Description
The invention relates to a method for borrowing a suitable for a shopping means of transport, in which a means of transport for use and subsequent return is provided at a return point of a market for each customer and the means of transport has a detection means, wherein the customer is a mobile communication device with it leads, further before the return of the means of transport to the return point using the mobile communication device on the means of transport used by the customer, a first recognition process is performed such that the mobile communication device and the transport are assigned to each other and associated identifiers of the mobile communication device and the means of transport Be stored by at least one computer-technological system and wherein the method uses at least one motivator, which is intended to the customer after completion of his Einkaufsv organges to convey the return of the means of transport as beneficial.
The invention further relates to a means of transport for carrying out the method.
Based on this prior art, the object of the invention is to further develop a method of the type mentioned above and a transport suitable for carrying out the method that for borrowing the means of transport neither means for locking the means of transport at a dispensing station nor deposit locks or Anti-theft rolls or security tags are required. Also, no power source is required at the return points, with the separate, certain to register the means of transport detection means must be supplied with energy. The process to be found should thus be feasible with a minimum of technical means.
The method to be found should also form a basis for further possible applications that are expedient and advantageous in a shopping process using a means of transport.
The solution of the problem with respect to the method is described in the characterizing part of claim 1. The solution of the problem with respect to the means of transport can be found in claim 7.
The proposed solution, and thus the method found, impresses with the simplicity of the required technical means. The equipment of the means of transport with recognition means is made by the manufacturer of the means of transport. The mobile communication device preferably belongs to the customer. After all, the market simply needs to be equipped with a computer-technological system that is already present in modern markets. The invention not only eliminates the need for securing means and the equipment of the return points with stationary detection means, but also electronic equipment on the means of transport and replaces this entire technical effort with detection means which do not require power.
In the subsequent description of the invention further advantages are described in connection with other useful applications. The proposed in the characterizing part of claim 1 process steps form a basis for the implementation of the method and for all other embodiments.

Markets are known as delimited spaces or areas where goods are offered and sold to customers. As a market, all self-service shops are to be understood as well as shopping malls, railway stations or airports, in which means of transport are provided at specially designated return points for the customer to use and the possibility exists to buy goods using the means of transport. The intended use of the means of transport provided for lending is limited to the market, whose area includes the market building and the market area.
The term means of transport includes all mobile, portable or manually movable devices that are suitable for the purchase of goods. Such devices are especially shopping carts, trolleys in garden centers and hardware stores, shopping baskets, and luggage trolleys that have a container for receiving goods.
The place of return is any collection point where the means of transport are available for use. Such collection points are common in self-service markets, at railway stations or airports.
Detecting means are all means which are suitable for making the identification-bearing object identifiable and distinguishable from similar objects, in particular in the form of printed character codes, barcodes, QR codes, as well as data-carrying means such as transponders. As identifier, these distinguishing features are to be understood, for example serial numbers or individual codes. Within the scope of the invention, the following types of recognition agents are available for selection:
A first type is a visibly different from transport means to transport different component, such as a serial number plate. A second type is a machine-readable data store which is the same or different from means of transport to means of transport and which is occupied by means of transport for means of transport with different data, for example an NFC tag. A third type is a tag or card with a printed QR code or bar code with the characteristics of the two aforementioned types.
