An independent claim is also included for a particulate shaped washing- or cleaning agent comprising the ascorbic acid (0.1-10 wt.%) having a bulk weight of 400-1000 g/l, which is obtained by the above method.

Description

The The present patent application relates to a method for the production of granules containing an active ingredient which is to avoid the transmission of dyed textile dyes Textiles on undyed or different colored textiles in their common laundry in contributes in particular surfactant-containing aqueous solutions, and which in particulate Detergents and cleaning agents can be used.

Zu den besonders wirksamen Farbübertragungsinhibitoren gehören bekanntermaßen Polyvinylpyrrolidon und Polyvinylpyridin-N-Oxid.modern Detergents, especially when used as so-called color detergents for use in laundry more sensitive Textiles are usually made to contain active ingredients dye transfer inhibition, to discoloring Wash parts this means a transmission of dyes that have been replaced by the coloreds and in the wash liquor get to prevent different colored textiles. It is believed that such Color transfer inhibitors complex the dyes stabilizing and in the wash liquor hold. By avoiding the transfer of differently colored Dyes on the textile can also be of a color speak of the textile, since its color is not due to the differently colored dyes impaired so spared, will. The same applies mutatis mutandis when using detergents for hard Surfaces. Among the most effective color transfer inhibitors belong known Polyvinylpyrrolidone and polyvinylpyridine N-oxide.

Such is for example from the German patent application DE 43 12 648 a detergent with discoloration-inhibiting properties is known, the more than 8 wt .-% of nonionic surfactant, 10 wt .-% to 80 wt .-% builder and 0.1 wt .-% to 5 wt .-% polyvinylpyrrolidone and up to 10 Wt .-% Peroxobleichmittel contains.

Also the preparation and use of polymer-containing granules is the subject of this invention numerous publications.

The European patent application EP-AO 759 463 describes detergent compositions which consist of a base powder to which subsequently a commercially available granulate of a polycarboxylate polymers (eg Sokalan CP 5 ®) is added. Subsequent addition of the polymer in granular form achieves stabilization of the bleach system compared to agents containing the polymer in the base powder.

One Addition for Detergents and cleaners containing 20-80% by weight of polymeric polycarboxylate next to 20-80 Wt .-% nitrilotriacetate contains, is described in US Pat. No. 4,698,174. The nitrilotriacetate serves to reduce the hygroscopicity of the polycarboxylate.

With Zeolite granules, which also contain polycarboxylate polymer deal EP-A-0 368 137 and DE-A-33 16 513. The granules according to DE - A - 33 16 513 are by spray drying and contain polymeric polycarboxylates in amounts of at least 5% by weight for reducing the abrasion of the zeolite granules. EP-A-0 368 137 describes a process for producing such granules which 2-15% by weight Containing polycarboxylate. It is first a homogeneous, powdery Mixture of the zeolite and the polycarboxylate produced, the Mix afterwards agglomerated and the resulting agglomerate after-dried.

The WO 94/13775 employs with a process for the preparation of powdered detergents containing polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), being, for preservation the flowability of the Detergent, the PVP completely or partially in the form of a separate mixture (PVP concentrate) with other powdery Detergent ingredients the powdered detergent, the remaining detergent ingredients contains is added. The PVP concentrate may be 10-50 wt% PVP and preferred 40-80 Wt .-% inorganic carrier salts in addition to small amounts of water. The preparation of these concentrates is preferably carried out by spray drying.

One Detergent additive, the 15-60 Wt% PVP, 5-90 Weight% carrier material and 5-60% by weight Salt and 0.5-30 Wt .-% binder is in EP-B-0 652 937. The additive is produced by mixing PVP, carrier and salt and then spray on of the binder. The advantage of this additive is that detergents, which contain it, do not clump together as fast as comparable ones Agents to which PVP is added directly because first the carrier material glued to the wet PVP.

Erhalten wird dieser Zusatz dadurch, daß man die Ausgangsstoffe miteinander vermischt und das Gemisch mit erhitzter Luft trocknet.a discoloration-inhibiting Detergent additive of at least partially water-soluble polymer components based on N-vinylpyrrolidone or N-vinylimidazole or N-vinyl oxazolidone in Contains combination with a cationic compound and also odorless in combination with alkaline detergent ingredients is described in EP-A-0 327 927. This addition is obtained in that one the starting materials mixed together and the mixture with heated Air dries.

