Abstract

The electronic service point provides a 24 hour service for healthcare insurance customers using a data monitor and a printer coupled to a processing centre, with a special user programme allowing individual dialogue with the personal information of the healthcare insurance. The information is protected by use of a personal customer card and a personal identification number which is entered for verifying the data access authorisation, with selective print-out of the acessed information.
