Description

The invention relates to a sealing arrangement for sealing a first area from a second area, each flowable with a fluid and on a different Pressure are durable. The seal arrangement has one by one Main axis rotatable component and a fixed compo on, which are spaced apart by a radial gap stood. The invention further relates to a turbine blade, especially in a steam turbine.

Eine Gruppe von Dichtungsspitzen kann mit Hilfe eines Stemmdrahtes in eine entsprechende Nut eingestemmt sein.EP 0 611 905 A1 describes a device for contact free sealing between rooms of different pressure, especially for a turbomachine where the shaft passes steps between rooms of different pressures with suitable must be provided. The ange given device consists of a labyrinth seal, at the stepped labyrinth column between a rotating one and a fixed part are formed. In the labyrinth columns are on the rotating and the fixed Part of sealing tips arranged, creating a high degree of Turbulence of a flowing medium can be achieved should. The sealing tips between the fixed part and rotating part are arranged as close as possible to each other, so that there is only a small axial gap. The Sealing tips are stretched radially so that you peaks of two adjacent steps overlap. A Group of sealing tips can be made using a caulking wire be caulked into a corresponding groove.

In the article "Measures for modernization and lifespan extension to steam turbine components "by D. Bergmann, M. Jansen and H. Oeynhausen in VGB Kraftwerkstechnik 71, 1991, Book 2, pages 116 to 122, are different seals for  specified a turbine blade of a steam turbine. The picture 13 of the article shows the relative leakage vapor flows between a guide vane and a turbine runner. Here are in indentations in the vane in some embodiments brought in. The lowest relative leakage vapor flow rates are achieved for so-called tip-to-tip seals, at which alternate in the axial direction sealing tips on the Turbine rotor and the guide vane are arranged. By an improvement in the gap seal between turbine rotors and guide vane, the efficiency losses of a Reduce the steam turbine system.

The object of the invention is a sealing arrangement, a Turbine blade and a steam turbine to achieve a decreased leakage fluid rate between a rotating and egg nem fixed part, which two areas differ cut the pressure of a fluid to indicate.

The on a sealing arrangement for sealing a first Area of a second area, which areas each flowable with a fluid and on a different are durable, directed task, is through a seal arrangement solved, the rotatable about a main axis compo nente and has a fixed component, which by ei NEN radial gap are spaced from each other, one of the components in a circumferential direction fung with an axial recess.

Through a circumferential recess, esp special an annular groove, which is open to the gap, fin det when a fluid flows through the gap, a Swirling and thus an increased flow resistance in the gap instead. This turbulence and / or redirection of the Fluid is through a recess in the recess that is preferably also annular, further increased. The The recess is preferably recessed in the axial direction and is on the downstream side of the recess  brings. Such a recess can be easily by Dre hen, milling or similar mechanical processing methods also manufacture under computer control. The deepening has in The circumferential direction is preferably a geometrically simple one Cross-section, in particular rectangular, elliptical, circular mig. The deepening is thus also simple, for example wise by turning. The recess forms preferably also a backward rotation of the recess simple geometry.

The depression is preferably in the rotatable component, like a turbine blade or a rotor of a turbine brought. This has the advantage that at the fixed Component a circumferential sealing element, especially a sealing tip or a sealing tape can be ordered. Such a sealing element, which a has small wall thickness, is therefore not an increased mecha African loads due to centrifugal forces, such as it would be the case with the rotating part.

The sealing arrangement preferably has two depressions on, especially close together in the axial direction are arranged. This will increase swirl in reached the gap, which leads to an additional increase in the Flow resistance leads. With an increase in the current resistance decreases the amount of fluid through the Gap flows through, with which a leakage fluid flow through the Gap is significantly reduced.

The sealing arrangement preferably has at least on the Component, which has no recess, ver the gap tight sealing element. As a result, on the one hand the stream tion cross-section of the gap is reduced and on the other at least partially swirls the flow in reached the gap. At least one sealing element protrudes into the deepening. This is at least at one point a redirection of the entire fluid flow in  reached the gap. You get a labyrinth seal, through which a direct unimpeded flow through the gap is avoided. Through the downstream into the depression protruding sealing element arranged axial recess that between this sealing element and the bottom of the recess fluid flowing through is redirected once again, specifically before preferably by 180 °. This leads to a further increase in Flow resistance.

The cross section of the axial recess in the circumferential direction be tries, is preferably rectangular or rounded, esp special semicircular. This is one for a repeat ge deflection of the fluid geometrically required space richly provided.

Of course it is possible to both stand firm the component as well as on the rotating component of the Sealing arrangement of one or more sealing elements, which in axial direction, d. H. in the flow direction, alternately are ordered to provide. Such a sealing element is a fold, as for example in EP 0 611 905 A1 or the above cited article specified, producible.

