Abstract

Claims

1. Device for dispensing labels, the labels being separable from a rolled-up label strip (strip wrap) individually by manual actuation, characterized in that
that the device consists of a housing ( 1 ) with a dispensing opening ( 5 ) and a holding device ( 7 ) for the strip winding ( 14 ) which can be arranged in the housing ( 1 ),
that the holding device ( 7 ) consists of a guide profile ( 8 ) and two lateral guide elements ( 9 ) and
that the guide profile ( 8 ) in the region of the dispensing opening ( 5 ) has a dispensing edge ( 19 ) for separating individual labels ( 6 ) from the strip wrap ( 14 ).

2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the guide profile ( 8 ) has a recess, preferably a flat bottom region ( 15 ), for receiving the strip wrap ( 14 ).

3. Apparatus according to claim 2, characterized in that the guide profile ( 8 ) in the area behind the dispensing edge ( 19 ) has a substantially flat course.

4. Apparatus according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the guide profile (8) has a convex curvature (10) in the region between recess (15) and just verlaufendem area behind the dispensing edge (19).

9. The device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the holding device ( 7 ) on its underside, in particular in the region of the flat bottom region ( 15 ), has an adhesive connection for fastening the holding device ( 7 ) in the housing ( 1 ).

10. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the guide profile ( 8 ) in the region below the dispensing edge ( 19 ) has a stop ( 16 ).

11. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the holding device ( 7 ), consisting of guide profile ( 8 ) with lateral guide elements ( 9 ), and the resiliently mounted tab ( 13 ) are made as injection molded parts.

12. The device according to claim 1, characterized, that the housing is made as an injection molded part.

13. The apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the housing ( 1 ) is made of cardboard, in particular corrugated cardboard.

14. The apparatus according to claim 1, 2 or 13, characterized in that a flexible element ( 22 ) in the region of the guide element ( 8 ) and tab ( 13 ) is provided which the tab ( 13 ) with a defined force against the guide profile ( 8 ) or the label strip ( 14 ).
