Abstract

The present invention relates to an arrangement for creating a small game field comprising two longitudinal and two end walls enclosing an approximately rectangular field space, wherein the walls are each constructed in a modular manner of band elements in the form of panels or panels and vertical posts to which these band elements are attached and wherein in the frontal walls each gates are integrated. According to the invention vertical posts (17) are provided with two-sided recordings, in each of which the ends of the plate-like band elements (16) are inserted, said band elements are preferably fastened by clamping means to the posts by fastening means, so that any heat or vibration caused length changes of the band elements (16).

Description

  • The The present invention relates to an arrangement for the creation a small game field comprising two long sides and two frontal walls, which is an approximately rectangular field space enclose, with the walls each modular constructed of band elements in the form of panels or panels and vertical posts to which these band elements are attached are and where in the frontal walls respectively gates are integrated.
  • An arrangement for the creation of a small game field, in particular for a football (soccer) -Kleinspielfeld for the outdoor area, for example, in the EP 0 544 893 B1 described. Such a small game field is usually provided in a place where there is not enough space for a soccer field full size, usually a smaller number of players (less than 22 people) the exercise of the game, for example, for training purposes on a the rules appropriate playing field to provide, which can be erected with reasonable assembly costs and, where appropriate, degradable and transportable. Furthermore, the goal is usually to limit the playing field so that the ball does not leave the enclosed playing field space too often. It should also be possible to easily exchange individual components such as the gang elements, gate nets, doors for access to the field area, etc., in the event of damage, for example due to vandalism. The door constructions must be sufficiently stable and the gate nets must be so tight that they have sufficient durability.
  • At the time of the EP 0544 893 B1 Known arrangement, the band elements, which consist of a rigid transparent plastic such as polycarbonate attached to vertical posts and upper and lower horizontal struts, in which the panel-like band elements are inserted. Welded connections are made between the upper horizontal struts and the posts. To anchor the lower ends of the posts, the use of sleeves is proposed, which are cast in foundations. These measures require increased assembly costs and complicate a later degradation of the arrangement or individual elements of the arrangement.
  • In the EP 1 297 866 A1 a further arrangement for the construction of a small game field of the type mentioned is described in which the plate-like band elements are held by triangular in outline supporting devices. These support devices have sleeves as well as the frames of the band members have a series of sleeves, so that you can push vertical posts from above through the sleeves of the support devices and two adjacent band elements during assembly, so as to connect two band elements and a support device together , It is made here a kind of articulation, with a concern in this known arrangement is to make an incident on the band ball elastically rebound from the band in the field. The assembly for connecting the band elements with the support devices here is quite complex, since the posts must be pushed simultaneously through the sleeves of two band elements and a support device, including the sleeves must be arranged so that they are aligned. Therefore, several people are needed for this assembly step.
  • Here uses the present invention. The object of the invention is starting from the aforementioned prior art, an arrangement for the creation of a small game field of the aforementioned To provide a genus in which a simple Assembly of components for walls, gates, doors etc., in addition, a rapid exchange of individual elements allows.
  • The Solution of the problem provides an inventive Arrangement for the creation of a small game field of the aforementioned type with the characterizing features of Main claim.
  • According to the invention provided that vertical posts are provided with two-sided recordings, in each of the ends of the plate-like band elements inserted are, these band elements on the posts by fastening means preferably are clamped fastened bar.
  • The Solution according to the invention provides a modular system with easily assembled and disassembled segments. The plates of Gang elements, nets, doors and all other damage relevant Components of the arrangement can be easily replaced if necessary.
  • Optionally, according to a preferred embodiment of the invention provides that at least one of the posts and / or corner posts, the band elements are mounted so slidably mounted (clamped) that temperature and vibration induced changes in length of the panels of the band elements are added. It is advantageous that the posts and preferably also corner posts quasi recordings or grooves, which are open to the side and in which the respective ends of the panels of the band elements are inserted in the horizontal direction and in the open upwards recording in the vertical direction. Due to installation ha ben the panels in the post recordings the possibility for evasive movements in the lateral direction within predetermined margins, whereby the length compensation is possible. With a necessary disassembly of a damaged band member, the posts can remain in their (firmly anchored) position and the corresponding band element is simply pushed out of the receptacle. The connection between a band member and the respective post may be carried out independently of the attachment of the adjacent band member.
