Bei den bekannten liegenden Koksöfen mit Einführung des Gases in die senkrechten Heizzüge von unten durch Düsen sind letztere in Abständen nebeneinander angeordnet, 5 ob nun das Gasleitungsnetz in begehbaren Fundamentkanälen liegt oder ob unter den Heizzügen Gasverteilungskanäle im Mauerwerk selbst liegen und dabei die Gasausmündungen in die Heizzüge von den Fundamentkanälen aus zugänglich sind.