A fourth type is a means whose recognition by a preferably used as a price detection means mobile communication device means that the means of transport is assigned until the return to a return point an individual identifier. In the case of the fourth type, it is not necessary that all means of transport are permanently equipped with different recognition means, since the distinction is made by assigning an individual identifier. Such an assignment can be realized by means of an application program of the mobile communication device or by means of a computer-technological system of the market, which exchanges data with the mobile communication device. The advantage of the fourth type are lower costs for the detection means, as well as similar detection means in question, which can be produced in series. Since price acquisition means and mobile communication devices use software licensed with a serial number, since these devices also establish data connections via IP addresses or telephone numbers, price detection means and mobile communication devices are distinguishable from other similar devices so that their identifier is appropriate for being assigned to the means of transport in order to make a means of transport distinguishable from other modes of transport. A fifth type of recognition means is based on a number of different identifiers of a number of preferred mobile communication devices used as price detection means and a number of different identifiers of a number of transport devices. A sixth type of recognition means takes advantage of the fact that when returning means of transport to return points, the means of transport returned by the customer occupies a different position relative to the customer and his mobile communication device and is moved differently than a means of transport at the return point or the return point itself The sixth type is formed by representational components of the borrowed means of transport. The further detection means located at the return location is formed by physical components of at least the returned transport means and the return operation, that is, first, by a first, the dolly detection serving pattern, which is detected when the trolley in whole or in part in one of the mobile communication device Second, by a second pattern, which is determined by a change in position of the fully or partially recognized trolley to also fully or partially recognized return point or at least one further, fully or partially recognized, located at the return trolley is determined. The detection of a movement relative to the return point or a transport device located at the return point implies recognizing the return point or a means of transport located at the return point, wherein any parts or features of the return point or a means of transport located at the return point are the recognition of the relative movement enabling detection means. Combinations of the aforementioned recognition means are also covered by the term "recognition means".

- - A machine data exchange, in particular with the help of RFID tags and RFID readers, using Bluetooth or NFC technology, using Internet connections, telephone connections, or other data connections.
- To recognize the detection means provided for detection,
- - to save recognized patterns, symbols or data in the form of data,
- - send and receive data over wireless data connections.
- To recognize the detection means provided for detection,
- - to save recognized patterns, symbols or data in the form of data,
- - send and receive data over wireless data connections.
- - personal data
- - data concerning motivators
- - Data and goods prices
- - data relating to the purchase
- - the rental and repatriation of means of transport

- - to accept cash or in the form of data or as a computer-technological system, such as credit cards or payback cards,
- To carry out the payment and credits using at least one means of payment and with the aid of data processing,
- - to store the billing, ie payment and credit related data or to submit to a database.
- – eine erste drahtlose Datenverbindung zur Durchführung des ersten Erkennungsvorganges;
- – eine zweite drahtlose Datenverbindung zur Durchführung eines zweiten Erkennungsvorgangs;
- – eine dritte drahtlose Datenverbindung zur Durchführung eines dritten Erkennungsvorgangs;
- – eine fünfte drahtlose Datenverbindung zwischen dem Preiserfassungsmittel und der Bezahleinrichtung des Marktes;

- A first wireless data connection for performing the first recognition process;
- A second wireless data connection for performing a second recognition process;
- A third wireless data connection for performing a third recognition process;
- A fourth wireless data link between the customer's mobile communications device and a computer-technological system, and optionally
- A fifth wireless data link between the price registration means and the payment facility of the market;

Detection means suitable for computer-technological detection of recognition means, for example bar code scanners, NFC readers, QR code-detecting smartphones, pattern recognition devices and the like, are used to carry out the recognition processes. To carry out the first recognition process, in particular three detection means are available from the prior art, which are suitable for detecting identifiers of the transport device and the mobile communication device and allocating them to one another.
A first option uses any means of the market as detection means, for example using Apple's iBeacon, an entrance system or a cash register facility. A second option, instead, uses a price-determining means available to the customer for determining the prices of goods, eg. B. a "handheld scanner". A third possibility uses the mobile communication device as a detection means. The implementation of the first recognition process with the aid of the mobile communication device is particularly advantageous, as this eliminates the expense of setting up the market or the expense of a handheld scanner. Since a price acquisition means provided to the customer by the market is also a mobile communication device, the second possibility with the third possibility is technically equivalent. If a mobile communication device is mentioned below in connection with the first recognition process, then the text also applies to the equivalent solution of a price acquisition means made available to the customer. Conversely, it is possible to use the mobile communication device of the customer as a price detection means.
