Abstract

Verfahren zur Reparatur von verformten oder defekten Oberflächen (Oberflächen mit einer „Delle”), insbesonders von Kraftfahrzeug-Karosserien. Dabei wird die Delle mittels eines aufgebrachten Formstückes konturgetreu ausgefüllt. Das Formstück wird durch dreidimensionale Berechnung bestimmt und mittels 3D-Drucker gefertigt, unter Verwendung eines geeigneten Druckmaterials. In die dreidimensionale Berechnung gehen die Ist-Kontur der Delle und die Soll-Kontur des beschädigten Karosseriebereiches und fertigungsbedingte Korrekturgrößen ein. Eine vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung ist die Herstellung der gewünschten Oberflächenqualität und -Farbe direkt beim 3D-Druckprozess.
