The invention relates to an artificial hand after Preamble of claim 1.
Artificial hands with adjustable limbs are known that works like a pair of pliers or the scissors of a cancer kidneys. The drive can be different, but the principle four fingers together and the thumb come in one point together, stay. These well-known artificial hands have the Disadvantage that you can not counter with the artificial fingers stood densely and differentiated, consequently none Can hold the object properly. Imitate these prostheses only the hand on the outside, but the functions are poor.
The invention has for its object an artificial hand to create the fingers and the thumb each for themselves lie on objects of any shape and these objects can hold and hold stands individually equally strong, the fingers, including the thumb, also being differentiated can be claimed, and this strain by users undo any additional facility can be made, so that with it the artificial hand the Ar work functions comes close to a human hand. According to Fig. 1, all of the fingers are interconnected artificial hand mechanically 1 [1.5 1.4 index finger, middle finger 1.3, 1.2 ring finger, little finger including thumb 1.1]. The drive of the index finger 1.4 and the middle finger 1.3 is connected to a group by an actuating cord 3.1 and a cord wheel 5.1 . The little finger 1.1 and the ring finger 1.2 are connected to a group by an actuating cord 3.2 and a cord wheel 5.2 . The line wheels 5.1 and 5.2 are rotatably mounted with their axes 11.1 and 11.2 on a compensating lever 10.1 . To said balance lever is a connecting rod 10.1 12.1 15.1 having an axis which divides the balance lever 10.1 in lever arms L3 and L4 are arranged. The balance lever 10.1 serves as a differential between the two groups. Through this compensating lever 10.1 , the drive of the four fingers 1 is connected to a group. At the other end of the connecting rod 12.1 , this is connected to a further compensating lever 10.2 by means of an axis 15.2 . At the other end of the compensating lever 10.2 is connected via an axis 17 and an attached actuation cord 3.3 of the thumb 1.5 . To said balance lever is a connecting rod 10.2 12.2 having an axis 16, which divides the balance lever 10.2 in lever arms L1 and L2 are disposed. This compensating lever 10.2 also serves as a differential between the groups (thumb 1.5 and the remaining four fingers 1 ). The other end of the connecting rod 12.2 is connected to a main operating line 18 , which is designed in the manner of a Bowden cable and is guided in loops 19 up to a fixed point 21 . The loops 19 and also the fixed point 21 are fastened at a suitable point, for example on the arm of the injured person. The force applied by the injured person is transmitted from the fixed point 21 via a wire 20 guided in loops 19 via the axis 16 to the compensating lever 10.2 . The force is distributed differently, depending on the length of the lever arms L1 and L2 on the thumb 1.5 and on the fingers 1 . The force on the fingers 1 is differentiated, depending on the length of the lever arms L3 and L4 between the groups of fingers 1 (group of index fingers 1.4 , middle fingers 1.3 and group ring fingers 1.2 , little fingers 1.1 ). The forces are transmitted via the line wheel 5.1 and line 3.1 to the index finger 1.4 , middle finger 1.3 and via the line wheel 5.2 and line 3.2 to the ring finger 1.2 , small finger 1.1 , forcing the fingers 1 to bend.
FIGS. 3 to 5 show the structure of a single finger 1 using the example of the index finger of 1.4 of FIG. 1. The finger 1 is made artificial finger members 2, which are interconnected by hinges. 8 In the upper part of the finger 1.4 there is a return cord 9 which is guided along the inside and ends at the fingertip and at a fastening 7 on the prosthesis. A spring 6 is arranged at one end of the return cord 9 . This return cord 9 in connection with the spring 6 stretches the finger 1 . The actuating cord 3.1 is guided in the lower part of the finger 1 . It ends on the inside of the fingertip at the attachment 7 'and leads to the line wheel 5.1 . If the actuating cord 3.1 is pulled, the spring 6 pulls apart and it becomes the outer finger member 2 and then with further pull the next finger members 2 are bent as shown in Fig. 5. After releasing the actuating cord 3.1 , the return cord 9 is brought under the action of the spring 6 and the artificial phalange 2 or phalanges 2 stretch.