- - A first motivator, which is formed by mutually associated identifiers of the mobile communication device of the customer and the means of transport. The first motivator becomes effective through the association and becomes ineffective by removing the association.
- - a second motivator formed by a pledge value, known through the use of mortgage locks. The second motivator takes effect by raising a lien at the expense of the customer and becomes ineffective by crediting the previously collected deposit value.
- - a third motivator formed by a reward, such as a bonus as in the document
EP 1 285 412 B1 - A fourth motivator present as a computer-technological system formed with the mobile communication device intended for use during shopping. The computer-technological system is activated by the first recognition process and deactivated by the second and third recognition process. The fourth motivator unfolds its effectiveness in particular when the customer wants to use a function or a system of the mobile communication device during the shopping and at the same time has an interest that after completion of shopping and after the return of the means of transport this function is no longer possible or this System is disabled.
- - a fifth motivator is formed by the customer stored, for one economic exploitation by the customer certain data. The fifth motivator takes effect by generating and storing commercially valuable data and becomes ineffective by transmission to a recipient and the associated economic exploitation by the customer. Triggered by the first recognition process and during the shopping process, the shopping process and / or the purchased goods data stored in the mobile communication device and thereby blocked for the transmission. Through the second and third detection process, the blocking is canceled or a transmission of data using a data connection allows. If the purchase with the mobile communication device of the customer as price detection means and / or the customer pays with the help of the mobile communication device, the data are stored in the mobile communication device and can be used as a motivator.
A sixth variant is that the first recognition process causes the transmission of location data of the mobile communication device to a computer-technological system of the market and that the transmission of location data is terminated by the second and third recognition process. Location data is suitable for enriching the shopping experience or enabling shopping-related multimedia and augmented reality systems. However, after completing the purchase, the customer certainly does not want their location to be tracked by the market based on location data. At the same time, the market has an interest in being able to continue tracking the location data of the customer until the second and third recognition process has taken place. If a customer moves from the market area and there is no second and third recognition process, then a notification of the customer can be triggered to remind the customer and cause him to leave his means of transport at a return point. A seventh variant is that with the mobile communication device and the means of transport a goods receiving device is formed such that the mobile communication device goods and movement of goods detected relative to the transport and the system of the goods receiving device is resolved by the second and third recognition process. An eighth variant is that a computer-technological system of the market and a computer-technological system of the mobile communication device cooperate in such a way that access to components, data, and computing power of the other system takes place, in particular the access of the computer-technological system the market to the camera of the mobile communication device and / or on a payment means, which is present in the mobile communication device, and an access of the mobile communication device to data and processing power of the computer-technological system of the market, wherein the interaction is deactivated by the second and third recognition process ,
In its simplest form, the method uses only the first motivator. In a preferred embodiment, the invention eliminates both the less customer-friendly deposit value and the expensive bonus value for the market and replaces both with the fourth and / or fifth motivator, which allows the market a variety of effective and at the same time more attractive to the customer. There is then the possibility for an operator of many markets to use the fourth and / or fifth motivator in all markets and additionally the second motivator only where the fourth and / or fifth motivator proves to be insufficiently effective, eg. B. in areas or countries with high theft rate. Analogously, the third motivator can also play a complementary role. There is the possibility of a customer-specific choice and design of the motivators, for example, the collection of a deposit only with customers who do not return the means of transport reliable return points or reward with a bonus only if children visit the market or if a lost means of transport is returned to the market. The choice and design of the motivators can be made dependent on any other factors. Thus the mentioned motivators without the use of mechanical securing means are effective, the recognition of the return of the means of transport is required.
