einseitigen magnetischen Zug ausdehnt.

To reduce the stress on the rigid supporting structure by expanding the ring,
is it already known (published documents for patent application 21d1, 45,

This results in a relatively large deformation when the ring is expanded

Validity values of the materials used as the spring are sufficient in this construction

in the rotor construction, where the rotor yoke is not only due to the occurring

radialer Richtung
gesehen, mehrere nebeneinander liegende Federn
angeordnet vierden.
Umdas Federverhalten in tangentialer
In the construction according to the invention, the previously customary fastening of the ring is also omitted in the case of rotor constructions; by means of shrinking on the yoke support structure .: The support structure is only loaded with the much smaller radial spring prestressing force. Therefore, the cost of materials for the supporting structure can be reduced. Since the connections between the springs and the respective counter parts are detachable, the arrangement according to the invention has the further great advantage that the springs are exchangeable. This results in the possibility of detuning the natural frequencies of the Niaschinent parts. By exchanging for reinforced or weakened feathers it is available to everyone. Point in time possible to change existing natural frequencies and thus to subsequently influence the vibration behavior of the machine. The i'eder = constants in the circumferential direction or the longitudinal direction of the spring, transverse to the longitudinal direction of the spring and perpendicular to the spring plane can be influenced independently of one another. This is very important because the natural frequencies of an electrical machine cannot be precisely calculated in advance, as they depend, among other things, on the installation conditions: ind. The subsequent adjustment of the natural frequencies is particularly advantageous in the case of electrical slip clutches, in which any rotational speed must be maintained in continuous operation. However, since the Sahlupf couplings are usually installed in long 'Hellen strands, for example on ships, it is impossible to calculate the natural frequency of them in advance. It is twofold; to design the springs as leaf springs which are arranged tangentially to the ring. Their spring constants e present in the circumferential direction (longitudinal direction of the spring) and transversely to the longitudinal direction of the spring protrude a multiple of the spring constant perpendicular to the plane of the leaf spring. The springs are therefore relatively stiff in the tangential direction, depending on their cross-section and their overall length. In the radial direction, however, they are soft, so that they offer little resistance to the radial movements of the ring. In order to reduce the elongation that occurs as a result of the deflection, which causes tensile stresses in the spring, it is advisable to make the springs as long as possible, e.g. their length can approximately correspond to the radius of their fastening points. In particular, the number and length of the springs can be chosen so that they form a closed polygon. The springs can, however, also be longer than the side length of the polygon and cross each other, due to changes in the shape of the structure with a simultaneous change in the cross-section, one can do the following: vibration behavior of the hinge in radial, axial and tangential directions (breaking vibrations) and: at influence constant cross-section in the radial and axial direction at any time and individually for each type of vibration, -zB; also for tilting vibrations about a conceivable axis in the plane of the ring. If the behavior is to be changed in the radial direction, for example the resistance of the springs should be. can be further reduced against radial deflection, the spring can be laminated or, viewed in the radial direction, several springs lying next to one another can be arranged. If the overall cross-section and width are retained, the lamellar springs or the spring palcete do not change the spring behavior in relation to tangential and axial forces. In order to influence the spring behavior in the tangential direction, the effective spring cross-section must be changed or given a different shape that increases the moment of resistance. But you can also laminate the spring in the axial direction. The spring behavior in the axial direction can be influenced by this, as well as by changing the width with or without changing the effective spring cross-section. The same applies to the spring behavior with respect to tilting vibrations. The pre-calculated spring behavior and the stress that occurs apply all the more precisely, the smaller the machining tolerances for the spring and the connecting components. Larger manufacturing tolerances can advantageously be compensated for in that one fastening point of the spring can be aligned by means of wedges. With the wedging can also, if desired or necessary, apply a tangential pressure or pre-tension to the springs. You can also reduce or avoid the tensile stresses occurring in the springs by fixing one of the fastening points of the springs on the supporting structure and making the other sliding or elastically tensioned, in particular special in such a way that / the supporting structure each have a fixed bearing
alternates with a sliding or elastically yielding support o It is advantageous to connect several or all spring elements firmly to one another, as this reduces the number of shear-proof fastenings required on the supporting structure. It is also advisable to give the springs a radial preload so that they are pre-bent radially to the shaft when the machine is cold when the machine is at a standstill. -This means that the deflection of the pedes is zero in normal operation, and in the most unfavorable operating case an outward deflection occurs. The stresses on the spring are therefore lowest in normal operation. In the following, the invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the exemplary embodiments shown in FIGS. 1 to 5.

F! -G. 2 shows in a diagram the fastening of a rotor yoke ring according to the invention on the supporting structure. In FIG. Figures 4 and 5 show a fastening point of the spring with a wedge. The electrical slip clutch 1 zu = r, connection of the gellen 2 and 3 has two rotating: rotor 4 and 5. The rotor 5 contains the yoke ring 6, which is on the inside, d.1. in the hole; carries the winding, not shown. Since the rotor 4 with the poles 7 and the yoke ring 8 protrudes into the bore of the yoke ring 6, the yoke ring 6 is connected on one side to its supporting structure 9, which is flanged to the shaft 3. The supporting structure 10 of the rotor 4 is attached to the V'lelle 2 . Both yoke rings 6 and 8 are subject to a breakdown during operation of the slip clutch as a result of the centrifugal force, which can also be increased considerably in one or both runners due to the self-heating. In the conventional construction of slip clutches, in which the yoke ring is shrunk onto the supporting structure, the supporting structure 9 in particular is subjected to particularly difficult loads. By introducing the c'edern 11 attached to the outer diameter of the supporting structure 9, which according to the invention carry the yoke ring. the expansion of the yoke ring 6 in the radial direction is no longer hindered and thus the supporting structure 9 is relieved of shrinkage forces and also of S üülpirior: originating from the one-sided arrangement of the rotor yoke. The arrangement of the springs 11 between the supporting structure 9 and the yoke ring 6 is shown schematically in FIG. It has auagebildet the support structure 9 as a six-armed hubs star 12, at its outer periphery six springs 11> each bridge lying between two arms space Springs -11, which have a hlattfederartige form, relationship-_ are therefore 'excessively long: honor length corresponds approximately the radius of their attachment points. As a result, the springs 11 are very soft in the radial direction. The springs 11 are shear-proof at their ends in: tangential and axial directions on the hub spider 12 - clamped. With the: yoke ring 6 they are also rigidly connected in the middle. The spring 11 has feather-key-like projections 1.3 at the fastening points both to the yoke ring 6 and to the hub star 1'2, which run transversely to the longitudinal axis of the spring and engage in grooves 1 worked into the opposing parts ... These grooves. 14 are thus sensäl in the receiving surfaces 15 for the springs 11 on the hub star 12 and; not shown) in the bearing surfaces of the yoke ring 6. In addition, a tangential groove 16 is also incorporated into the receiving surfaces, the width of which is the width of the spring 11 corresponds to: thus, the spring 11 thus partially covered laterally by the supporting surfaces, and thus rigidly clamped against axial forces to a lifting of the feathers 1'j. to prevent bzwe of the Nabens-learning JochringauElageflächen under the effect of bending moments, the Spring on the fastening points? each held by clamping elements 17, which penetrated by the fasteners @ wrrii L-Leln (bolts 18) . The tensioning elements 17 have a Tut 1_5 which is as wide as the spring 11, so that it is partially encompassed laterally. The bolts 18 rait the clamping elements 17 press the spring 11 firmly against the bearing surfaces. The bores 20 for receiving the bolts 18 are aligned in the lugs 13 or the groove @ -z1 14 in order to relieve the bolts 18 from bending forces. The fastening points of the springs 11 are each reinforced, while the constricted files 21 with the cross-section 22 between them act as an active spring part. By changing the cross-section 22 or by lumelling the parts 21, the spring constants can be varied in the different directions. In deviation from that shown in fig. However, the design of the fastening points of the springs shown in FIG. 3 can also be provided with a wedging at the fastening points, which results in the possibility of being able to compensate for manufacturing tolerances. Such an embodiment is shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, in which FIG. 5 shows an axial view of a fastening point of the spring 11 on the raven star 12, while FIG. 4 shows a section along the lower edge of the kdile and the spring. hie spring 11 has on the support surface at the attachment points the feather key-like extension 13, which is provided with ivei sloping side walls 23 of the same slope in this particular AucfÜhrungsform. The groove 14 in the contact surfaces of the opposing parts is wider than the projection 13 at its thickest point, so that the space between the groove walls, 24 and the side walls 23 of the projection 13 can be filled by two wedges 25. These wedges 25 have the same slope as the side walls 23. They are driven in from one side until the spring 11 is firmly seated and precisely aligned. After the protruding ends of the wedges 25 have been cut off, the securing plate 26 attached to the side surface prevents a change in the wedges. The tongue 1: 1 is secured in the axial direction through the protruding side walls 27 of a tangentially extending groove of the width of the Pe. However, any other component suitable for the transmission of shear forces, such as inserted springs, rubbed-in fitting bolts, etc., could be used to transmit the shear forces to the spring and from the spring to the connecting parts.