Granules that can be used in detergents also deal with the European ones Patent application EP-AO 421 664. The granules contain at least 10 wt .-% polymer and at least 20 wt .-% of a water-soluble inorganic component or at least 20 wt .-% polymer in addition to at least 20 wt .-% of a water-insoluble inorganic component and have a Bulk density of at least 700 g / l. Preferred granules contain from 20 to 40% by weight of polymer. These granules are prepared by mixing a solution or slurries of the polymer with the inorganic component and granulating the mixture with heat application.

The European Patent EP-B-0 658 189 describes detergents and cleaners which contain at least 2 granular components, wherein one component a Zumischkomponente in granular form of polymeric polycarboxylates is. The polymer granules have a bulk density between 350 and 850 g / l and are on usual Way, for example by drying polymer solutions, subsequent Granulation and possibly size classification produced. Preference is given to the drying of the polymer solution in a spray tower or in a fluidized bed. Details of the manufacturing process or to the composition of the polymer granules contains these Patent specification, however, not.

Also, the use of ascorbic acid in detergent formulations leads to the color of textiles, which are washed with the appropriate detergent. For example, from the German patent application DE 103 59 099 the use of ascorbic acid in detergents with certain bleaching systems to reduce the color and / or fiber damage when washing colored textiles. Ascorbic acid, however, is relatively sensitive to atmospheric oxygen and, in particular when stored in the presence of conventional alkaline detergent components occurs under browning decomposition, which is exacerbated when water enters. Ascorbic acid forms crystals and is commercially available as semolina. Coating layers of, for example, ethylcellulose and hardened palm oil are known for acid particles, for example, particulate citric acid. However, for use in detergents, such coated particles are usually unusable because of their poor or too slow solubility.

The The object underlying the present invention was therefore in the provision of stably enveloped ascorbic acid particles, their serving in usual Washing procedure dissolves sufficiently rapidly to preserve the color-sparing ascorbic acid in the washing process to release their color-sparing effect against the Textiles can develop.

Next easy solubility The granules should be stable in storage and free-flowing and also the high Requirements for modern detergents and cleaners are sufficient.

Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung, welche diese Aufgabe löst, ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Ascorbinsäure-Granulaten durch Granulation eines Gemisches aus Ascorbinsäure und einem wasserlöslichen Polymer als Bindemittel und gegebenenfalls einem anorganischen Trägermaterial.object of the present invention which achieves this object is a process for the production of ascorbic acid granules by granulation a mixture of ascorbic acid and a water-soluble one Polymer as a binder and optionally an inorganic carrier material.

The Granulation is preferably by an agglomeration step and / or performing a compaction step. The compacting step is preferably carried out with the aid of a roll press or an extruder, the Agglomeration step is preferably carried out in a granulation mixer or a fluidized bed apparatus. These are preferably such pressures applied or the granules is preferably discharged from the mixer or fluidized bed after such times, that the resulting granules have a bulk density in the range of 300 g / l to 1500 g / l, in particular 500 g / l to 1000 g / l.

The used according to the invention ascorbic acid is commercially available and ecological as well toxicologically harmless. They lead to a significant Avoid staining unstained or discoloration dyed textiles at the common laundry undyed with colored Textiles or different colored textiles.

Gegebenenfalls können neben der Ascorbinsäure auch Abbauprodukte von Ascorbinsäure in Wasser vorliegen, was dem erfindungsgemäßen Granulationsverfahren keinen Abbruch tut, das heißt das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren führt auch dann zu lagerstabilen Granulaten.you puts the ascorbic acid as starting material for the granulation is preferably dissolved or slurried in a polar solvent, in particular as an aqueous preparation, or alternatively, and more preferably as a powder, then preferably with particle sizes in the range from 0.04 to less than 0.4 mm, in particular from 0.04 mm to 0.25 mm or from 0.1 mm to 0.39 mm, a. If necessary, in addition to ascorbic acid also degradation products of ascorbic acid present in water, which does not affect the granulation process according to the invention Breaking down, that is the inventive method leads as well then to storage-stable granules.

The inventive method is so flexible by the simple possible variation of the amount of binder used that granules can be obtained with largely arbitrary content of ascorbic acid. Preference is given to granules prepared containing 50 wt .-% to 98 wt .-%, in particular 70 wt .-% to 95 wt .-% ascorbic acid. These are preferably used to prepare particulate detergents or cleaners.

