected. For example, this automatically starts one Query to narrow down the problem at the customer and possibly the Phone number of the customer and his customer ID. The customer can, for example with voice or the DTMF multi-frequency method Enter digits which can be selected for possible from the server Answers serve. After the customer server on the type and scope of the event has been informed by the customer, the Connection between customer and customer server to be disconnected. Because of The customer server chooses the event or the customer's request based on a database that can be used to deal with the problem Service staff. All service staff are with Communication facilities such as B. mobile phones or notebooks Internet or intranet access. About communication Every service employee informs the system whether they are to be processed an event or problem is available. Based on this Database checks the system which of those in question for processing upcoming service staff can be reached and tries to do this afterwards to contact one after the other. Contact is only deemed to have been made if if the service person personally maintains the connection or one Feedback sent to the system. After feedback, you can either the system to process the event or problem required data via a transmission device, in particular a Send a cell phone, for example, an SMS message. However, it is also conceivable that the service staff himself, for example, via data processing devices such as a notebook with an integrated modem Establishes connection to the system and the necessary data in it Data processing device loads. In the case of data transmission via SMS it would be an advantage if the service staff, for example, had someone on board Printers can print the SMS message. Unless the service staff Own cellular phones via which the system can be used by the service staff tried to contact, the mailbox should always be available be switched off. If appropriate facilities in the system are present which allow the system to recognize whether the mailbox or the service staff personally accepted the call, so it is possible that the mailbox can be switched on. If the mailbox If the call is accepted, the system then recognizes that it is not the service person reached personally and tried to contact another service person.
In a further embodiment of the system, the customer server replicates feedback and information of the service staff about the event Telephone connection between the customer triggering the event and the Service staff on. However, it is of course also possible that the Service staff contacted the customer himself.
Unless the system is one of those for processing the event or The problem can be reached by the service staff in question either move on to select or contact service personnel who not necessarily eligible for editing, or one System or hotline staff about unreachability to inform all service staff, then this employee initiates appropriate measures.
In a further advantageous development of the system, the system is included the mobile operator, through whose network the service staff with their Calling cellular phones, connected, the system automatically finds out which mobile phones of the individual service staff in the system are logged in and thus find out which service staff are responsible for processing a Event or problem are available. The comparison of these The database can be permanent or at certain time intervals. However, it is also possible that this comparison before selecting the contacting service staff.
The use of this system is not limited to the operation of one Hotline or a call center but is for all such Areas of use. Among other things, it is conceivable that a Machine which has appropriate communication facilities, For example, in the event of a fault, the system automatically determines the type and the Scope of the disturbance is informed, after which the system then provides one for Eliminate the fault, contact the service technician in question tries.
By using the system according to the invention, except for the case of complete inaccessibility of all service staff on the job a person can be completely dispensed with, which means for the operation of the Systems incur no personnel costs. These are for a 24 hour Operation of such a system compared to the cost and other operating costs not negligible.
A possible embodiment of the system according to the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to a drawing. The figure shows a system 1 , consisting of an ACD server / call generator 5 and a database 2 , which contains the customer master data and customer machine data. The server 5 can access the database 2 via the interface 11 . The system also has a database 4 in which the availability of the forces 1-n is stored. The server 5 can query the data in the database 4 via the interface 12 . The system has a further database 3 , in which data about systems / facilities / etc. stored by possible callers. In this database 3 , additional query sequences and questions as well as possible answers are stored, which are generated automatically or by default for querying the calling customers AX. The connection 14 is used to compare the customer master data or customer machine data from the database 2 and the caller list 3 or query data / callback data when a customer calls AX. As soon as a customer AX establishes a connection to the system 1 via a dial-up line 15 , the server 5 uses the query data from the database 3 to determine which customer is calling with which problem. The querying of the necessary data from the customer happens completely automatically. The queried data is stored in a database, not shown. After the call has been made and the customer has been queried, the system 1 uses the database 4 to determine which of the forces 1-n is available and / or suitable for processing the problem. From the available forces 1-n, the available forces are selected one after the other until a force has given feedback via its mobile radio telephone. After feedback from the contacted forces, the latter is informed of the event and possibly a connection is established between the customer triggering the event and the forces from system 1 .
If no forces are available or none of the forces reported as available are reached by the system 1 , the system 1 informs via the interface 1 a hotline overflow, which can be, for example, a data processing system or a person specially assigned for this purpose.
On the basis of the customer master data and / or customer machine data stored in the database 2, the system determines, by means of the comparison via the interface 14 with the database 3 , which forces are suitable for processing the event or problem. Only these forces that are eligible for processing are contacted in succession by system 1 . However, the system cancels the contacting of the forces one after the other if a force has personally submitted feedback via its mobile radio telephone.
Optionally, an interface 13 can be used to make a connection between the system or between the database 4 and the network operator 7 for the mobile radio telephones of the forces. During the comparison, the information relating to the respective status (logged in or not logged in) of the mobile radio telephones of the forces is stored in the database 4 . As a result, it is not necessary for the forces to log off or log on to system 1 .
It goes without saying that additional databases are added to the system can be added so that it is even more flexible on customer inquiries or Can respond to customer requests.