This kinematic principle according to FIG. 1 is repeated in another embodiment with a cable pull according to FIG. 2. A cord wheel 5.3 is also a lever with the lever arms L1 and L2 and a cord wheel 5.4 is also a lever with the lever arms L3 and L4 analogous to the lever arms L1 to L4 according to FIG. 1. In addition, clamping devices 4 are provided which encase the actuating cords 3.1 , 3.2 and 3.3 . These clamping devices 4 are shown in detail in FIG. 12. The main operating line 18 is festge on the line wheel 5.3 with operating line 3.3 , one end leading to the thumb 1.5 and the other end being fastened to the line wheel 5.4 . The cord wheel 5.4 receives an actuating cord 3.4 , one end of which is attached to the cord wheel 5.1 and the other end of which is attached to the cord wheel 5.2 . The line wheel 5.1 receives the operating line 3.1 and the line wheel 5.2 the operating line 3.2 . The actuating cord 3.3 , the actuating cord 3.1 and the actuating cord 3.4 between the cord wheel 5.4 and 5.2 each take a Klemmein device 4 , which are attached to the prosthesis. The principle works as follows: The force applied by the injured person is transmitted from the main actuation line 18 via the line wheel 5.3 to the line wheel 5.4 and to the thumb 1.5 . The line wheel 5.4 transfers the force to the line wheels 5.1 and 5.2 . The force applied to the line wheel 5.2 is transmitted to the little finger 1.1 , to the ring finger 1.2 and the force applied to the line wheel 5.1 is transmitted to the middle finger 1.3 , index finger 1.4 , so that they curve. The actuating cords 3.3 , 3.1 and 3.4 lead through the clamping devices 4 , with which an additional effect can be achieved. It is in the sense of the invention, these clamping devices 4 at different locations of the cable pull drive, preferably before the confluence of the actuating cords 3 in the fingers 1 or in the thumb 1.5 to arrange. That means that such clamping devices 4 can also be installed in the cable drive according to FIG. 1. The Klemmeinrichtun gene 4 consist of an inner cone 33 and an outer cone 34 attached to the prothe se. The inner cone 33 consists of a plurality of fins 40 . A groove 36 is provided on the non-slotted part of the inner cone 33 . The inner cone 33 has a central bore 37 through which the respective operating cords 3.1 , 3.3 , 3.4 are passed. The fork-like part of an angle 35 engages in the groove 36 . These angles 35 are formed like a hinge by a hinge axis 39 . All clamping devices 4 are attached to the prosthesis. A spring 38 is arranged between the overlying leg of the angle 35 and the outer cone 34 . If the angle 35 is pressed, the inner cone 33 pulls out of the outer cone 34 . The spring 38 is provided for holding the inner cone 33 in place. The actuation cords 3.1 , 3.3 , 3.4 can only move freely to the right in the bore 37 , the fingers 1 and thumb 1.5 being curved. The force applied finger 1 or thumb 1.5 pulls the actuating cord 3.1 , 3.2 or 3.1 to the left, the respective inner cone 33 being blocked. The greater the load, the stronger the fixation. To release the fixation, it is sufficient to press on the angle 35 . The fork-shaped part of the angle 35 pulls the inner cone 33 out of the outer cone 34 , the lamellae 40 of the inner cone 33 releasing the fixation and the respective actuating cords 3.1 , 3.3 and 3.4 being able to slide freely in the bores 37 . With this constructive design, the Klemmeinrich lines 4 function like a ratchet wheel, ie that the fingers 1 including the thumb 1.5 can freely bend, but only stretch when the clamping device 4 is released. This scheme allows the fingers 1 or thumb 1.5 to fixie ren in a curved or extended position and in any combination.
The prosthesis with this mechanical drive can be as follows described below:
An object should be gripped by hand, e.g. B. a hammer, a telephone handset. The prosthesis is placed with the palm facing down on the object, the elbow is guided to the side, so that the main operating line 18 tensions and then the fingers 1 and Dau men 1.5 move. When the object is grasped, it is fixed, that is, the injured z. B. can work with the hammer without fear that the hammer falls out of the bracket. To open the fixation, it is sufficient to press the angle 35 as well. For example, by laying on the edge of a table, on one knee or pressing on it with the other hand.
A not so large object should be held with three fingers 1 , z. B. a ballpoint pen or a spoon. First all fingers 1 and thumb 1.5 are clenched into a fist. The fixation of the thumb 1.5 , the index finger 1.4 and the middle finger 1.3 are released. The little finger 1.1 and the ring finger 1.2 remain curved. The object to be held is placed between the thumb 1.5 , the middle finger 1.3 and the index finger 1.4 . The elbow is moved to the side so that the object is fixed between these fingers 1 and the thumb 1.5 .