The Binder is preferably selected from polyvinyl alcohols, polymeric glycols, polymers and copolymers of acrylic acid, methacrylic acid and / or maleic acid, which are also present in the form of their sodium, potassium or ammonium salts can, as well as their mixtures. One sets the binder, especially if the process is carried out as a fluidized bed granulation, preferably as an aqueous solution, the especially has a water content of 30 wt .-% to 80 wt .-%, one. In particular, in compacting granulation you can also use the binder in the form of a melt, which then has lower amounts of water or is anhydrous.

The suitable substances as binders must be water-soluble, this means The granules formed with their help must become more common under the conditions Machine washing process residue-free to solve.

Polyvinylalkohole werden daher über polymeranaloge Reaktionen durch Hydrolyse, technisch insbesondere aber durch alkalisch katalysierte Umesterung von Polyvinylacetaten mit Alkoholen (beispielsweise Methanol) in Lösung hergestellt.polyvinyl alcohols are not accessible by direct polymerization processes, because that's it necessary basic monomers vinyl alcohol does not exist. polyvinyl alcohols will therefore be over polymer-analogous reactions by hydrolysis, technically in particular but by alkaline catalyzed transesterification of polyvinyl acetates with alcohols (for example methanol) in solution.

According to the invention preferred used polyvinyl alcohols, which are generally commercially available as white-yellowish Powder or granules are offered, have molecular weights in the range from 3000 g / mol to 320000 g / mol, in particular 8000 g / mol to 200000 g / mol (corresponding to degrees of polymerization in the range of about 75-8000, in particular about 200 to 5000). They preferably have degrees of hydrolysis of From 20% by weight to 100% by weight, in particular from 30% by weight to 90% by weight on. In other words, it acts these are completely or partially saponified polyvinyl alcohol esters, in particular polyvinyl acetates, having a residual content of acyl groups, in particular acetyl groups, up to about 80% by weight, in particular from 10% to 70% by weight. Further characterized can be the polyvinyl alcohols by specifying the degree of polymerization of Starting polymer, the degree of hydrolysis, the saponification number or the solution viscosity.

Conversion temperatures of the polyvinyl alcohols are dependent on the acetyl group content, the distribution of the acetyl groups along the chain and the tacticity of the polymers. Fully saponified polyvinyl alcohols have a glass transition temperature of 85 ° C, with the value for partially hydrolyzed (87-89%) products at about 58 ° C is significantly lower. Polyvinyl alcohols, which are usually have a density of about 1.2-1.3 g / cm 3 depending on the degree of hydrolysis normally soluble in water and strongly polar organic solvents such as formamide, dimethylformamide and dimethylsulfoxide, by (chlorinated) hydrocarbons, esters, fats and oils they are not attacked. Polyvinyl alcohols are classified as toxicologically harmless and are biodegradable.

When Binders can also polymeric glycols, polymers and copolymers of acrylic acid, methacrylic acid and / or maleic acid, which are also present in the form of their sodium, potassium or ammonium salts can, be used. The (co) polymeric polycarboxylates will be below even closer described. Among the polymeric glycols are polyethylene glycols prefers. They preferably have a molecular weight in the range from 4000 to 20,000, especially 6,000 to 12,000.

In a preferred embodiment of the process is then brought to the granulation step a cladding layer from the binder used in the granulation step.

When optionally used carrier materials are used in the process according to the invention preferably alkali carbonates, alkali metal bicarbonates, alkali metal silicates, Alkali metal sulphates, alkali hydrogen sulphates, alkali metal phosphates, dialkali hydrogenphosphates, Alkali dihydrogen phosphates, alkali metal zeolites and mixtures thereof, optionally in admixture with the corresponding alkaline earth salts, used. Next contain the process according to the invention available Granules preferably only medium to small amounts of water, since the flowability of highly concentrated polymer granules with increasing water content decreases significantly. According to the invention preferred are therefore such granules containing less than 7 wt .-% of water and especially when the ascorbic acid content is more than 70% by weight, preferably less than 4.5% by weight of water.

Under From this point of view, it is preferred as a carrier at least proportionally such Use compounds that absorb moisture in the granules can and thus prevent sticking in particular of the anionic surfactants. The use of such carriers thus improves the flow and dissolution behavior of such granules and increased their shelf life.

Suitable supports for this purpose are in particular the zeolites of the faujasite type and, in addition, for example, soda ash and about dried, amorphous silicates.

