Abstract

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Wechsel-Trokardorn nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.The invention relates to an interchangeable trocar mandrel according to the preamble of patent claim 1.

Es sind in der Medizintechnik bereits Trokardorne bekannt. Das Durchstoßen des Gewebes wird dadurch erleichtert, daß die Trokardorne an einem freien Ende des Schafts mit einer scharfen Spitze und häufig dieser zugeordneten Schneidelementen versehen sind. Die Trokardorne und zugehörigen Trokare sind so zueinander dimensioniert, daß während des Durchstoßens der Bauchdecke stets eine exakte Führung des Trokardorns innerhalb des Trokars gewährleistet ist. Probleme treten regelmäßig dann auf, wenn nach einer laparoskopischen Untersuchung mittels eines Trokars kleineren Durchmessers in den somit bereits vorliegenden Eintrittskanal ein Trokar größeren Durchmessers für einen weiteren Eingriff eingeführt werden muß. Es ist äußerst schwierig, vor allem dann, wenn die Bauchdecke wegen umfangreich vorhandenen Fettgewebes sehr dick ist, den Trokardorn des größeren Trokars exakt entlang des bereits vorhandenen Eintrittkanals zu führen und einzubringen. Häufig erfolgt deshalb nicht nur die unvermeidliche Erweiterung des vorhandenen Eintrittkanals; sondern zumindest teilweise die Schaffung eines neuen Eintrittkanals. Der Umfang vom Gewebeverletzten steigt dabei zumeist wesentlich über das eigentlich notwendige Maß hinaus. Ertasten eines bereits vorhandenen Eintrittkanals geeignet. Letzteres ist in einfachster Weise durch eine Abrundung 7 realisiert.
