Abstract
In order to absorb tissue paper that is more capable of absorbing water, the press section 5 of a tissue paper machine deforms or structures the paper web via a structure belt 6, which passes through the press section with the felt, including the paper web.
Description
The invention relates to a method according to the preamble of claim 1 and a device for performing the Process and a tissue paper obtainable thereby, which is primarily used for manufacturing of handkerchiefs, facial tissues, facial tissues, Napkins, toilet paper and kitchen towels. Basis at the Production of tissue paper according to the invention are those in the paper production known fiber raw materials, which according to the known methods are prepared.
The production of tissue paper is known through the process steps of forming and dewatering, Pressing, drying and creping marked. The formation and drainage of the highly diluted fiber suspension takes place by means of a wire section. Depending on the type of construction, Differentiate between four-wire and twin-wire machines. At Four-wire machines are used to make the pulp suspension of a rotating sieve and the suction breast roller and drained. Forming takes place on twin-wire machines and drainage of the web between two screens. In doing so the twin wire formers due to their different Screen guide divided into C-Wrap and S-Wrap formers. A The special form of the twin-wire machine is the crescent former, where the web is not between two screens, but between a sieve and a felt is formed and drained.
With the exception of the crescent former, at the end of the Sieve section a transfer of the paper web to the transport and Drainage felt using lick-up or pick-up rollers or suction shoes. The Crescent formers do not have this Handover since the train is already on the transport and Drainage felt is formed.
Mechanical dewatering takes place in the press section Paper web by pressing. For this, the train with the Transport and drainage felt using a suction roller pressed against the drying cylinder. By compression the web and the felt are thus drained. For Increase the drainage performance of the press section additional presses upstream and downstream. In case of upstream presses, the wet presses, are usually Suction presses used. For the downstream presses mostly blind drilled rolls are installed as press rolls. By pressing the web on the drying cylinder at the same time the transfer to the dryer section and the separation of paper web and felt.
The creping typical of tissue papers is achieved through lifting the paper web from the drying cylinder (for example in the form of a Yankee cylinder) with the help a crepe scraper at the end of the drying process. A Difference in peripheral speeds of drying cylinders and reeling at the same time causes a shortening or folding the paper web.
It is also known to use a through-flow drying Procedure (TAD procedure). With this procedure, that is mechanical pressing of the web largely avoided.
In addition, the structure of the web is blown through hot air loosened through the web in the dryer section. This loose and open structure of the tissue web is the cause for quality advantages of tissue products, which according to the TAD Process are made. In particular softness, feel, Thickness, volume and water absorption are affected.
Patentanspruch 6 ergibt. The technical problem (object) of the invention is that Creation of a method and a device for Manufacture tissue paper using simple means Possibility to make a tissue paper, which in particular has a high water absorption capacity at high Volume but small thickness. This task is accomplished by a Method or a device solved, which results from the Claim 1 or claim 6 results.
The invention is based on the knowledge that at a Deformation of the nonwoven / paper by mechanical Mechanical stresses in the fiber composite induced, in part by fiber-to-fiber breakage Fiber bonds for a partial displacement of fibers inside the nonwoven and partially to a deformation of the fibers themselves. The former essentially determines the plastic part, the latter the elastic part of the Deformation.
If the paper is deformed when dry, e.g. B. by an embossing process, the breakage of fiber to fiber bonds irreversible and leads to a Decrease in strength, which is known as loss of embossing. The deformation after the external acting mechanical stress is then essentially by Friction between the fibers and those retained in the fibers maintained deformation forces.
Then such a deformed nonwoven fabric re-moistened, so by absorbing the water in the Microstructure reduced the frictional forces. The tensions within of the fibers then cause those previously applied Deformations are regressed, even without action an additional external tensile stress. As a result of Humidification drops the one created by embossing Deformation structure collapses and the paper loses most of its embossed thickness and its water absorption capacity.
If, according to the invention, the deformation of the Paper in the moist state, e.g. B. by pressing into a structure-giving medium and subsequent drying in it deformed condition, so primarily new ones are formed Intermediate fiber bonds in the nonwoven fabric, without this Tensions arise within the fibers. The generated one stress-free deformation state is then caused by the Drying frozen in paper, so to speak.
Becomes a tension - free deformed paper in which the Deformation state was frozen by drying, re-moistened, so they remain during drying created bonds between the fibers despite absorption of Get water into the fiber structure. In this case, the caused by deformation in the wet state and by the subsequent fixation as a result of drying resistant structure retained when rewetting. The paper can do most of its due to deformation maintained thickness and its water absorption maintained.
According to the invention, a three dimensional structure by using the Structural medium in a wet press section before delivery the drying cylinder (Yankee cylinder) are generated. This structure medium can either be a structure roller or a structured belt / screen that runs through the press section, his. To drain and structure the To improve paper web, the wet press section can do more than have a press nip, e.g. B. two. At least one of these press nips can be designed as a long nip, which improves drainage even more.
