Die im Modell demonstrierte Einlage hat an der Auftrtttsfläch© des Fersenbeinhöckers eine entsprechend© Vertiefung,um die dort ansetzende Achillessehne ( Tendo Chilles) wie auch gleichzeitig den Hüftnerv ( Uervusischiadicus) beim Auftritt zu entlasten bzw.vom Druck frei zu machen· Damit wird erreicht, Qaß der bei Ischias gegebene Reiz- bzw. Entzündungs_zustand fUr β inen__ jte>ilungsgrozess freigestellt und damit auch auch die Schmerz* empfindlichkeit beseitigt wird·

    1· gekennzeichnet dadurch»daß an der Auftrittsfläche des Fersenbeinhöckers eineVertiefung (a) für die Achillessehne und (b$ für den Hüftnerv eingearbeitet ist·
  2. 2. Schutz gegen Ischias nach Anlage 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch,daß die Vertiefung (a) in Einlagen anwendbar ist·
    3· Schutz gegen Ischias nach Anlage !,gekennzeichnet dadurch, dai; die Vertiefung(a) in Maßschuhen eingearbeitet ist.
