Abstract

Description

The present invention relates to a stackable trolley.

Stackable transport trolleys are used in particular in the logistics sector to transport and commission goods.

In addition, such transport trolleys are used to move transport crates in an orderly manner and to organize the logistics. Such wagons are used, for example, in postal and parcel logistics. However, such transport trolleys are also used with preference in warehouse logistics.

The general requirements for such wagons are that they must be able to transport as many goods as possible, that handling should be simple and reliable and that space-saving storage must be possible even when the wagon is not in use.

Transport trolleys such as picking trolleys are already known from the prior art. An embodiment of a picking trolley is from DE 20 2005 007 939 U1 known.

The EP 0 847 909 A1 discloses a stackable trolley for containers, tubs, pallets and having a base with wheels attached thereto.

From the DE 10 2011 055 413 B3 a trolley with a shelf structure is also known. However, this cannot be stacked.

It is the object of the present invention to develop a stackable transport trolley of the type mentioned in an advantageous manner, in particular to the effect that the transport trolley can transport a comparatively large number of containers safely and also has good stackability.

This object is achieved according to the invention by a stackable transport trolley with the features of claim 1. Accordingly, it is provided that a stackable transport trolley is provided, the transport trolley being provided with a trapezoidal base frame, a foldable shelf structure being mounted on the base frame and on the base frame several, in particular four, rollers are attached, with three struts of the base frame being arranged on the same plane in the assembled state and the fourth strut of the base frame being offset and arranged further away from the rollers.

The invention is based on the basic idea that the trapezoidal base frame allows several trolleys to be pushed into one another. The trapezoidal shape of the base frame makes it easy to stack. In particular, the trapezoidal shape allows the trolleys to be pushed into one another very tightly packed. The side with the base of the trapezium is used for telescoping the basic frames or the transport trolley. By offsetting the fourth strut, a closed frame structure is provided for the base frame, which can also be stacked and allows several frame structures and thus several transport trolleys to be pushed into one another. The foldable shelf assembly allows and further promotes a compact structure for nesting.

Basically it can be provided that the transport carriage is made of metal. It is possible to use steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel or stainless steel. However, it is also conceivable that the transport carriage is constructed at least partially from non-metallic materials such as plastic or composite materials.

Furthermore, it can be provided that the shelf structure has a fixed frame which is connected to the base frame in a firmly projecting, non-foldable manner. The fixed frame provides a solid base structure that gives stability to the shelving assembly.

In particular, it can be provided that the fixed frame is arranged on the side of the fourth strut of the base frame. This arrangement ensures that the stationary frame is arranged on the side of the transport vehicle on which the transport vehicles (which are structurally identical) are stacked and pushed into one another.

Provision can also be made for at least one stabilization element to be provided in the area of at least one end of the fourth strut, in particular one stabilization element each being provided in the area of both ends of the fourth strut. The or stabilization element or stabilization elements give the base frame additional stability in the area of the fourth strut. This stability is also helpful for the shelf structure, especially when the rigid part of the shelf structure, ie the fixed frame, is arranged on the side of the fourth strut.

It is conceivable that the stabilization element is a sheet metal element. The sheet metal element enables cost-effective and simple production. In particular, it is also conceivable that the sheet metal element is welded to the base frame or to the base frame.

It is also possible for the shelf structure to have a plurality of shelves, in particular four shelves. This results in the transportability of several boxes that can be placed in the shelf structure. At the same time, this also achieves very good handling, since the maximum possible load should be dimensioned in such a way that the transport trolley can continue to be moved easily and safely.

It is also possible for at least one locking bracket to be present, by means of which the shelf structure can be locked in position. The shelf structure can be or can be locked in the folded or unfolded position via the locking bracket. In particular, it is conceivable that the locking clip is designed in the form of a clip handle. By locking the folded shelf structure can be unlocked and then folded out. In the unfolded end position, the locking bracket or (at least) one locking element that can be released by the locking bracket can snap in or lock.

In particular, it is also conceivable that the locking bracket is arranged on the movable frame part of the shelf structure. As a result, the movable frame part of the shelf structure can also be guided and held by means of the locking brackets while it is being unfolded. This enables the shelf structure to be folded out safely and in a targeted manner. Conversely, the shelf structure can also be held in place by means of the locking brackets when folding in and guided to the folded end position and locked there.

In addition, it can be provided that at least two locking brackets are provided. This enables, for example, two-handed unlocking and actuation of the locking bracket. Two-handed operation and unlocking can also be prescribed and enforced for safety reasons (e.g. by measuring and setting the spring forces that have to be overcome for unlocking).

In particular, it can further be provided that the shelf structure has at least one parallelogram guide. The parallelogram guides provide a simple and reliable folding and unfolding mechanism for the shelf assembly.

In addition, it can be provided that the shelf structure is provided with a gas pressure spring, in particular the gas pressure spring being designed and set up in such a way that it supports the folding movement of the shelf structure and/or keeps the shelf structure stable in the folded position and/or also in the unfolded position . This improves the handling of the shelf structure. The gas pressure spring can support the movement of the shelf structure when folding from the folded position to the unfolded position and also slow down and dampen it accordingly. This can prevent uncontrolled and therefore also dangerous folding and unfolding of the shelf structure. Further details and advantages of the invention will now be explained using an exemplary embodiment illustrated in more detail in the drawing.

The frame 38 is arranged on the side of the fourth strut 20 of the base frame 12.

The shelf assembly 28 also has two locking brackets 40 by which the shelf assembly can be moved, unlocked and also locked.

The locking brackets 40 are arranged on the bottom side when the frame 42 of the shelf structure 28 is movable and is on the front in the assembled state.

The locking brackets 40 are designed like handles.

The shelf structure 28 with the fixed rear frame 38 and the front movable frame 42 is connected to the floors 30, 32, 34, 36 in such a way that several parallelogram guides P are formed.

By moving the locking bar 40, automatic locking can be obtained in the folded-in end position.