-aufnahme einhergehen.Faujasite-type zeolites have the general formula M 2 / n O.Al 2 O 3 .xSiO 2 .yH 2 O, where M is a cation of valence n, x represents values greater than or equal to 2 and y can take values between 0 and 20. The zeolite structures are formed by linking AlO 4 tetrahedra with SiO 4 tetrahedra, this network being occupied by cations and water molecules. The cations in these structures are relatively mobile and can be exchanged to varying degrees by other cations. Depending on the type of zeolite, the intercrystalline "zeolitic" water can be released continuously and reversibly, while with some zeolite types, structural changes are accompanied by water release or uptake.

In the structural subunits, the "primary binding units" (AlO 4 tetrahedra and SiO 4 tetrahedra) form so-called "secondary binding units", which are in the form of single or multiple rings. For example, 4-, 6- and 8-membered rings (referred to as S4R, S6R and S8R) occur in different zeolites, others are joined via four- and six-membered double ring prisms (most common types: D4R as quadrangular or D6R as hexagonal prism ). These "secondary subunits" combine different polyhedra called Greek letters, most commonly a polyhedron composed of six squares and eight equilateral hexagons, referred to as "β". With these units, a variety of different zeolites can be realized. So far, 34 natural zeolite minerals and about 100 synthetic zeolites have been known.

Together with the zeolites X and Y belongs the Mineral faujasite to the faujasite types within the zeolite structure group 4, which is characterized by the double-six-membered subunit D6R is (Donald W. Breck, "Zeolite Molecular Sieves ", John Wiley & Sons, New York, London, Sydney, Toronto, 1974, page 92). To the zeolite structure group 4 count next the minerals chabazite and gmelinite mentioned in the faujasite types as well as the synthetic zeolites R (chabazite type), S (gmelinite type), L and ZK-5. The latter two have synthetic zeolites no known mineral analogues.

(Alle Daten aus: Donald W. Breck: „Zeolite Molecular Sieves", John Wiley & Sons, New York, London, Sydney, Toronto, 1974, Seiten 145, 176, 177).Faujasite-type zeolites are composed of β-cages linked tetrahedrally via D6R subunits, with the β-cages resembling the carbon atoms in the diamond. The three-dimensional network of the faujasite-type zeolites used in the process according to the invention has pores of 2.2 and 7.4 Å, the unit cell also contains 8 cavities of about 13 Å in diameter and can be represented by the formula Na 86 [(AlO 2 ) 86 (SiO 2 ) 106 ]. 264 H 2 O. The network of zeolite X contains a void volume of about 50%, based on the dehydrated crystal, which represents the largest void space of all known zeolites (zeolite Y: about 48% void volume, faujasite: about 47% void volume). (All data from: Donald W. Breck: "Zeolite Molecular Sieves", John Wiley & Sons, New York, London, Sydney, Toronto, 1974, pages 145, 176, 177).

Erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt ist jedoch der reine Zeolith X in den Granulaten enthalten.in the For the purposes of the present invention, the term "zeolite faujasite type "all three zeolites, which form the faujasite subgroup of the zeolite structure group 4. In addition to zeolite X, the invention also includes zeolite Y and faujasite as well as mixtures of these compounds. According to the invention preferred however, the pure zeolite X is contained in the granules.

Also Mixtures or cocrystallizates of faujasite-type zeolites with other zeolites, not necessarily the zeolite structure group 4 belong have to, are used according to the invention, wherein the advantages of the granules of the invention especially clearly show when at least 50 wt .-% of the zeolite component consist of faujasite-type zeolites.

Beispiele für kommerziell erhältliche Zeolithe vom X-Typ können durch die folgenden Formeln beschrieben werden: Na86[(AlO2)86(SiO2)106]·xH2O, K86[(AlO2)86(SiO2)106]·xH2O, Ca40Na6[(AlO2)86(SiO2)106]·xH2O, Sr21Ba22[(AlO2)86(SiO2)106]·xH2O, in denen x Werte zwischen 0 und 276 annehmen kann und die Porengrößen von 8,0 bis 8,4 Å aufweisen.Examples of commercially available X-type zeolites can be described by the following formulas: Na 86 [(AlO 2 ) 86 (SiO 2 ) 106 ] xH 2 O, K 86 [(AlO 2 ) 86 (SiO 2 ) 106 ] xH 2 O, Ca 40 Na 6 [(AlO 2 ) 86 (SiO 2 ) 106 ] xH 2 O, Sr 21 Ba 22 [(AlO 2 ) 86 (SiO 2 ) 106 ] xH 2 O, where x can take values between 0 and 276 and have pore sizes of 8.0 to 8.4 Å.