On rollers movable transport, z. B. shopping carts, are stacked horizontally from behind in their return to a return means located at the return means of transport, not vice versa. As a result, rows of returned transport means are formed at the return points. Transport means in the form of baskets, stack forming, vertically stacked from above in located at the return hand baskets, not vice versa. A transport means "b" located at the return station and a transport means "a" returned to the return station form an ordered pair <a, b>. By the second and third recognition process thus data of such an ordered pair are created. Since the detection means of the returned transportation means has already been detected by the first recognition operation, it is also determined which recognition means corresponds to the "a" and which corresponds to the "b" of the ordered pair when the second recognition process and the third recognition process are performed in any order. When using means of transportation by customers and repeated application of the method, a large amount of data of ordered pairs is generated. From these data, in turn, the order of the means of transport can be determined in a stack composite, so that always up-to-date inventory data result: Let <a, b> a first ordered pair, <a ', b'> a second ordered pair, and it b = a ', then it follows the order a, b, b'. Thus, with the aid of the second and the third recognition process, stock data of the means of transport located at at least one return location can be continuously updated such that the computer-technological system can distinguish between a returned means of transport and a means of transport located at the return location, see also the application of Motivatoren already mentioned advantageous eleventh and twelfth variant. If there is no means of transport at a return point or in a subarea of a return point provided for forming a stack compound, then no transport means "b" located at the return location is available for forming an ordered pair <a, b> and the row start problem is to be solved , It is a well-known problem in self-service shops that customers prefer the return of means of transport on already long rows, since here the way of the customer is the shortest. This makes long rows shorter and shorter rows shorter. According to a first solution of the row start problem and analogous to the equipped with a key chain row start station equipped with deposit locks transport means the return point is provided with a detection means such that this detection means replaces the detection means of a located at the return means of transport to form the ordered pair <a, b> , If the returned means of transport is at the start of the line position, the preferred position of a stationary detection means of the return location relative to the means of detection of the returned means of transport is equal to the relative position of two detection means of a pair of means of transport defining and intended by the means of transport Stack spacing are stacked. As a stationary detection means at the return point, for example, is also a Bluetooth transmitter, known, inter alia, as Apple's iBeacon. According to a second solution of the row start problem, the recognition means of the returned transport means serves as the recognition means located at the return site so that the second and the third recognition processes are performed on the same recognition means and thereby storage of data in the computer-technological system is stored. Performing the second and third recognition processes on the same recognition means as a row-start encoding signal causes the inefficiency of a previously effective motivator. The recognition of the same recognition means twice serves as the signal coding the beginning of the row. One possible misuse of this second solution is to perform the second and third detection operations not at the return location but at any other location. One possible misuse is to perform the second and third detection operations on the means of detection of the returned means of transport and at the return location, although there are already means of transport at the return location. Thus, the object of the invention is achieved and given the beginning of the row coding signal only when the means of transport was returned to the return station and there was no means of transport at the return point or in a provided for forming a series portion of the return point, the invention provides Solution of the row start problem complementary method steps. A first method step is formed by the fact that the computer-technological system only recognizes the recognition means of the returned means of transport twice or more than twice as signal coding the row start, if the computer-technological system recognizes from the inventory data that at least a return point no or a predetermined minimum number of means of transport below the number of means of transport is located. A second method step is formed in that in the case of two or more than two recognition of the recognition means of the returned Transport means the customer is requested via the user interface of his mobile communication device to report or confirm the beginning of the row. Particularly suitable for this purpose is a menu which provides the message "Report row start" and "Report no row start" for selection. Preferably, by combining the first and the second supplementary method step and using the inventory data, the computer-technological system can detect misuse and errors, so that the beginning of the series reliably detected and solved the row start problem even without stationary located at the return location detection means. A third process step is formed in that the filling of rows that are below a minimum length, is rewarded. Firstly, this means that the row start problem hardly ever occurs, and secondly, it leads to an effective row limitation. Since the number of means of transport of a market is practically constant and the inventory at the return points varies only by the number of removed transport means, a motivator is suitable, which causes the filling of short rows to reach a row boundary. This advantageously takes place dynamically, ie without a maximum length having to be explicitly determined and achieved by technical means. As an alternative to dynamic row limitation, the computer-technological system can only store the second and third recognition process if, according to inventory data, a maximum row length has not been exceeded. The solution of the row start problem alone with detection means of the transport means allows a stack of transport means, which is characterized in that the spatially next located at the return detection means for each located at the return station and belonging to the stacking means of transport is located on a spatially next in the stack composite transport, and in that all detection means used for the second and third detection processes are arranged on the transport means belonging to the stack assembly. Such a stack composite advantageously makes it possible to carry out the second and third recognition processes in such a way that the customer must actively carry out only the second or the third recognition process, and that the recognition process carried out causes the respective other recognition process to be carried out automatically. Thus, for example, performing a recognition process on a recognition means embodied as a QR code may result in the mobile communication device performing a further recognition process on a further recognition means located in range and designed as an RFID tag. As short as possible and in particular standardized stacking distances are advantageous.
