Description
Die zu patentierende Idee umfasst eine fortschrittliche Methode im Bereich der Fahrzeug-Sicherheit. Auf der Grundlage dieser ersten Idee soll eine Software/ ein Mechanismus entwickelt werden, die das allgemeine Fahren im Auto sicherer und praktikabler macht. Nach meiner Idee soll eine Software entwickelt werden, die nach dem Starten eines Autos und dem ersten Anfahren, solange max. 15-20 km/h fährt, bis sich der Fahrer des Fahrzeugs anschnallt. Sobald das Auto ein Anschnallen registriert, wird die Geschwindigkeits-Regulation freigegeben. Wenn sich der Fahrer abschnallt, schaltet das Fahrzeug automatisch den Notlauf ein und verhindert eine Beschleunigung durch das Gaspedal. Es entsteht somit eine Blockade, die ausschließlich durch das erneute Anschnallen aufgehoben werden kann. Dieser Mechanismus soll den Fahrer davor schützen, bei erhöhter Geschwindigkeit das Anschnallen außer Acht zu lassen. Diese Idee stellt eine weiterführende Entwicklung des Warnzeichens zum Anschnallen dar, wobei meine Idee deutlich effektiver ist und nicht einfach außer Acht gelassen werden kann, sondern das Fahren solange eingeschränkt wird, bis sich der Fahrer auch sicherheitsgemäß angeschnallt hat.The idea to be patented comprises an advanced method in the field of vehicle safety. Jedes Abschnallen des Fahrers führt zur kontinuierlich sinkenden Geschwindigkeit, sodass der Notlauf einsetzt. Dieser Umstand kann nur durch das erneute Anschnallen behoben werden.
