I. Sasada et al.: "Torque Transducers with
stress-sensitive amorphous ribbons of Chevron-pattern", IEEE Transactions on Magnetics, Vol. MAG-20,
No. 5, September 1984, S. 951-953].
coils with ferromagnetic yoke for a micromachined torque sensor", J. Micromech. Microeng. 5 (1995), S.
von Drehmomentsensoren [I. Sasada et al.: "Noncontact Torque sensors using magnetic heads and a
magnetostrictive layer on the shaft surface - Application of plasma jet spraying process", IEEE
Transactions on Magnetics, Vol. Mag-22, No. 5, September 1986, S. 406-408].

of torque sensors [I. Sasada et al .: "Noncontact Torque sensors using magnetic heads and a

piezoresistiven Siliziumsensoren.
The great importance of magnetoelastic principles can be seen in the fact that they are opposed
piezoresistive processes have higher sensitivity. As a measure of sensitivity
the k-factor can be used. The k factor is the quotient of the total resistance
related change in resistance and elongation. Reach metallic strain gauges k-Fak
gates smaller than 10 can be sensitive to piezoresistive semiconductor sensors based on silicon
can be determined with k in the amount of 200. Macroscopic, magneto-elastic components
it is known that sensitivities around a power of ten can be achieved than with
piezoresistive silicon sensors.
The magnetoelastic sensors presented so far show in practice the problem that the
Due to the manufacturing processes used, sensors are not easy to miniaturize. In order to
the areas of application for these sensors are also limited. By the necessary for the assembly
Hybrid technology in transformer construction, the problem arises that the magnetoelastic
Film strips must be connected to the bobbins. The film strips are fixed
achieved for example by gluing. The mechanical behavior of these joints is essential
in the power transmission and determines the sensor behavior of the element. In case of
Sensors in which a coated specimen is integrated into a magnetic circuit,
the sensing element is not bonded to the sample body. The Measurement
can be done in this case without contact, but the inevitable air gaps reduce the
System sensitivity.
The variant of the sensor presented in the first claim is also based on the use of the
Transformer principle for sensing magnetoelastic effects caused by stretching. Of the
The invention is based on the fact that the use of microtechnical methods is a micro-element

mechanical hysteresis and favorable creep behavior with direct power transmission.
The management of the river is carried out by a core element, the coupling between
serves the two transformer coils. As magnetoelastic materials for the flux guides
materials come into question, for example by sputtering, electroplating or others
microtechnical coating processes can be deposited. As coil materials
conductor materials such as copper come into question. Are the coils and the magnetic structures against each other
to isolate, organic and inorganic insulators can be used.
Claim 2 is an advantageous embodiment of the invention of claim 1

In claim 3, a further advantageous extension of the invention is presented. Instead of one
