wo eine neue Kommunikation gewünscht
und entsprechende Kommunikationselemente eingerichtet werden sollen.
Die von einem Nutzer gewünschte Kommunikation
kann sich auf eine simulierte Kommunikation mit einem TestBot beziehen,
was zuvor beschrieben wurde, oder auf eine echte Kommunikation mit
einem Kommunikationspartner bzw. Freund, was nachfolgend beschrieben
wird:
Anhand der 12a, 12b und folgende wird nun die Situation näher beschrieben,

eingibt. Der hier gemeinte Nutzer A namens „Bob" ist bereits in das System mit der E-Mail-Adresse „bob@web.de" eingetragen. Diese Adresse