The described recognition of a means of transport or a hand on a means of transport is suitable for the first recognition process only if the AR system and the means of transport can be assigned to one another, so that a recognition means recognized by the AR system is required. If the AR system can not differentiate the means of transport chosen by the customer from other modes of transport on the market because of the appearance of means of transport in a market, detecting any means of transport can trigger automatic start of applications of the AR system, but these applications are not feasible assign to the means of transport chosen by the customer. For the safety and practicality of using an AR system, this assignment is hardly dispensable. According to section [0657] the purchase is terminated with the aid of a virtual display and thus with the payment of the goods and not with the return of the means of transport at a return point. Becomes However, the advantageous for the safety and practicality of the use of an AR system assignment of the AR system and a certain means of transport carried out and stored in a computer-technological system, so this assignment must be canceled at the end of shopping again. If this happens or if the goods are paid, the return of the means of transport remains an unsolved problem. While payment devices, including virtual ones, are conveniently located in areas of space that can be controlled by retail security equipment and market personnel, the return points are preferably close to the customer's car parks, so merging of payment devices and return points is an option, at best, for small markets. The invention advantageously makes it possible to pay for the goods during or after the purchase and to complete the shopping process only with the return of the means of transport. As the example of the use of an AR system as a mobile communication device shows, completely different mobile communication devices can be used for carrying out the inventive method, so that they are to be defined on the basis of common features.

- – wonach bei der Rückgabe des Transportmittels zwei weitere, dem ersten Erkennungsvorgang nachgeordnete, zweite und dritte Erkennungsvorgänge mit Hilfe des mobilen Kommunikationsgerätes durchgeführt werden;
- - Wherein upon the return of the means of transport two further, the first recognition process downstream, second and third detection operations are performed using the mobile communication device;
- After which the means of transport brought back are recognized again by one of the two subsequent recognition processes and evidence is provided by the other recognition process that the means of transport has been returned and
- - According to which the assignment of the identifiers of the mobile communication device and the means of transport is canceled as a result of the two carried out downstream recognition processes and using the at least one computer-technological system.
According to a first possible embodiment, the customer removes a means of transport from the return point. In the market, the customer decides not to buy and wants to leave the market. The market offers an exit for this case which opens a barrier as soon as the first recognition process is carried out. The customer uses his mobile communication device to perform the first recognition process and opens the barrier. Arrived at the return point, the customer stacks the means of transport in a stack network and performs the first recognition process downstream second and the third recognition processes with his mobile communication device. At the area bounded by a barrier, the market preferably carries out an automated visual inspection of the means of transport. If goods are recognized, the customer is asked to settle them. A queuing at a cash register without having been purchased, is eliminated.
