Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Sicherungsgurt für Personen bei Kletteraktivitäten gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
Sicherungsgurte für Personen werden in vielen Bereichen insbesondere bei Kletteraktivitäten eingesetzt. Vor allem bei Hochseilgärten ist es zwingend notwendig, dass die Besucher gut gesichert sind, da hier auch kletterunerfahrene bzw. wenig klettererfahrene Personen sich hier beim Klettern versuchen.
In der Regel sind Sicherungsgurte mit Gurtschnallen versehen, die nach dem Anlegen des Sicherungsgurtes verschlossen werden. Dabei kann ein Sicherheitsgurt eine oder mehrere Gurtschnallen aufweisen. Zum Öffnen einer Gurtschnalle müssen ein bzw. mehrere Auslöseelemente betätigt werden. Nach dem Öffnen der Gurtschnalle verliert der Sicherungsgurt seine Funktion und die betreffende Person ist nicht mehr ausreichend gesichert.
Insbesondere bei kletterunerfahrenen Personen insbesondere bei Kindern kann es zu einem unbeabsichtigten oder fahrlässigen Öffnen der Gurtschnalle kommen.
Aus der US 7 181 936 B2 ist eine Gurtschnalle bekannt, die mit einem Schlüssel abschließbar ist. Diese Gurtschnalle ist mechanisch sehr aufwendig aufgebaut. Für einen Einsatz bei einem Hochseilgarten insbesondere zur Sicherung bei jugendlichen Teilnehmern ist diese Gurtschnalle bzw. der damit ausgestattet Sicherungsgurt nur bedingt geeignet.
Aus der US 6 769 157 B1 sowie aus der US 6 463 637 B1 sind jeweils Sicherheitsgurte für Personen mit jeweils einem Schutzelement an den Gurtschnallen bekannt. Als Fixierung auf der Gurtschnalle wird das Schutzelement 30 mit dem Gurtband vernäht. Mit der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung kann eine herkömmliche Gurtschnalle in sehr einfacher und kostengünstiger Weise in eine Gurtschnalle mit Öffnungsschutz umgestaltet werden. Das Schutzelement 30 beeinträchtigt die Funktion einer herkömmlichen Gurtschnalle in keiner Weise. Die Gurtschnalle kann ganz normal geschlossen werden. Nur zum Öffnen wird ein Werkzeug benötigt. Damit kann ein unbeabsichtigtes Öffnen der Gurtschnalle wirksam verhindert werden. Dies ist insbesondere in Hochseilgärten von Bedeutung, wo bei Kindern und Jugendlichen ein Spielen mit dem Öffnungsmechanismus einer Gurtschnalle nicht ausgeschlossen werden kann. Weiterhin kann z. B. bei Einsatz im Baustellenbereich das Tragen von Sicherheitsgurten verpflichtend sein.