  • According to one preferred embodiment of the invention is provided that in at least one corner of the small game field opposite arranged the remaining post higher corner posts is that has at least one additional diagonal bracing, which extends from the corner post to one of the band elements. As a result, an increased in the field of playfields Stability created by additional stiffening, where the corner posts are designed to be easy to maintain and a later non-destructive exchange of the band elements allow. In addition, the elevated corner post offers the possibility of attaching elements for attachment of ball catch nets.
  • such Elements for attaching the ball catch nets may preferably on at least one of the corner posts and / or on at least one upper side Extension of one of the goal posts to be arranged. There at There are games like football being shot at the goal at the front of the field most likely the need for increased ball catch nets. On the long sides are These are not essential.
  • A Another preferred embodiment of the invention provides that at least one of the posts and / or corner posts sound insulation profiles for the attached to the post panels. These Measure leads to a significant improvement of sound insulation.
  • A preferred development of the invention provides that at least one of the posts has the cross-sectional shape of a double-T-post with two parallel legs and an approximately midway between them extending web, both sides of this bridge, the approximately U-shaped Recordings for the ends of the plates of the band elements formed are. This design of the posts allows the comfortable detachable two-sided attachment of the respective ends of two Band elements on each post, the bridge quasi one End stop forms and the two parallel legs of the double-T profile border the band element.
  • Preferably the formation of the corner posts this is analog and it is preferred provided that on at least one corner post inside and on the outside each plate and / or support elements are attached, the two at a right angle to each other Shots each for the ends of the panels over Corner to form connecting band elements. Thus, the corner posts the adjacent band elements in a similar way like the rest of the posts and have a similar Profile, with the proviso that, of course, the two Shooting at the corner posts include an approximately right angle.
  • The Band elements can be sandwich panels with a insulating elastic filling of a suitable plastic and outer flat covers made of, for example, metallic material (Sheet metal layer or the like.)
  • A preferred variant of the invention provides that the gates constructed so are that, for example, by simply loosening and lifting the rear gate is easy to maintain, without it being necessary to release the goal net. The door construction therefore preferably comprises a lower rear one Frame construction (two cantilevers and a cross profile) with at least one detachable element, which without loosening the goal net can be raised / dismounted.
  • There due to the way the band elements are mounted on the posts Expansion joints arise, it is advantageous if, according to a preferred variant of the invention protective covers for Expansion joints are present, which ensure that the risk of injury for example, by pinching fingers in the area of the expansion joints is turned off.
  • Preferably are still on the goalpost on the outside supporting elements, preferably flanges attached to there also a support of the to achieve adjacent band elements.
  • Preferably be according to a development of the invention for the screwing of components in particular the inside of the pitch of the arrangement recessed screw systems without protruding heads used, reducing the risk of injury is avoided and vandalism is counteracted.
  • In order to provide easy access to the playing field, it is preferably provided that at least one entrance door for entering the small playing field is integrated into one of the side surfaces of one of the rear doors projecting towards the front wall of the small game field. This can be solved, for example constructively, by each about in the plane of a goal post from this from there is provided a rearwardly extending goal area forming tube which forms the rear lateral boundary of the goal area and at least one entrance door is hinged to such a goal area forming tube.
  • A preferred structural variant of the band elements, a stable and simply attachable to the post delivery provides, provides that the band elements each include panels that on the top and bottom side bordered by horizontal U-profiles are, with the panels end to the U-profiles protrude a piece and this projecting section respectively taken from a shot of one of the posts or corner posts becomes. The band elements so executed can For example, have lengths of up to 5 m, which a small pitch can be built up comparatively quickly.

  • First, it will open 1 Reference is made which shows in perspective an exemplary mini-game field according to the present invention. The small game field according to the invention comprises four walls which surround a rectangular playing field, namely two walls each 10 . 11 on the long sides and two walls each 12 . 13 on the front sides. The modular walls comprise a system of band elements 16 , which, for example, from each field longitudinal side four band elements 16 consists and per end face (gate side) from two band elements 16 each with a length of several meters, wherein at the end faces each approximately centrally a gate 14 is arranged and arranged on both sides entrance doors 15 For example, in the goal area are available, through which the playing field is entered. These doors 15 For example, in the gates 14 be integrated, such that the doors on one of the side surfaces of the gates 14 Where a door hinge is installed, so that you can open the door by a pivoting movement and enter through the side surface of the gate in the field.