Is commercially available and also can be used in the process according to the invention is, for example, a co-crystallizate of zeolite X and zeolite A (ca. 80 wt .-% zeolite X) which is marketed by CONDEA Augusta SpA under the trade name VEGOBOND AX ® and by the formula nNa 2 O · (1 - n) K 2 O · Al 2 O 3 · (2 - 2.5) SiO 2 · (3.5-5.5) H 2 O can be described.

Auch Zeolithe vom Y-Typ sind kommerziell erhältlich und lassen sich beispielsweise durch die Formeln Na56[(AlO2)56(SiO2)136]·xH2O, K56[(AlO2)56(SiO2)136]·xH2O, in denen x für Zahlen zwischen 0 und 276 steht und die Porengrößen von 8,0 Å aufweisen, beschreiben.Y-type zeolites are also commercially available and can be obtained, for example, by the formulas Na 56 [(AlO 2 ) 56 (SiO 2 ) 136 ] .xH 2 O, K 56 [(AlO 2 ) 56 (SiO 2 ) 136 ] xH 2 O, where x is numbers between 0 and 276 and has pore sizes of 8.0 Å.

In addition to the faujasite-type zeolite or at those sites, it is also possible to use finely crystalline, synthetic and bound-water-containing zeolite, such as zeolite A, zeolite P and mixtures of A and P. Commercially available zeolite P is, for example, zeolite MAP® (commercial product from Crosfield).

The Particle sizes of in the process according to the invention optionally used zeolites are preferably in the range from 0.1 to 100 μm, preferably between 0.5 and 50 microns and in particular between 1 and 30 μm, each with standard particle size determination methods measured.

Zur Erhöhung der Lagerfähigkeit der erfindungsgemäßen Granulate ist es dabei bevorzugt, wenn der Zeolith in einer übertrockneten Form eingesetzt wird, d.h. daß er einen bei 800°C entfernbaren Wassergehalt besitzt, der niedriger ist als der Wassergehalt des verwendeten Zeolith-Typs im Gleichgewicht.to increase the shelf life the granules according to the invention it is preferred if the zeolite in an over dried Form is used, i. that he one at 800 ° C has removable water content that is lower than the water content of the zeolite type used in equilibrium.

Vorzugsweise setzt man 100 Gew.-Teile Ascorbinsäure, 1 Gew.-Teil bis 50 Gew.-Teile Bindemittel und bis zu 100 Gew.-Teile anorganisches Trägermaterial ein.Preferably If one sets 100 parts by weight of ascorbic acid, 1 part by weight to 50 parts by weight Binder and up to 100 parts by weight of inorganic carrier material one.

The inventive method can take place in any suitable apparatus, for example, in a granulation mixer, a fluidized bed apparatus, an extruder or a roller press. In one embodiment the method according to the invention the granulation is carried out in a batchwise or continuous fluidized bed carried out, being liquid Preparations over Single or reusable nozzles or over several Nozzles in the fluidized bed can be introduced. It is in particular preferred to carry out the process continuously in the fluidized bed.

In an embodiment of the fluidized bed process become particulate ascorbic acid as well optionally present particulate carrier material, either pneumatically via blowing lines dusty, adding either before atomizing the liquid Components or simultaneously with these, or ascorbic acid as well optionally present carrier material be as a solution or suspension used in a mixture with the liquids. there the mixture of the liquid takes place Components either before atomization or directly in the nozzle. The Arrangement of the nozzle or the nozzles and the spray direction can be arbitrary, as long as a substantially uniform distribution of liquid Components in the fluidized bed is achieved.

Prefers used fluidized bed apparatus have bottom plates with dimensions of at least 0.4 m. In particular, fluidized bed apparatuses are preferred, a base plate with a diameter between 0.4 and 5 m, For example, have 1.2 m or 2.5 m. However, they are also fluidized bed apparatuses suitable having a bottom plate with a diameter larger than 5 m. As a bottom plate is preferably a perforated bottom plate or a Conidurplatte (commercial product of the company Hein & Lehmann) used. Preferably becomes the method according to the invention at vortex air velocities between 1 and 8 m / s and in particular between 1.5 and 5.5 m / s performed.

