Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a wind turbine with a genera Tor and with a turbine and a method for operating a Wind turbine.
In the article "Development and Design of a Large Wind Turbine Blade" by M. Hahn and P. Wackerle, 3rd International Symposium on Wind Energy Systems, August 26-29, 1980, Lymby, Copenhagen, Denmark, is the structure of one large rotor blade of a wind turbine described. Specifically, in Fig. 20, a heating system is shown for this rotor blade, which is formed by arranged on the inside of the hollow rotor blade copper strip. An electrical current can be conducted through the copper strips, which heats the rotor blade.
The object of the invention is to provide a wind turbine. Another object of the invention is to provide a method to operate a wind turbine.
According to the ge on a wind turbine task solved by a wind turbine, with a Generator and with a turbine that has at least one rotor has a blade, a partially inside the rotor blade tes running flow path on the surface of the rotor leaf opens at a mouth and being through the generator Heat on an air flow that can be generated in the flow path is transferable.
Diese Ausgestaltung bietet gleich zwei erhebliche Vorteile:
This configuration offers two significant advantages:
A power is used for the generator of the wind turbine capable cooling system provided. This happens under the Exploitation of a large dynamic pressure difference between the Muzzle on the surface of the rotor blade and the environment ent of the wind turbine during a rotation of the rotor blade stands. This dynamic pressure difference results from a suction wire kung at the mouth by the flowing around the rotor blade Wind. At a suitable point in the wind turbine, Um ambient air sucked in. This is taking advantage of the pressure difference by the rotor blade or the rotor blades up to the mouth on the surface of the rotor blade. On this allows an air flow with a large volume flow be generated. The airflow is used to cool the generator utilized. The generator transmits its generated during operation Waste heat directly or indirectly on the air flow. The big vo lumen flow leads to a particularly high cooling capacity.
Especially in the cold season a Ver Irons of the rotor blades on the wind turbine considerable Problems. The Un occurring through such icing balancing and loss of efficiency affect the loading drive safety and the yield of the wind turbine. The has so far been - as quoted above - usually by a encountered electrical rotor blade heating. The invention shows now a particularly simple and inexpensive way on, rotor blades of a wind turbine over the anyway in Waste heat from operation of the wind power generator is too hot Zen. By giving the generator its waste heat on the airflow transmits, is not only an efficient cooling of the Generator provided, but at the same time with that heated air flow reaches a rotor blade heater.
Die bei Umströmung einer Gondel erzeugte konventionelle
Staudruckdifferenz, wie es bisher häufig durchgeführt wurde,
liegt im Bereich

For example, for a wind turbine with the nominal power P n = 1.5 MW, nominal speed v n = 13 m / s, nominal speed n n = 20 rpm and rotor diameter D rotor = 65 m with an air density of ρ = 1.128 kg / m 3 is the conventional dynamic pressure difference

A flow through the wind is preferred around the rotor blade can be generated, the location-dependent pressures on the rotor has leaf, the mouth in a low area Pressure. Basically, the mouth can be different NEN points of the rotor blade can be provided. A special one high pressure difference and thus a particularly large volume current for the generated air flow is present when the mouth in a low pressure area for the air flow flowing around the rotor blade. Preferably the rotor blade has a leading edge and a trailing edge on, with the mouth at or near the trailing edge lies.
The rotor blade is preferably arranged on a hub and it stretches away from the hub along an axis, the Mouth in the last third, especially in the last quarter of the rotor blade. At the end of the Rotor blades are the highest speeds for that air flow flowing around the rotor blade. The larger the currents speed of the flow flowing around the rotor blade is, the greater is the one that is caused by this current called suction effect. Thus, a near the Mun lying away from the hub of the end of the rotor blade achieve a particularly large pressure difference.
The heat from the generator is preferably directly on the Airflow transferable. If the generator is right from that Airflow is flowing around, e.g. B. arranged in the flow path is particularly efficient cooling.
The heat from the generator to heat is further preferred Exchanger transferable through which heat exchanger the air current leads. This makes it possible for the generator's waste heat to be given indirectly to the air flow via a heat exchanger. This is an advantage if the generator is in front of a di right influence should be protected by the air flow in order e.g. B. to prevent corrosion of generator parts. This is especially in salty air, e.g. B. by the sea, from Be interpretation.
The wind turbine preferably has a nacelle, the flow path passing at least part of the gondola leads. Among other things, the nacelle is the generator housing on which the turbine is arranged. Continue to be preferably the nacelle extends from a turbine side End to an end facing away from the turbine, the flow path from the turbine end to the turbine wall leading end. The generator in the nacelle is preferably on orderly. The flow path is thus through the interior of the Rotor blade and formed by the interior of the nacelle. On this way, no further measures need to be taken to guide the airflow.
According to the invention, the court is given a method solved problem by a method for operating a Wind turbine, with a generator and with a turbine with at least one rotor blade, wherein by waste heat from the Ge nerators an air flow is heated, which through the interior of the rotor blade and via a mouth on the surface of the Rotor blade is conducted into the environment.
The advantages of such a method arise accordingly according to the above explanations about the advantages of a wind power plant.
The air flow is preferred over at least two thirds, in particular three quarters of the length of the rotor blade. The waste heat of the generator is further preferred fluid heat exchange medium and from this to the Transfer airflow.

