dazwischenliegenden Plattierwerkstoffplatten hergestellt. Ein solches Walzschweißverfahren ist beispielsweise
in der österreichischen Patentschrift 2 45 895 beschrieben. The invention relates to a method for producing clad sheets 45 to 250 mm thick
by roll weld cladding of a sandwich-like, made of external base material plates and internal,
Plating material plates separated by an antiperspirant means, welded all around
Plating package. The cladding package is usually made up of two base material plates and
intermediate cladding material plates produced. Such a roll welding process is for example
in Austrian patent specification 2,45,895.
Da man beim Walzen
Ausfall entsteht. The production of thick clad sheets, e.g. those with a thickness of 45 to 250 mm,
makes difficulties when the reduction of the clad package in one rolling operation, i. H. with multiple
Stitches in a rolling heat, up to the multiple of the desired final thickness of the individual im
Package contained composite sheets is made, as was previously the case. It has shown,
that it is not possible with this method of working, the exact desired final thickness of the composite sheets
to achieve. Rather, you get sheets of different thicknesses. Since you are rolling
can only affect the overall thickness of the rolled product, it can happen that the top sheet
a package composed of two base material and two cladding material plates is too thick
and the lower plate is too thin because the individual plates of the package are not deformed evenly
to have. An even more significant disadvantage of the known method is that the strength
the clad layer, e.g. B. a chromium-nickel layer, can vary greatly, creating a corresponding
Failure arises.
The object of the invention is a hot rolling process ζω · production of clad sheets of this type
output, in which both the total thickness of the clad individual sheets of the cladding package as
the thickness of the cladding layer is as uniform as possible, so that the metal sheets fail as a result of exceeding tolerances
is avoided.
The invention consists in the fact that the plate: aket
using a degree of formation of less than 67%, preferably 28.6 to 50%
a thickness is hot-rolled which is greater than a multiple of the desired final thickness of the individual
composite sheets contained in the package, whereupon the package is separated and the individual composite sheets,
each individually, can be hot-rolled to the desired final thickness.
in jedem ein verhältnismäßig niedriger Verformungsgrad angewendet wird und wobei zwischen denThe deformation according to the method according to the invention to the desired final thickness of the individual composite sheets does not take place in one rolling operation, but in two rolling operations, with a relatively low degree of deformation being used in each and with between the
as beiden Walzarbeitsgängen die Verbundbleche nochmals
werden können.he composite sheets again in both rolling operations
be heated. The degree of deformation of a rolling process is the ratio of the decrease in the pass

Auflageschicht vermieden. The method according to the invention is explained in more detail in the following example. There should be two clad
Sheets are made from a carbon steel as the base material with a thickness of
110 mm and a cladding layer of chrome-nickel steel with a thickness of 10 mm,
so have a total thickness of 120 mm. F. Prepare a plating package of two
Base material plates, each 402 mm thick, and two chrome-nickel steel plates, each 38 mm thick
are. The total thickness of the package is 880 mm. The carbon steel plates are on the outside,
the chrome-nickel steel plates inside; the latter are separated from each other by a weld preventing them from being welded together
Release agents, such as zirconium oxide, separated. The package is welded gas-tight at the edges and
evacuated through a vent opening, whereupon the opening is closed. The plating package will
now heated to rolling temperature and brought to a thickness of 440 mm in several rolling passes.
This corresponds to a degree of deformation of 50 ° 0, which creates a good bond between the base material and
Plating material is achieved. After this first rolling step, the top sheet and the
Lower plate, each of which is now about 220 mm thick, separated; the individual composite sheets
are reheated to rolling temperature and each individually to the desired final thickness of
120 mm rolled out, which corresponds to a degree of deformation of about 45.5%. According to the invention
The desired final thickness is safely achieved and unevenness in the thickness of the process
Overlay avoided.