According to a second possible embodiment, the price detection means and the mobile communication device are present as separate devices. The customer enters the market and removes a means of transport from the return point. Subsequently, the customer receives from the market a price detection means, whereby previously data of the customer, such as name, address, customer number, telephone number of his mobile communication device, credit card number, etc. have been deposited in a database of the market and are suitable until the return of the price detection means to associate the price acquisition means with the customer and his mobile communication device. For this purpose, the customer identifies, for example, with the telephone number of his mobile communication device and / or a secret number in order to lend a price detection means, which is then uniquely assigned to the customer or his mobile communication device until it is returned. If then in the course of the shopping a data connection between the price detection means and serving here as a computer-technological system payment of the market, so are the data of the customer of the payment device known by this assignment and can be used to the customer the total price of to calculate the goods purchased. After the customer has received the price detection means, the customer ensures that the price detection means recognizes the detection means of the means of transport used by him and thus performs the first recognition process. The price detection means recognizes the means of transport provided to the customer, in this case preferably by means of a wireless data connection established between the price detection means and the means of detection of the means of transport. The already achieved clear allocation of the price detection means and the mobile communication device and the now produced assignment of the detection means of the transport and the price detection means have a clear association of the mobile communication device and the detection means of the transport means. The relations are transitive and symmetric. By detecting the means of transport, the effectiveness of a motivator is prompted here, for example, a deposit value is irrelevant whether the price detection means generates the deposit value and transmitted to the example used here as a computer-technological system payment using a data connection or if the deposit with Help of the transmitted data is only generated by the payment facility. It is crucial that the deposit value is assigned to the means of transport and the mobile communication device. During the shopping in the market, the customer uses the price recording means to scan the goods he buys, with the result that the individual prices of goods are recorded. With the aid of a wireless data connection, data is firstly transmitted to the payment device for billing of the goods recorded with the price-recording means and secondly to the settlement of the deposit value and stored there. After settlement, the customer submits the price entry means. An account of the customer is now charged first with the total amount of the purchased goods and secondly with the deposit value. Whether total amount of goods and deposit value are debited separately or in total, whether total amount and deposit value are charged to the same account or different accounts, whether further charges or credits occur, or if no total amount of the goods is debited because the customer has not bought anything is for the procedure without meaning as long as the pledge value was charged to an account of the customer. Thus, among other things, there is the advantageous possibility of debiting the total amount of the goods from a credit card account, whereas the deposit value is charged to an account or means of payment stored in the mobile communication device. This is particularly appropriate because repeated purchases and credits of the deposit value are made with repeated purchases and it allows the market to deposit a first pledge to the customer free of charge in the mobile communication device when the procedure is introduced. A preferred solution is to use a customer's payback, bonus, rebate, or membership account to debit and credit the deposit, as this will provide both customer loyalty and independence from payment service providers and their fees. The fifth wireless data link between the price recording device and the payment device, unless it already existed during the shopping process and when the purchased goods were scanned, shall be established at the latest at the time of return of the price collection device to the payment device so that at the latest now the data of the prices and the goods collected are together with the data for identifying the price detection means and the means of detection of the means of transport are transmitted to the payment means. At the return point arrived customer builds the second wireless data connection between his mobile communication device and the detection means of the means of transport used by him. It also builds, as far as this is not automatic, another third wireless data connection between its mobile communication device and a detection means located at the return location. Optionally, instead of the second and third data connection, a machine-visual or acoustic recognition of the respective recognition means can occur, for example using data glasses as a mobile communication device. By recognizing located on a means of transport detection means and another detection means located at the return station, a wireless data connection from the mobile communication device to the payment device independently or using a user interface built by the customer, which is considered proof of the returned returning the means of transport, then the wireless data connection is disconnected again either by the mobile communication device or by the payment device with the consequence that the assignment of the identifiers of the mobile communication device and the means of transport is canceled and that the previously effective motivator becomes ineffective, here by way of example that the payment device issues a credit of the previously calculated deposit value. The mobile communication device is thereby recognized by the payment device on the basis of telephone number, IP address, or otherwise, so that the existing unique assignment of returned means of transport, deposit, mobile communication device, customer, and account of the customer can be used for the credit. By clearing the credit, the system separates the previously established wireless data connection, optionally providing a predetermined period of time between the billing of the credit and the separation of the fourth wireless data connection and / or the transmission of data from the mobile communication device to the payment device. The separation of the first, second, third, and fifth data connections takes place in the course of the method as soon as they are no longer needed in the method, but at the latest when the fourth data connection is disconnected. Data connections are no longer needed when the data they are destined for transmission is transferred. There are two options for setting up the fourth data connection:
According to the first option, the mobile communication device communicates over the spatial distance between the return point and the payment device, thus building up the fourth data connection over this distance. According to the second option, the deposit value is first a local in the mobile communication device z. B. credited as a function of a mobile shopping app, created account and the communication with the payment device for billing with another account and thus the structure of the fourth data connection is made at a later date. The second option takes advantage of the fact that repeated and correct application of the procedure by the customer alternates and offsets the charges and credits of the deposit, so that the occasional offsetting of the balance is preferred with a payback, bonus point, rebate or membership fee. Account of the customer is sufficient. So this balance can be offset if the customer z. For example, at a portal in the market, you have paid out or want to claim a sum from a payback, bonus point, discount or membership program. In this case, the fourth data connection is only set up when the balance is to be cleared and can thus be a short distance data connection, eg. B. NFC or Bluetooth, about to use a payback portal or a cash register. When the second and third data connection or an alternative visual or acoustic recognition are established, the returned means of transport is in any case again at the return point and is available to a subsequent customer, even if the fourth data connection according to the second option is not set up during each shopping process becomes.
In the second embodiment, the price detection means is present as a mobile communication device of the customer, on which a program enabling the function of the price detection means is installed. The customer performs the first, second and third recognition processes with the aid of his mobile communication device. The function of a price collection means enabling programs are known as Mobile Shopping App, so that there is the possibility to extend the functionality of existing programs to perform the process. In contrast to the first possible embodiment, the customer does not borrow a price entry means and does not have to return it to a payment device. However, there are the same transitive and symmetric relations by which price-collecting means, mobile communication equipment and means of transport are associated with each other. The mobile communication device is used in the second embodiment to recognize the detection means of the means of transport, to scan the goods and to determine their prices and to pay for the goods at the payment facility. The method steps performed in the first embodiment with the mobile communication device are the same in the second embodiment. Both in the first and in the second embodiment, there are possibilities to make the method particularly user-friendly and secure. This execution options is together that a motivator is effective by the first recognition process, but at the latest before the second and third recognition process and the transport of the customer and / or its mobile communication device is assigned. It should be noted that the method variant according to claim 32 advantageously solves the problem of temporal and spatial limitation which is also known by the term "geo-fencing" without resorting to a geographic information system such as GPS or Apple's iBeacon. The purchasing process, including all related to the purchase process programs of the price detection means and / or the mobile communication device with the use of the means of transport started and ended with its return, and thus also as desired, limited in space on the market.
The first and second possible embodiment realized the method with today common market institutions. However, the third exemplary embodiment presented by way of example in the following makes use of technologies of a more recent date. The customer removes a means of transport from the return point. He wears a serving as a mobile communication device AR system, preferably in the form of a data glasses, such as Google Glass or Microsoft Hololens, optionally also another device, such as a tablet or a smartphone. The detection means of the means of transport, assuming a pair of smart glasses, is recognized by the AR system in that the customer's gaze falls on the means of transport, so that the first recognition process is carried out. The identifier of the means of transport is now stored in a computer-technical system of the AR system and the AR system and the means of transport are associated therewith. This assignment causes a computer system of the AR system to establish a secure data connection to the payment device of the market. Optionally, this secure data connection can only be established if the AR system when entering the market another signal, eg. B. received from an iBeacon device. Optionally, the first recognition process generates a computer-technological key that activates a security device to allow the customer access to the market or space of the market, which key clears the key at the latest and the purchase completes the key by the second and third recognition processes becomes. The construction of the secure data connection to the payment device, increasing the security, can only take place when the customer has entered the market or a room area