  • One of the gang elements 16 is an enlarged view in the side view in 2 recognizable. These band elements 16 are preferably made of plastic plates 16a with outer metallic cover (for example, so-called thermal sandwich panels), the top and bottom respectively by horizontally extending towards the plate open U-profiles 16b are caught. Here are the plates 16a each end a piece against the U-profiles, in which they are inserted, before, so that the projecting tail 16c a plate in the receptacle of one of the posts 17 . 19 can be inserted, as below with reference to 3 will be explained in more detail. This view shows an enlarged horizontal section through a connecting area between a corner post 19 and two band elements 16 ,
  • The band elements 16 be on the long sides, for example, each of three double-T clamping posts 17 which are used in quiver foundations are both vibration damping and sliding clamped (see 1 ). A detailed view of such a double T-clamping post 17 is in 4 shown, including the two U-profiles 16b the two each on the right and left band elements adjacent to the post 16 partially shown. The temperature- and vibration-related changes in length of the band elements 16 are z. B. some mm thick plastic bearings, for example, made of polystyrene controlled, which are integrated into each or every other post system. In addition, the band elements 16 be anchored in the center of their longitudinal axis down to the ground, for example, with a suitable ground anchor in a small concrete foundation vibration-reducing. The ground-anchoring of the reaching into the underground section 17a one of the double-T posts 17 is in 4 recognizable. This can be done, for example, in a conduit.
  • These double-T clamp posts 17 may for example be arranged at the ¼-points of the longitudinal band of the playing field. The cross section of such a double-T-post 17 results from the enlarged sectional view according to 5 , Accordingly, this includes two parallel T-legs 17b and 17c each made of flat iron with centrally welded web 18 , this bridge 18 is formed from a U-profile, so that it forms a double bridge with two parallel webs, each perpendicular to the two legs 17b . 17c run and connect them together. This results in the post 17 the profile of a double-T beam with the proviso that the bridge 18 Double T-beam is a double bridge. On both sides of the bridge 18 each result between the parallel legs 17b . 17c of the profile about U-shaped receptacles, in each case the ends of the panels 16a the two band elements to be fastened to the post 16 can be inserted. The double bridge 18 is provided with blind threaded holes for attachment, including, for example, this on a field outside clamping plate after mounting the band elements 16 and a switching / vibration-damping clamping band can be applied and bolted with, for example, cylinder head (or countersunk head Allen screws) static non-positively. These details of the attachment are not shown in the drawings.
  • The above bridge 18 protrudes a piece on the upper side over the flat iron (thighs 17b and c) and is both with a transverse bore parallel to the longitudinal axis of the playing field for mounting fixation of the band elements 16 , as well as provided with a transverse bore disposed therebelow at right angles to the longitudinal axis of the playing field for the screwing of a joint covering U-profile after band assembly. This joint cover U-profile for the double T-clamp posts 17 is provided on both sides of both legs with rounded in a radius corners that cut the long edges of the flat bar straight at the beginning of the bend to exclude risk of injury in the connection areas. Approximately in the lower 1/3 point in the middle of the leg longitudinal axis is a transverse bore for a screw and provided on the leg of the inside of the playing field a square opening for receiving the Fixierungskubus the screw. The screw is provided on the outside of the playing field with a disc (if necessary. Toothed disc) and lock nut. Joint cover U-profiles on the connection sides of the corner posts of the same construction with 90 ° upwardly pointing rounded retaining tab with countersunk hole for Linsensenkkopfschrauben be provided for example for locking the cover after installation. The screwing is done after Bandenelement assembly and alignment of the overall construction preferably by means of self-tapping stainless screws. (The details of the attachment and the joint cover profiles are not shown in the drawings.) Referring again to FIGS 1 to 3 as well as on the 6 , which shows a view of the corner of the field, looking from the outside of the field on the front page, so that on the right in the representation, a part of the goal 14 can be seen. At the playfield covers assembly-and maintenance-friendly designed system clamping posts 19 for example, 3 m height or more with additional diagonal bracing 20 and ball catch net pickups 21 provided, as well as the long side clamp posts 17 , a trouble-free installation as well as the subsequent non-destructive replacement of the band elements 16 guarantee. The diagonal bracing 20 how to get out of the 2 and 6 recognizes, in each case of an extension 19a the corner post 19 upwards at an angle (approximately at an angle of 45 °) to the respective upper horizontal U-profiles 16b holding the plates of the band elements 16 mounting.
