Abstract

The present invention relates to a holohedral pocket spring mattress having a coupling cover comprising a plurality of rows of coil springs and two layers of coupled fabric, wherein: the two fabric layers have interfacing seams distributed between adjacent rows of coil springs; an upper reference bulkhead formed by an upper fabric layer has upper dividing seams distributed between individual springs of each row of coil springs; a lower reference body formed by a lower fabric layer has lower dividing seams distributed between individual springs of each row of coil springs; and individual springs of the multiple rows of coil springs are distributed in a bag main body formed by coupling the upper reference main body and the lower reference main body formed by the upper and lower body sheets, respectively. The holistic pocket spring mattress with coupling cover is simple in construction, low in cost, more environmentally friendly, comfortable to use and durable.

Description

  • Field of the invention
  • The present invention belongs to the technical field of sofa or mattress furniture and the like and relates to a spring mattress for a sofa, a bed, etc.
  • Background of the invention
  • In the development of spring mattresses, pocket springs are used to enhance the comfort of a sofa or bed due to their good gas permeability, low impact, hygiene and softness. Existing pocket spring sofa mattresses and pocket spring mattresses are made by adding several pocket springs 2-1 with an adhesive 1-1 glued to each other, as in 1 shown. However, there are problems with the use of adhesive construction.
    • (1) Glueing requires a large amount of adhesive. The glue is primarily made up of chemicals that have a certain impact on the environment and human health; and because the adhesive is expensive, the production cost is increased.
    • (2) The adhesiveness (ie viscosity) of the adhesive may decrease over time; thus, when the pocket springs are compressed again, rows of pocket springs tend to break up.
    • (3) The manufacturing process is complicated and cumbersome in that the pocket springs are first manufactured and then cut into strips, and then the pocket spring strips are bonded to mattresses by a gluing and combining machine using the adhesive.
    • (4) When existing adhesive type pocket spring mattresses using adhesive for adhesive are used in an electric folding bed, the adhesive joints are susceptible to breakage after prolonged and repeated folding and tearing.
  • In summary, existing bonded spring mattresses and spring mattresses are complex to manufacture, have poor structural stability, as there are easy displacements and deformation between rows of pocket springs, have high production costs and cause environmental pollution and adversely affect people's physical health.

  • The present invention aims to provide a spring mattress which is simple in construction and has integral and fixed springs over existing deficiencies of the prior art.
  • The object of the present invention is fulfilled by the technical solution described below.
  • An integral pocket spring mattress with a coupling cover comprises a plurality of rows of coil springs and two layers of coupled fabric, the two fabric layers having coupling seams distributed between adjacent rows of coil springs; an upper reference bulkhead formed by an upper fabric layer has upper dividing seams distributed between individual springs of each row of coil springs; a lower reference body formed by a lower fabric layer has lower dividing seams distributed between the individual springs of each row of coil springs; individual springs of the multiple rows of coil springs are distributed in a bag main body formed by coupling the upper reference main body and the lower reference main body formed by the upper and lower cloth layers, respectively.
  • The object of the present invention can also be fulfilled by the preferred technical solution described below.
  • Single springs of the multiple rows of coil springs are combined in a longitudinal-transverse arrangement.
  • Single springs of the multiple rows of coil springs are combined in a staggered arrangement.
  • The coupling seams of the two fabric layers can be arranged in single-row coupling, double-row coupling, multi-row coupling, arcuate coupling or heteromorphic coupling.
  • The coupling seams of the two fabric layers are vertical to the axes of individual springs.
  • The upper separating seams of the upper reference main body are parallel to the axes of individual springs.
  • The lower dividing seams of the lower reference main body are parallel to the axes of individual springs.
  • The fabric seams, top seams and bottom seams are combined by welding, sewing or gluing etc.
  • The present invention has the following advantageous effects.
    • 1. The holed pocket spring mattress with a coupling cover is simple in construction and has integrally connected and fixed springs without the need for an adhesive method, thus saving the adhesive and being less expensive and more environmentally friendly.
    • 2. Connections of the upper and lower fabric layers between rows of pocket springs are firm and flexible, which can extend the useful life of the product and allow it to open up a new usage field.
    • 3. Each row of springs is in a single-level connection through connections of the upper and lower layers of material and is thus better in independence and stronger than a bond; thus it improves the well-being and the comfort when sleeping or sitting and leaning and is more durable.
    • 4. The prior art uses adhesive for bonding, and the distance between two adjacent springs becomes small after bonding, so that adjacent springs easily abut each other and generate noise. In contrast, according to the present invention, springs may be separated by a double coupling seam or a heteromorphic coupling seam at the joints in a single plane between each row of springs and provide the structure of the present invention with a good ability to withstand repeated folding; Besides, springs do not disturb each other, and no noise is made.

  4. Holistic pocket spring mattress with a coupling cover according to claim 1, characterized in that the coupling seams ( 3 ) of the two fabric layers in single-row coupling, double-row coupling, multi-row coupling, arcuate coupling or heteromorphic coupling are arranged.
  5. Holistic pocket spring mattress with coupling cover according to claim 1, characterized in that the coupling seams of the two fabric layers are vertical to axes of individual springs.