Erzielt wird durch die erfindungsgemäße Lösung eine deutlich erhöhte Wasseraufnahmekapazität auf Werte über 7,0 g/g.One is clearly achieved by the solution according to the invention increased water absorption capacity to values above 7.0 g / g.
By providing an additional deflection roller for the Felt between the press nips, it is possible Rewetting between the first and second press nip avoid.
The solution according to the invention makes it possible to Dry contents after the wet press section of 42 to 45% by weight To achieve dry matter, so that without problems with a high production speed can be driven.
The possibility exists by laser engraving according to claim 13 a variable structure in the structure medium corresponding impact on the tissue paper produced.
It is also important for the invention that the structure of the Paper web not by pressing on the Yankee cylinder gets destroyed.
The advantages of an impermeable structural tape exist in that the paper web because of the capillary forces of the Water better on a closed belt than on a sieve is liable.
An impermeable structure tape is for air and water impermeable. It has a structuring pattern on the Surface facing the paper web. This pattern can be embossed or ground into the surface be attached. This tape can be of different types Materials are made, but mostly from Plastic, e.g. B. polyurethane. The embossing of the pattern can be done using the methods commonly used for Plastic used to be manufactured. Grinding can e.g. B. done by laser engraving. The structure belt / sieve can, for example, from a coarse basic fabric with a thin polyurethane layer such that the Surface structure of the base fabric in the thin Depicts polyurethane layer. This structure shown forms the paper side of the structure tape. Even better this structure tape consists of a basic fabric with a thicker polyurethane layer in which the structure is preferred is formed by laser engraving. With this laser engraving there is the possibility of different structures easy way to train. Usually it is Polyurethane tape as a structure tape waterproof, because the Drainage takes place via the felt.
If a (coarse) structural fabric or Support fabric is embedded, the weave pattern of this fabric can at least on the surface facing the paper web emerge. This fabric can either be entirely in plastic be embedded or only on one side, the Fabric threads are visible on the paper side.
With very thin paper there is a possibility that the Desired structure depth in the paper does not correspond to the Structural tape can be achieved. But if, for example the structural tape is made permeable in these areas and is sucked there, so an optimal structure depth in the paper web can be reached, possibly with less heavy pressing, which leads to less compacting.
The structure is preferred before drying, in particular a predrying introduced into the paper web.

The Einjetten of the fiber suspension takes place at the point of the arrow A in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 in a C-wrap former 1 having a C-shaped guided around a forming and dewatering roll 2 forming fabric. 3 A felt 4 , which also passes through a wet press section 5 and is then returned to the forming roll 2 , is likewise guided over a partial circumference of the forming roll 2 within the forming wire 3 . A structure belt 6 also runs through the wet press section 5 and from there to a pressure roller 7 , which presses the structure belt / screen 6 against the drying cylinder (Yankee cylinder) 8 . This pressure roller is designed as a suction roller.
The press section includes a central press roll 9 and a first press roll 10 arranged upstream thereof and a second press roll 11 arranged downstream thereof. A first press nip 12 is formed between the press roll 9 and 10 .
Between the press rolls 9 and 11 , a second press nip 13 is formed, which is designed here as a long nip in such a way that the press roll 9 presses into the surface of the press roll 11 and thus no line contact; but there is surface contact.
The machine according to FIG. 2 differs from that according to FIG. 1 in that the press roller 10 is designed as a suction roller and the pressure roller 7 is not a suction roller. Downstream of the press nip 12 and upstream of the press nip 13 , a guide roller 14 is provided for the felt 4 in order to avoid rewetting of the felt. For this purpose, a suction shoe 15 is provided between the guide roller 4 and the press nip 12 .
In operation, the formed paper web, not shown, runs between the felt 4 and the structure belt / screen 6 through the wet press section, where the structure is given a structure via the structure belt in the wet press section. The structure is partially compacted in the area of the pressure roller 7 , which presses the structure belt 6 and thus also the paper web against the Yankee cylinder 8 . Creping, not shown here, usually takes place on the Yankee cylinder.
If the dry content in the paper web at the end of the wet press section is not high enough to ensure that the paper web adheres to the Yankee cylinder 8 in order to be able to carry out sufficient creping, a further drying cylinder could be installed upstream of the Yankee cylinder. The structure tape with the paper web could be guided around this drying cylinder in order to fix the structure in the paper web during the drying process.
In the embodiment of FIG. 3, a forming wire 4 'is used in the forming section instead of a dewatering felt, from which the paper web is transferred to the structure belt / wire 6 at point 14 and then reaches the wet press section 5 , where a press felt 4 runs in. Before the wet press section, the paper web has a dry content of 5-20% by weight of dry matter (dry matter) and preferably 8-20% by weight of dry matter and then of 20-50% by weight dry matter and preferably 35-45% by weight TS.