In Fig. 1, a wind turbine 1 is shown schematically in perspective. A gondola 20 is arranged on a tower 31 . A generator 2 is arranged in the nacelle 20 . A turbine 3 is arranged on the nacelle 20 . The turbine 3 has a hub 14 . Three rotor blades 4 , each spaced 120 ° apart, are arranged on the hub 14 . Each rotor blade 4 has a surface 6 and extends from the hub 14 to an end facing away from the hub 4 A along an axis 15 . The turbine 3 can be rotated in a direction of rotation 33 about a turbine axis 3 A. Accordingly, this direction of rotation 33 , each rotor blade 4 has a leading edge 11 and a trailing edge 12 . In the vicinity of the trailing edge 12 , an orifice 7 is provided in the last quarter of each rotor blade 4 . A flow path 5 running in the interior of the rotor blade 4 opens at this mouth 7 . The flow path 5 continues to extend from a turbine-side end 21 of the nacelle 20 to a turbine end 22 of the nacelle 20th An opening 32 is provided at the end 22 facing away from the turbine.
In operation of the wind turbine 1 rotates driven by wind, the turbine 3 in the direction of rotation 33rd Due to the air flow flowing along each rotor blade, a negative pressure is generated at each mouth 7 . This negative pressure results in a pressure drop between each mouth 7 and the opening 32 on the nacelle 20 . As a result, ambient air is sucked in at the opening 32 , which flows via the flow path 5 through the gon del 20 and through the interior of each rotor blade 4 to the mouth 7 . This air flow 8 also flows around the generator 2 arranged in the nacelle 20 . The air flow 8 cools the generator 2 by absorbing the heat 18 generated by the generator 2 . Due to a high dynamic pressure difference between the mouths 7 and the opening 32 , a high volume flow for the air stream 8 can be generated. This results in a particularly high cooling capacity for the generator 2 .
Simultaneously with the efficient cooling of the generator 2 , the rotor blades 4 are heated by the air stream 8 , where the air stream 8 in turn is heated by waste heat 18 of the generator. This waste heat 18 is transferred from the air flow 8 to each rotor blade 4 . This provides a structurally very simple possibility of heating the rotor blades 4 and thus keeping them largely ice-free.
FIG. 2 shows a longitudinal section through a wind turbine 1 , which essentially corresponds to the wind turbine 1 from FIG. 1. However, indi rect cooling is provided for the generator 2 . This is done in that the generator 2 emits the waste heat 18 to a coolant 23 of a heat exchanger 19 . The air stream 8 flows through the heat exchanger 19 and thereby absorbs the waste heat 18 emitted by the generator 2 . This indirect cooling makes it possible in particular to keep the generator separate from direct influence by the air flow 8 . This reduces possible corrosion of generator parts.
Fig. 3 zeigt perspektivisch den Aufbau eines Rotorblattes 4. Fig. 3 shows in perspective the construction of a rotor blade 4. The rotor blade 4 extends from a hub 14 along an axis 15 . It has a length L. Profile elements 30 are arranged parallel to one another along the axis 15 . The profile elements 30 determine the blade geometry of the rotor blade 4 . The rotor blade 4 is essentially hollow. It has a leading edge 11 and a trailing edge 12 . In the last quarter 4/4 L of the rotor blade 4 is provided in the vicinity of the trailing edge 12, a mouth. 7 At this Mün extension 7 , the flow path 5 opens. As explained in connection with FIGS. 1 and 2, an air stream 8 is heated by the generator 2 and guided through the interior of the rotor blade 4 along the flow path 5 to the mouth 7 . There the air flow 8 emerges into the environment.
Fig. 4 zeigt einen Querschnitt durch ein Rotorblatt 4. Fig. 4 shows a cross section through a rotor blade 4. When a turbine 3 , to which the rotor blade 4 is assigned, rotates, an air flow 35 flows around the rotor blade 4 . Along the surface 6 of the rotor blade 4 there are different pressures 10 a, 10 b, 10 c and 10 d at different positions. The mouth 7 of the flow path 5 is now at a low pressure 10 c, near the trailing edge 12 . Since with a particularly large pressure drop between the Mün extension 7 and the opening 32 (see Fig. 1) is achieved. This in turn results in a high volume flow of the air flow 8 and thus a high cooling capacity.
