Geräuscharmer Blektromotor Die Erfindung betrifft einen geräuscharmen
Elektrommotor zum Antrieb verschiedener Haushalts- und Industriegeräte, wie Klimaanlagen,
elektrische Kühlachränkeg Waschmaschinen u.dgl.
Bekanntlich entstehen
insbesondere in
Low-noise sheet metal motor The invention relates to a low-noise electric motor for driving various household and industrial appliances, such as air conditioning systems, electrical cooling washing machines, etc. It is known that lead-acid motors, especially single-phase motors, generate humming tones and noises during operation that are unpleasant to the human ear. On the one hand, these noises are caused by the magnetic field and are dependent on the type of magnetic circuit, the Porm and the number of grooves provided in the rotor and in the stator, and on the other hand, they are caused by the roller bearings, the fan and mechanical vibrations that point to faulty Centering and balancing of the rotor as well as disturbing vibrations can be traced back. It has already been proposed to reduce the noises caused by the humming tones and running noises generated inside the motor by the fact that the elements that generate and transmit these noises, with the help of a sound-absorbing material that is between the actual motor body and the Fastening tab is inserted, to be separated from the hiotorsockel. In such low-noise motors of known design, damping is brought about by the type of ontage of the fan, in that the outer sides of the surface and the bearing housing rest on a U-shaped damping holder. This holder isolates the outer surface of the pool by means of a layer of a material that dampens the humming and running noises from the motor base. The disadvantage of such a design is that the air flow for cooling the engine is severely hindered and the horizontal operation of the engine is therefore very difficult to maintain. Further, due to the insulation of the outer surfaces of the flanges and the bearing housing, the exhaust is conducted the heat generated in the bearings by means of friction difficult. In addition, the shape of a quiet motor of this type is inconvenient and large in size. Another way of damping the humming and running noises generated in the engine is to separate the motor base from the contact surfaces of the motor by inserting a sound-absorbing material between the base and the motor surface. A variant of this design is that the fastening screws are isolated by means of sleeves. However, these embodiments do not represent a satisfactory solution, since they primarily have the disadvantage of a strong concentration of forces on the insulating sleeves of the screws for mounting the Iviotors or the screws for mounting the fastening tabs of the motor on a mounting surface. Another part of these embodiments is that they promote the port planting of humming tones and running noises and the development of reaonances, especially in belt drives, especially in motors that run under a load varying between no-load load and nominal load.

Fig.

The aim of the invention is to eliminate the disadvantages of the well-known low-noise electric motors by preventing the noise generated in the motor from being transmitted in a simple manner that simultaneously allows the heat generated in the components to be dissipated. The embodiment according to the invention allows a strong attenuation of the humming tones and running noises even under the most difficult conditions. The engine according to the invention is essentially characterized in that its base, which on the one hand represents the fastening tabs and on the other hand a corresponding holder for the casing of the motor, forms a solid unit with this casing, which of the noises generating Elements by a sound-insulating material, preferably a sound-absorbing material, which dampens the humming tones and the running noises, is separated. The motor according to the invention also enables an unimpeded flow of air for cooling the i-iotor. Due to its construction, it allows a good dissipation of the heat generated by friction in the bearings, as these are surrounded by the surrounding air, their surface is not restricted and a dampening material is applied to them. The engine is thus compact in construction and has almost the same dimensions as a conventional engine. According to the invention, the sound-absorbing material and the lantern of the motor form cooling channels in which the blown air can reach the parts to be cooled inside the motor, especially the stator joint and the windings, especially the coil heads . Further details of the ßrfindung result from the foi "collapsing besehreibung an embodiment, which is shown on the beilfegenden drawings, in which: Pig 1 is a side view of the i # io-Uors, with parts shown in an axial 2ennitt; Pig!... 2 is a view from the side on which the shaft end is located; FIG. 3 shows a detail of the ivionage of a soundproof insulating ring with a circular cross-section on an enlarged scale; FIG. 4 shows another embodiment of this ring with a special profile. The motor 1 (FIG. 1 and 2) is mounted on a base 2, the lower part represents 2a attachment tabs for mounting the engine on the body of the driven machine. the upper part 2b of this base is in the form ßines cylinder portion and forms a recess with a diameter of the motor body corresponding radius This trough-shaped base 2, which is attached to the casing 3 of the motor, constitutes a solid unit in the form of a The clamp that is used to mount and secure the motor. Before this, an enclosed damping material 4, for example a rubber ring with a circular cross-section or a CD-compatible profile, is inserted between this clamp and the contact surface of the motor. Fig. 3 shows the arrangement of a rubber ring 4 with a circular cross-section, which separates the noise-generating and -transmitting elements from the base of the motor. Fig. 4 shows another embodiment, according to which the ring has a particularly suitable profile. With such an arrangement, the propagation of the humming tones and the running noises to the outside can be prevented; at the same time, adequate ventilation of the motor and, in particular, of the roller bearings is guaranteed.
