Abstract
Eine Kraftstoffzuführeinrichtung weist einen Niederdruckkraftstoffkreis, mindestens zwei Hochdruckpumpen, die mit dem Niederdruckkraftstoffkreis wirkverbunden sind, einen Kraftstoffspeicher, in den die Hochdruckpumpen Kraftstoff von dem Niederdruckkraftstoffkreis fördern, jeweils den Hochdruckpumpen zugeordnete Volumenstromsteuerventile, die den Volumenstrom durch die jeweilige Hochdruckpumpe steuern, und einen Kraftstoffdrucksensor, der den Kraftstoffdruck (FUP_AV) in dem Kraftstoffspeicher erfasst, auf. Zum Überwachen der Kraftstoffzuführeinrichtung wird das erste Volumenstromsteuerventil mittels eines ersten Stellsignals so angesteuert, dass ein vorgegebener erster Volumenstrom hin zur ersten Hochdruckpumpe fließen sollte, und das zweite Volumenstromsteuerventil wird mittels eines zweiten Stellsignals so angesteuert, dass ein vorgebener zweiter Volumenstrom hin zur zweiten Hochdruckpumpe fließen sollte. Anschließend wird das erste Volumenstromsteuerventil mittels eines veränderten ersten Stellsignals so angesteuert, dass ein vorgegebener veränderter Volumenstrom hin zur ersten Hochdruckpumpe fließen sollte. Das zweite Volumenstromsteuerventil wird mittels eines veränderten zweiten Stellensignals so angesteuert, dass ein vorgegebener andersartiger als der erste Volumenstrom veränderter zweiter Volumenstrom hin zur zweiten Hochdruckpumpe fließen sollte.