The task aimed at a turbine blade is accomplished by solved such a one, which is directed along a longitudinal axis is, a blade root area and one in the longitudinal Axis adjoining profile area, with the At least one end opposite the blade root region Well with a substantially normal to the longitudinal axis directed recess is provided. By one in the Turbine blade provided recess, in which in turn a Provided recess is a particularly effective Ab sealing a gap between the end of the profile area and a component, in particular a steam turbine, he enough. The turbine blade is a moving blade, the In this case, gap between the blade and one Turbine inner housing is formed, or a guide vane,  so that the gap between the guide vane and the rotor of the Turbine, in particular a steam turbine, is formed. After corresponds to an installation of the turbine blade in a turbine essentially the direction in which the recess is recessed Lichen the direction of flow of the flowing through the turbine Working fluids, especially steam. So this is in the Gap between the turbine blade and the component of the Turbine flowing fluid in the recess and esp swirled especially in the recess, causing the flow resistance in the gap is increased significantly. Thus, too the amount of fluid flowing through the gap is reduced and it can thereby increase the efficiency of the Turbine, in particular a medium-pressure or low-pressure steam turbine, to reach.

The turbine blade preferably has one at its end Cover plate in which the recess is made.

The sealing arrangement is preferably suitable for a steam turbine with a rotor and an inner housing, the Sealing arrangement both directly between the inner housing and rotor as a shaft seal as well as a seal between a turbine blade and the rotor or the inner housing is usable. The rotor and inner casing are along one Main axis, and on the rotor are both in um catch direction as well as in the axial direction a plurality of Blades and a plurality of guide on the inner housing shovels attached.

FIG. 2 shows an enlarged illustration of a sealing arrangement on a rotor blade according to FIG. 1.

Fig. 1 shows a detail of a longitudinal section of a steam turbine having an inner housing 13 and, arranged inside the inner casing 13 rotor 12. The inner housing 13 and the rotor 12 are aligned along a main axis 14 , which coincides with the direction of flow of the steam turbine driving steam 17 . A plurality of turbine blades 1 are arranged in the steam turbine, only a guide blade 11 fastened in the inner casing 13 and a moving blade 10 connected to the rotor 12 being shown here for the sake of clarity. Each turbine blade 1 has a blade root region 3 with which it is anchored in the inner housing 13 or in the rotor 12 . The turbine blade 1 is tet along a longitudinal axis 2 . In the direction of the longitudinal axis 2 , a profile area 4 for deflecting the flow of the steam 17 joins the show foot area 3 . The profile area 4 has an end 5 opposite the blade root area 3 , on which a cover plate 7 is provided. The turbines blades 10 , 11 fastened in the circumferential direction to the rotor 12 or the inner housing 13 thus each form an annular vane grille, in which the cover plates 7 form an annular cover band. The blade 10 has in the cover plate 7 two axially spaced ver in the circumferential direction and radially recessed recesses 16 a with a rectangular cross section. In each recess 16 a, an axial recess 21 is provided downstream, which is also directed in the circumferential direction and is recessed in the axial direction. The cover plate 7 opposite are arranged on the inner housing 13 in the circumferential direction sealing elements 9 . In each case one of the sealing elements 9 projects into a respective recess 16 a without contact. Analogously, the rotor 12 of the guide vane 11 is directly opposite two recesses 16 b, each with an axial recess 21 with a semicircular cross section. Sealing elements 9 extending in the circumferential direction are provided at the end 5 of the guide vane 11 , one sealing element 9 projecting into one of the recesses 16 b. As a result, a gap 6 formed in each case between the turbine blade 1 and the rotor 12 or the inner housing 13 is closed such that a deflection-free flow of even part of the steam 17 through the gap 6 is avoided. A clear view through the gap 6 is thus prevented.

As shown in FIG. 2, this leads to a swirling and deflection of the steam 17 in the gap 6 through the sealing elements 9 and in particular the depressions 16 a, 16 b. This causes an increase in the flow resistance and thereby a decrease in the leakage steam flow through the gap 6 . Thus, there is almost exclusively a flow of the steam 17 from the region 19 of higher pressure to the region 20 of lower pressure through the profile region 4 of the turbine blade 1 . A further increase in the flow resistance takes place through an additional deflection and / or swirling of the steam flow 17 in the axial recess 21 . This lies in the recess 16 a current from the sealing element protruding into the recess 16 a, so that the amount of steam flowing between the sealing element 9 and the recess 16 a flows into the axial recess 21 and is deflected there.

The invention is characterized by a sealing arrangement, in particular to reduce the gap losses between egg a turbine blade and a component of a steam turbine, which is a radial circumferential Vertie simple cross-sectional geometry with a downstream into the Deep axial opening of simple cross section opening has geometry. With such a deepening reached a labyrinth seal in the on constructively simple way even when upgrading a be existing sealing arrangement an additional entangling Belung and / or deflection of the steam flow takes place. As a result, the flow resistance in the gap, in particular special between the blade and the inner casing and guide blade and rotor, further increased. This leads to a ver  reduction of the gap losses in a steam turbine and thus to increase efficiency.