A small object is to be held with two fingers 1 who the z. B. a needle, a coin or a key. All fingers 1 and thumb 1.5 are clenched into a fist. The fixation of the thumb 1.5 and the index finger 1.4 are released. The little finger 1.1 , the ring finger 1.2 and the middle finger 1.3 remain curved. The injured person can now work with the thumb 1.5 and the index finger 1.4 .
The thumb 1.5 should be used, e.g. B. when ringing, when pressing the buttons on a computer. First all fingers 1 and thumb 1.5 are clenched. And now only thumb 1.5 is released .
It is within the meaning of the invention that the prosthesis is provided with mechanical drives. These devices can be outside the prosthesis, e.g. B. on the belt or in a pocket .. The mechanical connections to the fin like 1 and the thumb 1.5 can be done by Bowden cables, the mechanisms can be designed like small steering wheels of model cars.
Another embodiment of the invention is shown in FIGS. 6 to 11. Referring to FIG. 6, the mechanical drive is described in principle, as in the example of FIG. 1. The drive is replaced by a hydraulic one. In the sense of the invention, it is also appropriate to use a pneumatic drive. The actuating cords 3 each end in a piston 22 via a piston rod 23 . All pistons 22 are connected to one another via hydraulic lines 24 . The fixation takes place via shut-off valves 25 . Since the force of the fingers 1 and the thumb 1.5 is different, but the pressure in the hydraulic line 24 is the same for everyone, the diameter of the piston 22 must be for each finger 1 and for the thumb 1.5 according to the formula D = 2√P / Fn can be calculated. In the formula: D = diameter, P = pressure of the working fluid, F = force of the finger, π = 3.14. According to FIG. 7, the main operating line 18 is fastened to a main piston 26 with a piston rod 27 and leads to the fixed point 21 on the injured person. The main piston 26 is designed according to a classic scheme and is attached directly to the "cup" of the prosthesis. Moves the injured shoulder joint, tensions or loosens the main operating line 18 and the working fluid is moved accordingly. Comes the working fluid from the main piston 26 via a main hydraulic line 28 to the hydraulic liklinien 24 and through the shut-off valves 25 in the piston 22 and the piston rods 23 to the respective actuating cords 3 , the fingers 1 and the thumb 1.5 solan ge, until they have embraced the subject. Then everyone can be fixed in any position by the corresponding shut-off valve 25 . Fig. 8 shows a control panel for operating the shut-off valves 25th This panel can e.g. B. worn on the upper part of the wrist of the injured. The respective shut-off valves 25 are connected via connecting lines 29 to ON / OFF switches 30 . Depending on the request, the corresponding switch 30 is switched and blocked or releases the corresponding shut-off valve 25 . As a result, one or more fingers 1 including thumb 1.5 are blocked as described.
When the device is designed with a pneumatic drive, a so-called "artificial muscle" can be used. An outer shell is formed from a rubber tube that expands when filled with air and thereby shortens its length. This property is used to drive fingers 1 or thumb 1.5 . The grip is extremely gentle. The channels for the artificial muscles are advantageously located on the "cup" of the prosthesis. The air compressor and the valves can be used by existing blood pressure measurement devices. A detailed description is omitted because the construction, the principle is almost identical to the hydraulic arrangement already described.
Instead of the shut-off valves 25 according to FIG. 8, a four-way valve 31 can be arranged as shown in FIG. 9. The four-way valve 31 consists of an outer cone 41 with four bores 42 , 43 , 44 , and 45 , into each of which hose connectors 46 for screwing on the hydraulic lines 24 are screwed. The main hydraulic line 28 is connected to the four-way valve 31 . An inner cone 47 has a square 48 on the outside, onto which a handwheel 49 is attached. The handwheel 49 is designed as a bracelet and is used for rotating the inner cone 47 . Flows working fluid from the main hydraulic line 28 into the inner cone 47 , depending on the position of the inner cone 47 in the hose 46 and further directed into the piston 22 and the respective finger 1 or thumb 1.5 is blocked.
The prosthesis can be made of Perlon, plastic, metal and rubber be posed. It is modeled on the human hand and can be covered with skin-like rubber gloves will.
