An der Vorderseite des Maschinengestells 1 sind horizontale Führungsschienen 2 angeordnet, auf denen die Horizontalschlitten 3, 4 verfahrbar sind. An den Horizontalschlitten 3, 4 sind Werkstückspindeln 5, 6 über Führungen 7 in vertikaler Richtung verfahrbar. Die Werkstückspindeln 5, 6 tragen an ihrer Unterseite Spannfutter 8 zum selbsttätigen Aufnehmen, Transportieren, Positionieren und Antreiben von Werkstücken 14. Im unteren Teil des Maschinengestells 1 ist ein Werkzeugträger 9 ortsfest angeordnet. Dieser weist eine Werkzeugscheibe 10 auf. Auf deren Oberseite sind Aufnahmen für Werkzeuge 13, beispielsweise zum Bohren oder Fräsen, gleichmäßig über den Umfang verteilt. Die angetriebenen Werkzeuge 13 stehen über Kupplungen mit Antriebsmotoren 11, 12 in Verbindung.