of the market using the key. The establishment of the data connection between the AR system and the payment system causes a computer system of the AR system to activate functions of the AR system and optionally to deactivate further functions in such a way that the AR system becomes the price entry means. In the operating state as price detection means, the payment device preferably has access to camera and / or camera data and a means of payment of the customer and automatically increases security settings of the AR system to a standard required for secure payment processing. For example, access to unsafe websites or the start of unsafe applications may be blocked. The AR system and the means of transport now form a goods receiving device such that the AR system recognizes the means of transport as intended for the acceptance of goods and now continuously records the movement of goods relative to the means of transport and / or the AR system. After the first recognition process and prior to the second and third recognition processes, the mobile communication device detects goods with a fourth recognition process and movement of the goods relative to the transport means with the fifth recognition process, whereby at least one movement pattern is recognized by the fifth recognition process in such a way that a charge of the payment means of the Customer is made with the price of goods and wherein the first recognition process, the fourth and fifth recognition process is made possible and wherein the fourth and fifth recognition process is made impossible by the second and third recognition process. The fourth recognition process can optionally be triggered only when the customer looks at the goods and picks them up. With the help of pattern recognition and / or recognition means of the goods this is recognized by the AR system. The actual, high computing power requiring pattern recognition is preferred and the AR system power-saving performed by a computer-technical system of the market or a service provider of the market and always uses the latest product and price data. With the aid of the data connection to the payment device, data generated by the AR system for the pattern identifier is transmitted to this computer-technological system of the market, and the computer-technological system serving as pattern recognition device causes the AR system to at least display the recognition of the product to the user. With the fifth detection process, the AR system detects movement of the detected commodity relative to the means of transport associated with the AR system. Based on these movements, the AR system detects a purchasing process. Thus, moving the goods into the basket of a present as a shopping cart means the purchase of the goods code and cause the burden of the customer's means of payment with the price of goods. Likewise, moving goods out of the basket may encode the return of the goods and cause a credit of the previously calculated price of the goods. Further movements can be, for example, product information using the AR Make the system visible or allow the customer to give feedback on the product to the market. If the movement of goods is detected that does not follow a pattern coded for the fifth recognition process, e.g. B. the removal of goods that is not received by the means of transport and / or the return of goods that does not begin with a removal of a means of transport from a return point or the first detection process, the goods securing securing means are activated. In particular, if dispensed in the market on a checkout zone and the payment of the goods to take place on removal, it is advantageous if the detection of the removal of goods or the return of goods by the customer with the fourth and fifth recognition process, the goods securing securing means activated if the customer's means of payment is not recognized. The customer therefore only carries out activities which he must carry out anyway, in particular the transport of goods onto a shelf or in a basket of a means of transport. The goods have already been billed. Without having to go through a checkout zone, the customer leaves the market with the purchased goods. Performing the second and third recognition processes at the return location overrides the assignment of the transport means and the AR system, terminates the access of the payment means to the computer-technological system of the AR system and terminates the operating state as price acquisition means. This process uses the fourth motivator. Finally, the fifth motivator is used. The AR system will indicate appropriate options to the customer, including the sale of data relating to the purchase of data to a market research institute and the communication of the identifier of the means of transport to a service provider who has leased the means of transport to the market. The customer uses, receiving appropriate benefits, these possibilities and notifies the service provider that he was not satisfied with the means of transport. The service provider considers this information at the next regular maintenance of the means of transport. Starting from the described method steps, further expedient method steps can be recorded, in particular if the market has a highly automated goods delivery device and at least one pattern recognition device is formed with the mobile communication device preferably present as an AR system. Thus, a further method step may consist in activating at least one device protecting the goods and / or persons by means of a return of the goods and / or packaging or the placing of goods at another location of the goods delivery device recognized by the at least one pattern recognition device to indicate possible misconduct of persons. Another advantageous method step may also consist in that the payment device only carries out the payment of goods with the payment means if the payment medium has previously been debited with a deposit value calculated for the use of the means of transport or if another motivator is in effect. It should also be pointed out that the payment device preferably only makes the payment of goods with a payment medium if the mobile communication device and the payment device have previously recognized the recognition means of the means of transport used for the shopping transaction.
