Description

  • The invention relates to a wheel hub of a motor vehicle, a fastening system for a wheel hub and a wheel hub system.
  • To attach rims or wheels to hubs, several lug nuts or bolts are generally used. In racing so-called central nuts are often used for the quick change of the wheels, whereby only one central nut is used per wheel. Such central nuts are usually to secure against unintentional release.
  • The invention has for its object to propose a wheel hub, which allows the application of only one (central) nut, and on the other to propose a fastening system for securing such a (central) mother, so that the aforementioned hub is also safely applicable. From both solutions results in interaction a wheel hub system with a secure mother.
  • The object is achieved by a wheel hub of a motor vehicle, which is characterized in that a base body is provided, that the base body has at least one radially along a longitudinal axis extending central portion that an attachment is provided, and that the attachment an external thread for a Mother has. The attachment also serves in particular as a centering section for the wheel. In one embodiment, the base body and the attachment are configured in particular as at least two parts.   • An embodiment of the wheel hub according to the invention provides that the attachment has an interior for receiving at least a portion of a fuse adapter for the mother. In a variant, in particular, an inner contour of the inner space and an outer contour of the securing adapter are designed and matched to one another in such a way that at least one form fit exists, by which the securing adapter is prevented from rotating in the interior.
  • An embodiment of the wheel hub according to the invention includes that the base body has a flange portion which connects radially to the central portion.
  • An embodiment of the wheel hub according to the invention includes that the attachment is fixed against rotation on the base body. An embodiment of the wheel hub according to the invention provides that the attachment is fixed by at least one securing means on the base body. The securing means are, for. B. a screw.   • Furthermore, the invention solves the problem by a fastening system, in particular for a wheel hub, with a nut which has an internal thread, and with a securing adapter, which secures the nut against rotation. Advantageously, the application of the fastening system according to the invention in a wheel hub according to one of the above embodiments; Alternatively, however, the attachment system can also be found in other hubs or in other objects application. According to the invention, the nut is secured against unintentional loosening by the securing adapter.
  • An embodiment of the fastening system according to the invention comprises that the securing adapter has at least one sleeve and a pin element, and that the sleeve and the pin element are designed and matched to one another such that the sleeve receives the pin element secured against relative rotation relative to one another, in particular with positive locking. Between the sleeve and the pin element thus a connection rigid with respect to the twisting is generated. This may possibly take place only temporarily.
  • An embodiment of the fastening system according to the invention provides that the pin member and the nut are designed and matched to one another such that the nut and the pin member are positively and / or non-positively and / or frictionally connected to one another. In this embodiment, the pin member serves to make contact with the nut.
  • An embodiment of the fastening system according to the invention includes that the nut in an end face has a passage. This passage preferably serves for the introduction or the passage of the pin element. Preferably, the passage is configured such that the nut is contacted with the pin member.
  • An embodiment of the fastening system according to the invention provides that the securing adapter has at least one fastening element, and that the fastening element, the sleeve and the pin element are designed and matched to one another such that the fastening element the sleeve and the pin member against relative rotational movements against each other and against longitudinal axial movements a longitudinal axis of the fuse adapter against each other movably interconnected. In this embodiment, a positive connection is generated via corresponding teeth for the connection between the pin member and nut.   • An embodiment of the fastening system according to the invention includes that the pin element has a through hole for the fastening element.
  • An embodiment of the fastening system according to the invention provides that the securing adapter has at least one spring element which acts axially along the longitudinal axis of the securing adapter on the pin element. The spring element serves, for example, for increased engagement or disengagement of the pin element in the sleeve or in the nut.
  • Finally, the invention achieves the object by a wheel hub system, with a wheel hub according to one of the above embodiments, and with a fastening system according to one of the above embodiments. In this case, the external thread of the attachment and the internal thread of the nut are adapted to one another.
  • An embodiment of the wheel hub system according to the invention includes that the sleeve of the fuse adapter has an outer contour, and that the contour of the interior of the attachment and the outer contour of the sleeve are designed and matched to one another, that between the attachment and the sleeve, a positive connection can be generated.
  • An embodiment of the wheel hub system according to the invention provides that the external thread of the attachment and the internal thread of the nut are matched to one another.
  • In the wheel hub system according to the invention, the central nut is screwed onto the attachment and it is generated a rotationally fixed connection with the pin member, which protrudes through the nut.
