Abstract

The pulse generator includes a NPN bipolar transistor which outputs a signal with steep switch-OFF side, when a control pulse generated by a selector (1) is applied to the transistor. A differentiation circuit (3) differentiates the output signal of the transistor to generate short primary pulses. An independent claim is also included for method for generating short electric pulses.
