Abstract
Aufgabe dieser Erfindung ist die Messung von elektrischen Potentialen durch einen passiven Sensor, der telemetrisch abfragbar ist. Dazu wird an einen von zwei Reflektoren eines akustischen Oberflächenwellen-Elements (SAW-Reflektor) mit einer Anregungsstruktur, die über eine Antenne ein Hochfrequenzsignal empfängt und die Reflexion wieder aussendet, ein LC-Resonanzkreis angeschlossen. Als Kapazität dient eine Varaktordiode, deren Kapazität durch das zu messende elektrische Potential verändert wird und die so den Kreis verstimmt und damit das reflektierte Signal im Verhältnis zu dem des ungestörten Reflektors in Betrag und Phase verändert.The object of this invention is the measurement of electrical potentials by a passive sensor which can be interrogated by telemetry. For this purpose, an LC resonant circuit is connected to one of two reflectors of a surface acoustic wave element (SAW reflector) with an excitation structure, which receives an RF signal via an antenna and emits the reflection again. The capacitance is a varactor diode whose capacitance is changed by the electrical potential to be measured and which thus detunes the circuit and thus alters the reflected signal in magnitude and phase in relation to that of the undisturbed reflector.