  • The details of the construction of the corner posts 16 result from the representation of a horizontal section according to 3 , The corner clamping posts consist for example of a load-bearing square tube 19b , which offset at two 90 ° offset sides to the outer edge with welded plates 19c for external support of the band elements 16 is provided (which also contribute to the stiffening and force introduction of the posts to the foundation). The two plates 19c are therefore at a right angle to each other. A support / clamping angle 19d with an outer radius, placed on the playing field corner of the corner post 19 and locks, for example, with Allen screws, fixed the band elements 16 sliding and sound-absorbing at the corner post 19 , Here are the plates 16a the filling of the band elements 16 As you can see each longer than the plates at the top and bottom enclosing U-profiles 16b so the plates 16a the longitudinal band element in the corner and the end-side band member end projecting on the side and thus on the inside by the support / clamping angle 19d and on the outside by the two plates 19c the Eckpfostens be bordered or supported. When looking at the cross-sectional shape of the in 3 illustrated corner posts 19 with that of the remaining posts 17 according to 5 compares, one recognizes that the corner posts have a similar profile, with the difference that here the two from the plates 19c and the support / clamping angle 19d formed recordings for the two adjacent in the corner band elements 16 not aligned with each other, but are aligned at an angle of about 90 ° to each other. The longitudinal expansion of the two band elements 16 in turn, by plastic bearings (as with the double-T clamp posts 17 ) are recorded in a controlled manner.
  • In Eckpfostenrohr are, for example, approximately at the level of the lower edge of the cover U-profile of the band element 16 two preferably through 90 ° offset and a few mm offset from each other through holes for the introduction of the band height fixing mounting auxiliary pins, which are removed after completion of tape assembly and contribute to the horizontal alignment of the band elements during tape assembly.
  • Hereinafter, referring to FIGS 7 to 11 the structure of the goals used for the small pitch 14 explained in more detail. The gate 14 includes two spaced gate posts 23 , the upper side through the gate 36 connected to each other. The goal posts 23 For example, are about 2 m high and have at their upper ends in each case a screwed vertical extension 31 for example, about 1 m up. Furthermore, each holders 24 for receiving the ball catching net for the assembly of the band elements 16 provided with a U-shaped receptacle, in which a special clamping angle is integrated, the temperature and vibration-related changes in length of the band element 16 allowed between switching / vibration damping clamping bands without questioning the secure fit of the band element. (These details are not shown in the drawings.)
  • The goal posts 23 consist for example of a load-bearing square steel tube, which is slightly offset on the torauswärtigen side to the outer edge with welded flanges 30 (see also 9 ) for external support of each adjacent to be mounted band elements 16 (not shown here) the front of the small game field is provided. A support / clamp angle, not shown here, placed on the inside of the goalpost 23 and locked, each with several countersunk Allen screws or self-tapping screws fixes the band elements 16 sliding and sound-absorbing with the goal post 23 , The longitudinal expansion of the two band elements 16 is again made by plastic bearings (for example made of polystyrene) (as with the double-T clamp posts 17 ) recorded in a controlled manner.
  • The goal posts 23 can in one version as a system door with side doors and goal net frame system at the level of the door slat 36 , which also consists for example of a square tube, as well as the gate 36 mitred and welded to the door batten. With, for example, an angular fitting piece 35 which is how to get in 7 looks, for example, on the top side in the corner areas on the batten 36 is arranged, on the one hand, the two frame corners can be stiffened constructively and on the other hand can on this fitting piece 35 the vertical extension 31 the goalpost 23 attached to the top, which also consist for example of square tube and can be used to attach a ball catching net. This is located on the fitting piece 35 as in 10 recognizable the receiving neck 31a , Towards the rear of the door can in this corner region (post / lath) optionally via a spacer each have a sleeve-shaped receiving tube 33 be arranged, in which the horizontally extending arcuate gate space shaping tube 34 inserted and can be locked, for example, with a screw.
