The The invention relates to a biomechanical orthopedic insole with far-infrared energy fiber, which is formed by an outer antibacterial textile layer, a foam layer, a layer of Far infrared light wave energy fiber, a polyethylene sheet and a antibacterial textile layer. The sole edge, the support area and the curved area of the insole are hot-pressed at different temperatures, so that the edges of the layers of the insole are in one piece be firmly combined. The support area and the curved Area that are body mechanically and ergonomically shaped, contribute to effective shock absorption and pressure distribution for the human foot, so that the foot is fine protected and supported.

[Stand der Technik][State of the art]

Eine derartige Einlegesohle aus Schaumstoff verleiht durch ihre Funktion der Stoßdämpfung dem Benutzer einen großen Komfort.conventional is initially used to produce an insole with resin Foaming agent mixed; After that, this mixture becomes one Cast mold and molded into foam; on the foam is glued on a textile layer; the semi-finished insole is in accordance with the shoe shape in a reasonable Size cut. Such an insole made of foam gives by its function of shock absorption the User a great comfort.

Aufgrund der Wärme der Fußsohle und von Reibungen lässt jedoch die Klebewirkung mit der Zeit nach, so dass sich die Textillage vom Schaumstoff trennt; vor allem trennt sich die Textillage nach dem Waschen der verschmutzten Sohle leicht vom Schaumstoff, wobei die gelöste Textillage durch die Reibungen mit der Fußsohle leichter kaputt geht, so dass der Schaumstoff mit Schweiß in unmittelbaren Kontakt kommt und durch Verkalkung beschädigt wird.by virtue of the heat of the sole of the foot and of friction However, the adhesive effect with time after, so that the textile layer separates from the foam; Above all, the textile location separates washing the dirty sole slightly from the foam, taking the dissolved textile layer due to the friction with the sole of the foot it breaks easily, leaving the foam with sweat in it comes into direct contact and is damaged by calcification.

Around to prevent the foot sweat odor was the Insole made of foam and further a textile layer with a Bamboo charcoal equipped to simultaneously control the blood circulation and promote cell activation at the foot. however allows the function of the emission of infrared radiation the bamboo charcoal gradually after a while to. Only under the ultraviolet radiation in the sun can the Function of the emission of infrared radiation recovered which is not practical for the user.

From the Taiwanese patent I289055 For example, a conventional insole and an orthopedic shoe is known, wherein the insole is provided with a structure that can balance the force of the foot arch for turning outward. The foot part of the insole is made of polyurethanes (PU) mixed with far infrared powders. Far-infrared radiation emitted by far-infrared powders promotes blood circulation and cell activation. However, this conception that the tread consists of a mixture of polyurethanes (PU) and far infrared powders is disadvantageous in that the instability of the bonding structure between the polyurethanes (PU) and the far infrared powders after a certain period of use tends to degrade, embrittle, pulverize and leads to the loss of the polyurethanes (PU). This makes the insole unusable.

In the publication of I289055 It has also been proposed that a lining material made of natural or synthetic active carbon fiber be adhered to the footboard part, wherein the active carbon fibers should have an antibacterial effect and eliminate the foot sweat odor. Activated carbon is characterized by saturating the molecules to absorb bacteria and moisture after a period of time, so that the activated carbon in the sun must be at least eight hours to be re-energized, which is also not practical for the user.

Made with the conventional insole I289055 is not formed optimal support structure according to the human arch of the foot, so that the muscles and the bands of the arch of the foot when walking and walking due to lack of support and pressure damping are easily melted or torn.

Furthermore, from the Taiwanese utility model M338561 an elastic pad b known, which is made of composite material. The elastic pad b has been designed only in accordance with the profile of the sole of the foot, the outer medial sole of the foot and the hoe and integrally combined with shoe inserts of various sizes. However, the conventional elastic pad b is off M338561 only shock absorbing. When the weight of the human body lies on the elastic pad b, as in 7 shown, the elastic pad b is pressed flat. The elastic pad b loses the ability to support the arch of the foot and the acupuncture point ("spring jump") in the middle of the sole of the foot. As a result, the muscles of the arch of the foot must immediately bear the pressure of the body weight, which can lead to muscle melting and torn ligaments.

When walking the elastic pad b is off M338561 repeatedly pressed flat by kicking the foot and comes when leaving the Bo the foot back to its original state. In this way, the elastic pad b can not effectively perform the functions of pressure-distributing and supporting the muscles of the arch of the foot and the acupuncture point ("swelling of the source") in the middle of the sole of the foot. This can cause pain in the arch of the foot when walking.

Of the Invention is based on the object, a biomechanical orthopedic Insole with far-infrared energy fiber to create at the the edges of the layers of the insole at high temperature hot-pressed and combined in one piece, so that the foam layer and the layer of far-infrared light wave energy fiber be optimally wrapped inside the insole so that the function of delivering the far-infrared radiation of the far-infrared light wave energy fiber layer is maintained.
