Itaumzellen aus Stahlbeton für den Hochbau
RLumzellen
verwendbar, weil einerseits meistens keine ausreichenden Grundstücksflächen vorhanden
in bekannter
Weise aus ebenfalls im Betoilwerk hergestellten Stahlbetonplatten
montiert.

They generally consist of prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs that are assembled on site or of reinforced concrete boxes that are transported with special vehicles and set down using lifting devices. These implementation forms are set up as single garages and, at best, with construction work to be carried out on site, as double-deck garages. In metropolitan areas, especially urban centers, these embodiments can only be used to a limited extent because, on the one hand, there are usually insufficient land areas on the other. the installation is uneconomical due to high land prices. The construction of underground car parks in these areas, especially in the groundwater area, is often associated with considerable effort. The invention has set itself the task of creating a 'room cell' which is economically prefabricated in the concrete plant and then joined together on the construction site by means of Xran to form multi-storey car parks or residential units. The traffic routes between the cells are assembled in a known manner from reinforced concrete slabs also manufactured in the Betoilwerk. The Verbindun - & takes place of all the parts which are connected to fixation with associated bushings by means of bolts and Stahlplattent. le "diglich the foundations and given-Zalls parts of the ramp are constructed in a conventional construction. The erfindungegemäßen space cells consist of a substantially parallelepiped-shaped reinforced concrete box having at all corners reinforcements, the acquisition of senkrechten'Lasten serve to up, on at least one page is provided an opening $ which can be provided for example with a conventional garage swing. Likewise, the space-cells with open- ings for apartment doors and are provided windows, the transport of the prefabricated elements to the installation space can be made with commercially available low-loader vehicles. The individual room cells are set up by means of a crane on prepared foundations that have been provided with mounting bolts. For hanging on the crane, the room cell has in its upper area, preferably on the upper side of the ceiling - primarily in the area of the corner reinforcements, sockets with internal threads in the eyelets screwed in for the crane suspension n. The threaded sockets are provided with a bolt after the suspension eyes have been removed, which bolt forces it into its exact position in an assigned socket when the next element is placed on it. For the lateral connection of the elements with one another, steel plates with two openings each are used, which establish a connection from bolt to bolt. In the case of multi-storey buildings, it may be necessary that the corner pillars are provided with cavities that are provided with structural steel reinforcement and that, after the room parts have been assembled, they are cast in concrete . Because the relatively thin reinforced concrete walls are not very heat-insulating and are not very suitable for direct painting or for attaching the wallpaper, dry plaster boards may be applied to all walls and ceilings, already on the formwork which is firmly bonded to the concrete during concreting . There is no need for thermal insulation on interior walls. A simple dry plaster board is sufficient here. The room cell produced in this way can be equipped almost completely in the factory. Painting floors, windows, doors, electrical and sanitary installations, and possibly built-in furniture, can be added. In this way, it is possible to build a turnkey house from prefabricated room cells in the shortest possible time. With an appropriately large variety of room sizes in the proposed manner, floor plans of various types can be designed, so that the architect is given a variety of options for avoiding uniformity. What is particularly advantageous in the construction method described is # that, with little precautions at the connection points and because of the resulting double walls and ceilings, excellent insulation of the airborne sound and footfall sound is achieved * Floating screeds are superfluous. The costs of the double reinforced concrete walls and ceilings remain far below those of conventional prefabricated construction for reasons of rationalized production. The advantages of the invention are to be seen in the simple manufacture and assembly, the resulting low construction costs and in the short construction times. The invention is explained below with reference to the drawings showing an exemplary embodiment. There are shown: FIG. 1 the base rail of a prefabricated element according to the invention, FIG. 2 longitudinal section of the same, FIG. 3 cross section of the same, FIG. 4 an isometric view of a pillar with support and connecting plate, FIG. 5 'a garage cell in perspective, FIG. 6 a Door or gate postg, FIG. 6a shows a further embodiment of FIG. 6, FIG. 7 shows a section through a corner pillar, FIG. 8 shows an isometric view of the corner connection., Pig. 9 is a look of an embodiment with access ramp, Figure 10 is a plan view to Fig 99 Fig 11-section through the corner of a Wohnzellet Fig. 12 -... Grundrimbeispiel for the assembly of living cells. The room cells shown in the figures as part of a garage or residential building are made of reinforced concrete. As can be seen from FIG. 5, they consist of essentially cuboid, monolithic reinforced concrete boxes 11 which have a recess 2 on the front side for receiving a garage door of the usual type and, in living units, recesses for windows and doors. At the corners of the room cell, generally rectangular reinforcements ( see FIGS. 6, 6a and 7) are provided, which absorb the storey loads, consisting of the cell weight with traffic load and, if necessary, from the ceiling plate 6 . These corner pillars and the walls are reinforced with structural steel 7 in a known manner. In the case of garage cells, the horizontal corners are preferably provided with coves 8 , which additionally stiffen the reinforced concrete box. Prestressing reinforcements or sleeves for prestressing reinforcements 12 are provided in the area of the horizontal, longitudinal corners. The gate-side corner pillars 3 in garage cells are shortened at the top and bottom compared to the reinforced concrete box by about the floor or ceiling thickness. In connection with the ceiling plate 6, which has twice the ceiling thickness, there is always a constant floor height. The cells are transported with conventional flatbed vehicles. For loading and unloading, 3, 4 sockets with internal threads 9 , which are firmly connected to the reinforcement 7 , are installed on the top, primarily in the area of the corner pillars. As can be seen from FIGS. 4 and 8 , the bushes are provided with bolts 10 after they have been set down. After making the lateral connection with the steel plates 11 , the track plate 6 is placed and also provided with bolts. The next element with the associated sockets is then placed on its underside of the corner pillars 3 and rigidly connected to it. In the case of residential units, installation lines 15, 16 # 17 for electricity, water and drainage are laid in the walls. The inner wall and dock surfaces are preferably clad with Trooken plaster panels 14, which are underlaid with leolier material 18 depending on the requirements.