  • The angular fitting 35 can with screws through the upper leg into the gate 36 and bolted with additional screws through the vertical leg in the Torpfosten- / slat tube construction, so that on the one hand, a secure fit of this fitting 35 and on the other hand a constructive reinforcement of the goal frame corner is effected.
  • To complete the goal area, consisting of the above-mentioned goal area forming tube 34 , which forms the roof and back wall form, a frame construction is attached at the bottom of the back of the two goalposts, each having a horizontal cantilever 37 includes, extending from the back of the goalpost 23 extends from right angles to the rear and which continues to have a profile 38 which extends horizontally in the plane of the rear gate space boundary across the gate width and the two cantilever arms 37 connects with each other.
  • On one side of the gate is like in 7 recognizable an entrance door 15 used to enter the field. The door frame consists, for example, of pipes which are parallel within the Gullet molding pipes 34 extending U-shaped bent and to the respective horizontal upper Ends with a vertically extending sleeve / pliers construction are non-positively welded. This sleeve / pliers construction is at the top the sleeve-shaped receptacle for an upper removable pivot axis journal of the door axis (not shown), and below a receiving pliers for the (for threading the ball catchment network of the door) removable door post tube.
  • This is the rear cross connection between the two cantilevers 37 forming profile 38 is, for example, a U-profile, which is open at the bottom for a clamping screw locking, and can be reinforced by welded flat iron angle additionally rigid with the rocker cantilevers, and forms the receptacle for the ball net support / tension tube 39 , which is on the top of the profile 38 is arranged and parallel to this and which may be wrapped, for example, under special load with a plastic tube, which minimizes the friction to the ball net and thus reduces the risk of damage to this highly loaded and strained ball net. The ball catch net support / tension tube 39 can, for example, on saddle spacers frictionally to the U-cross profile 38 be mounted at some distance from each other with clamping screws and nuts.
  • On the frame corners of the sill frame construction with the two cantilevers 37 vertical sleeves are mounted (not shown), which are the lower end of the respective goal-room forming tube 34 take up. These are then bolted by a screwing transversely through the sleeve / the mold tube, for example by means of a Allen screw with lock nut arranged on the inside force-absorbing.
  • The U-shaped door tubular frame receives at each of several points a locking stop to the goal area forming tube 34 and between one with, for example, a carriage bolt as an eccentric axis held shutter disc (not shown), so that by 180 ° rotation to a provided below the door tube stop the door 15 can be opened or closed.
  • The rear gate nets are on ropes, (one side provided with thimble, the other side with a rope tensioner with eyelet,) by threading through the upper net stitches to the corner posts 19 or the goal post 23 suspended. The corner / goal posts are provided for this purpose, for example, with welded ring or chain link-shaped eyelets at the upper end of the respective posts to which the ball catch net rope are mounted by means of closable chain links and the rope thimble or the cable tensioner to the opposing posts ,
  • At the vertical post insides and at the bottom of the surface of the cover U-profiles 16b the band elements 16 The ball catch nets are mounted by means of pipes on distance-creating spacers and by means of screws frictionally, after the ball catch net tensioning tubes were threaded into the eyes of the ball catching net. Likewise, above the gate 36 between the vertical extensions 31 the goalpost 23 , The above each arranged to each other arranged retaining loops for the ball-catching tensioning rope, the supporting rope for the ball net with threaded net installed and stretched, the vertical sides and the surface of the door bar 36 also receive ball catch net tensioning tubes, which are mounted in the required lengths and fastening distances frictionally example, screwed on saddle spacers.
  • The upper, horizontally parallel to the vertical surface of the door slat extending attachment of the goal net is also carried out by means of a ball catch tensioning tube 40 , which with saddle spacers on the vertical surface of the bar 36 frictionally, for example, with screws (flat head playing field side on the slat) is mounted in the designated distances from each other. These tensioning screws allow a longer tensioning path for tensioning the gate ball net if its span length is a few cm longer than the final distance between the inner edge of the batten and the outer edge of the ball catch tensioning tube. The protruding screw length and lock nut can be concealed by a small protective tube with washer and cap nut. With this construction, it is possible, in particular, to adequately tension the gate ball net in order to minimize permanent load damage. (The constructional details of the attachment of the ball catcher tubes are shown in the illustration 7 not shown, since there are shown only the essential components for the understanding of the invention.) Open pipe ends can optionally be closed with plastic lamella plugs (lids).
