530-8.9.65 4. 9. 1965 CAEL MAX PRÄGER München 25, Drachensecstr. 20 Faltbodenschachtel mit durchgehendem Bodenteil und sperrendem Klappdeckel Bei den bekannten Faltschachteln mit Faltboden entsteht der Bodenverschluß im wesentlichen durch vier Lappen, die an der Unterkante der Schachtel angeordnet sind. Die an der Längsseite Lh und LV angebrachten Bodenverschlußlappen treffen sich entlang der Linie T und verhaken sich an dem unmittelbar daran angebrachtem Eck, das sich von der unteren Ecke der Schachtel in einer Entfernung von einem Halb der Länge befindet.(Fig. 1) Durch diese Art des Bodenverschlusses besteht aber ein großer Nachteil bei Füllgütern, die nicht den ganzen Innenraum der Faltschachtel ausfüllen oder aber z. B. nur durch lockeres Füllmaterial ausgefüllt wurden. In diesem Fall ist es möglich, die geschlossene Faltschachtel selbst bei zugeklebtem Klappdeckel vom Boden her einzudrücken und unter Umständen den Inhalt herauszunehmen. Dadurch scheiden Faltbodenschachteln z. B. beim Postversand vorgenannter Füllgüter aus. Es wurde nunmehr eine neue Art von Faltbodenschachtel entwickelt und zwar in der Weise, daß der an der unteren Längskante der Schachtel LH befindliche Lappen das voDeMaß der Breite B der Schachtel hat, wodurch der gesamte Boden der Schachtel vollkommen überdeckt wird. Außerdem wurde die Einstecklasche E so groß gemacht, daß sie die volle Höhe der Schachtel H erreicht (siehe Fig. 2). Wird nun die Faltbodenschachtel in der üblichen Art und Weise gefaltet und geklebt und danach aufgerichtet, so verschließt der Lappen B (siehe Schnittzeichnung) die Bodenfläche der Faltschachtel vollkommen und die Einstecklasche E des Klappdeckels sperrt dieses Bodenteil, nachdem sie eingesteckt wurde. Es ist also nach irgendwelchem Verschluß des Klappdeckels nicht mehr möglich, den Bodenverschluß einzudrücken und den Inhalt herauszunehmen, ohne die gesamte Verpackung zu beschädigen oder zu zerstören. A new type of folding bottom box has now been developed in such a way that the flap located on the lower longitudinal edge of the box LH has the same dimension as the width B of the box, so that the entire bottom of the box is completely covered. In addition, the tuck-in flap E was made so large that it reached the full height of the box H (see Fig. 2). If the folding bottom box is then folded and glued in the usual way and then erected, the flap B (see sectional drawing) completely closes the bottom surface of the folding box and the tuck-in flap E of the hinged lid locks this bottom part after it has been inserted. After any closure of the hinged lid, it is no longer possible to press in the bottom closure and remove the contents without damaging or destroying the entire packaging. Protection claims:
