Description
Motor vehicle The invention relates to a motor vehicle Load capacity on both ends.
There are trucks of this type known in which the loading area goes through uniformly from the front end of the motor vehicle to its rear end and forms a platform that covers the cab. The disadvantage of such Motor vehicles consists in the fact that the cab to the loading area is not too To have to be arranged high above the roadway, built with the lowest possible height and must be pulled far down to the roadway. Nevertheless, the loading area is in the lot behind the cab is significantly higher above the road than normal Motor vehicles with the driver's cab protruding above the loading area. A truck of the kind described requires a rather heavy and therefore expensive construction.
The invention is based on the object of a motor vehicle of the initially to create mentioned type, in which these disadvantages are avoided.
This object has been achieved according to the invention in that the in the loading phase from the front end to the rear end of the vehicle Loading area from a rear zone connected to the vehicle frame and from a from their level for the transport phase, releasing the required amount of the Cab's removable front zone.
The design according to the invention enables the conventional design of motor vehicles with a relatively low position of the to the driver's cab to maintain the rearward adjoining zone of the loading area. Still is in the loading phase the use of all the advantages of one from the front end to the rear end of the motor vehicle continuous loading area possible.
The implementation of the basic principle according to the invention can be found in realize in different ways. So the front zone of the loading area can after a Another advantageous feature of the invention can be opened from the plane of the loading area be. However, it is also possible to remove the front zone of the loading area from its level train upwardly displaceable.
In connection with the various options, it is also intended to the part of the driver's cab protruding above the level of the loading area can be removed or to be foldable.
Some embodiments according to the invention are in the drawing shown. It shows F i g. 1, 2 and 4 to 7 side views of vehicles and F i g. 3 is a plan view of the loading area of a vehicle.
In all of the exemplary embodiments, a vehicle frame 1 with ° is a Provided cab. The rear zone 2 of the loading area is with the vehicle frame 1 connected, this connection being rigid or articulated in the sense of a dump truck can be formed. The front zone 3 of the loading area can be used in all of the shown Remove versions from level 6 of the loading area. Such removal occurs during the "transport phase of the motor vehicle, with the loading area in its front zone 3 is brought out of the area of the cab 7, so that this is in the required Height 8 is completely free.
In the training according to the F i g. 1 and 2, the front zone 3 of the loading area is connected to the rear zone 2 of the same by means of joints 21. The front zone 3 of the loading area can therefore be opened up from its level 6 and then takes the one shown in FIG. 1 position shown. In this position, it completely releases the driver's cab 7 in its entire height 8. As in the case of conventional trucks, only the rear zone 2 of the loading area, that is to say the part of the loading area that adjoins the driver's cab 7 towards the rear, is used for loading. In order to be able to carry out loading or unloading when the motor vehicle is stationary, either at its rear end 5 or at its front end 4, the front zone 3 of the loading area must be able to be folded down into level 6. For this purpose, the part of the cab protruding from level 6 must be removed. This can be done in that this upper part is designed to be removable or liftable from the lower part of the driver's cab 7 which is firmly connected to the vehicle frame 1. The front wall 12, the rear wall 12 'and the roof 14 of the driver's cab are connected to one another in an articulated manner and thereby form a parallelogram-like frame which can be folded down into the horizontal position, which is located below level 6 (FIG. 2). If the side windows are not designed to be cranked down in the usual way, the side walls 19 are fastened with joints 20 to the lower part of the cab and can be folded down to the side of the lower side walls of the cab or the doors of the same. In this state, all parts of the upper zone of the driver's cab 7 are below level 6, so that the front zone 3 of the loading area can be folded down into this level 6. Then there is a uniformly continuous loading area from the rear end 5 to the front end 4 of the motor vehicle, consisting of the rear zone 2 and the front zone 3 adjoining it in the same plane can now be unloaded from the front end 4 or from the rear end 5 as desired. If necessary, the loading can be carried out either from the front end 4 or from the rear end 5 of the motor vehicle, after corresponding shifting of the standard goods in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. It is particularly possible, for example, to unload a standard container 11 at the rear end 5 of the motor vehicle and to apply an empty container from the front end 4, with all the containers 11 being shifted backwards by one container. After this unloading and loading process, the motor vehicle is ready to drive again, the driver's cab can be made ready to drive by folding up the parts 12, 12 ', 14, 19 and by folding up the front zone 3 of the loading area.
The in the F i g. 4 and 5 illustrated training differs of the in the F i g. 1 and 2 illustrated possibility in that the cab 7 according to FIGS. 4 and 5 is designed as a rigid component. About the folding down The driver's cab 7 is to enable the front zone 3 of the loading area to be loaded in its entirety designed to be lowered. The lowering takes place below the Loading level 6. In the exemplary embodiment, the driver's cab 7 is on the vehicle frame 1 by means of a connection 13 stored, which is parallel displacement by a parallelogram enables.
But the front region 3 of the loading surface may also instead be articulated to the rear zone 2 thereof, be designed to be displaceable on the loading plane to the top (F i g. 6 and -7). The front zone 3 of the loading area is arranged on the roof 14 of the driver's cab 7 and is raised or lowered by means of the connection 13 that is linked to the vehicle frame 1. On the roof 14 of the driver's cab 7 there is at least a part of the loading area 7 for receiving, for example, a standard container 11. With the help of such a vehicle, one more container can be transported than with the vehicles explained above. The front zone 3 of the loading area could be rigidly drawn up to the front end 4 of the motor vehicle. In order not to impair the upward view out of the front window of the driver's cab 7, the front end of the front zone 3, which is drawn straight through to the front, could consist of a transparent material. In the exemplary embodiment, another possibility is chosen in that the front part of the front zone 3 is provided with a front extension 15 which has an articulated connection 16 on the main part of the front zone.
In the illustrated embodiments, the loading area can both consist of platforms in their rear zone 2 as well as in their front zone 3. It however, it is also possible to use guide rails for the loading area only To form Ladenormgut 11 (Fig. 3). Two guide tracks, each consisting of two Guide rails 9 for the rear zone and two similar guide rails each 10 for the front zone are provided for such a loading area. That from containers Pallets or the like. Existing retail standard goods 11 then slide on the guide rails 9 and 10, which are designed as angle profiles in the exemplary embodiment. That Normgut lies on the legs 17 of the level 6 of the loading area Angle profiles, while the legs 18 protruding from the loading area 6 as Serve guide for the standard container 11. While the guide rails 9 are always in the loading level 6 remain, the guide rails 10 can be removed from this. For this purpose, the rails 10 forming the front zone 3 are on the rails 10 forming the rear zone 2 Rails 9 connected by means of joints 22. The in Fig. 3 type shown with support rails 9 and 10 instead of support platforms can be used on all in FIGS. 1, 2 and 4 to 7 illustrated embodiments and others Transfer vehicles. It is also possible to use part of the loading zone as a platform and to form the other part thereof in the form of guide rails.