Of the Discharge of the granules from the fluidized bed is advantageously carried out via a size classification the granules. This classification can, for example, with a sieve or by an opposite Air flow (classifier air), which is regulated so that only particles from a certain particle size out of the Fluidized bed removed and smaller particles in the fluidized bed retained become. In a preferred embodiment, the incoming air settles from the heated or unheated classifier air and the heated one Soil air together. The bottom air temperature is preferably between 80 and 400 ° C, in particular between 90 and 350 ° C. The vortex air cools through heat loss and by the heat of vaporization the components of the solvent from. In a particularly preferred embodiment, the temperature is the fluidized air about 5 cm above the bottom plate 60 to 120 ° C, preferably 70 to 100 ° C. The air outlet temperature is preferably between 60 and 120 ° C, in particular below 100 ° C.

If the discharge from the fluidized bed, as described for example in European Patent EP-B-0 603 207, against a Sichterluftstrom, so dust-free granules are obtained by this classification, that is, the particle sizes of the particles are usually over 0.2 mm. Granules preferred according to the invention have a d 50 value between 0.4 and 2.0 mm. In a particularly preferred embodiment, the grain fraction, which is greater than 2.0 mm, is returned to the manufacturing process. This coarse grain fraction can either be added as a solid component after milling or it is redissolved.

Die so erhaltenen Granulate enthalten vorzugsweise zwischen 1 und 4 Gew.-% des Bepuderungsmittels.at the vortex granulation process according to the invention can continuously introduce a powdering agent in the fluidized bed become. Preference is given to using zeolites as powdering agents, it being particularly preferred that the invention used as a carrier To use zeolites also as powdering agent. These powdering agents reduce the stickiness of the wet granules additionally during granulation promote thus the turbulence and the drying to the desired product. The particle size of the powdering agent is preferably less than 100 microns. The granules thus obtained preferably contain between 1 and 4% by weight of the powdering agent.

The according to the invention available Processes Granules are preferably used for the production of particulate washing or detergent used.

One Another object of the present invention are therefore particulate detergents or cleaners, in particular with a bulk density in the range of 400 g / l to 1000 g / l, which may be further Ingredients, but at least one polymer granules, the product of inventive method is, in particular in amounts of 0.1 wt.% To 10 wt .-% contained.

The according to the invention and detergents as granules, powder or tablet solids or other shaped bodies can be present can except the said polymer granules in principle all known and in usual means Contain ingredients. Preferred agents in the context of the invention are granular agents, especially those obtained by mixing different Granules of detergent and / or detergent components are formed.

When Ingredients of the detergents according to the invention can primarily nonionic, anionic, cationic, amphoteric and / or zwitterionic surfactants.

In particular, however, alcohol ethoxylates with linear radicals of alcohols of natural origin having 12 to 18 carbon atoms, for example of coconut, palm, tallow or oleyl alcohol, and on average 2 to 8 EO per mole of alcohol are preferred. The preferred ethoxylated alcohols include, for example, C 12 -C 14 -alcohols with 3 EO or 4 EO, C 9 -C 11 -alcohols with 7 EO, C 13 -C 15 -alcohols with 3 EO, 5 EO, 7 EO or 8 EO, C 12 -C 18 -alcohols with 3 EO, 5 EO or 7 EO and mixtures of these, such as mixtures of C 12 -C 14 -alcohol with 3 EO and C 12 -C 18 -alcohol with 7 EO. The degrees of ethoxylation given represent statistical means which, for a particular product, may be an integer or a fractional number. The nonionic surfactants also include alkyl glycosides of the general formula RO (G) X in which R is a primary straight-chain or methyl-branched, especially in the 2-position methyl-branched aliphatic radical having 8 to 22, preferably 12 to 18 carbon atoms and G is a Glykoseeinheit with 5 or 6 C-atoms, preferably for glucose. The degree of oligomerization x, which indicates the distribution of monoglycosides and oligoglycosides, is any number which can take on the value to be determined as analytically also fractions - between 1 and 10; preferably x is 1.2 to 1.4.

Also nonionic surfactants of the amine oxide type, for example N-cocoalkyl-N, N-dimethylamine oxide and N-tallow alkyl-N, N-dihydroxyethylamine oxide, and the fatty acid alkanolamide can be suitable. The amount of these nonionic surfactants is preferably not more than that of the ethoxylated fatty alcohols, in particular not more than half from that.

Geeignete anionische Tenside sind insbesondere solche, die Sulfat- oder Sulfonat-Gruppen enthalten.suitable anionic surfactants are in particular those which contain sulfate or sulfonate groups.

Suitable surfactants of the sulfonate type are preferably C 9 -C 1 3 alkylbenzene sulfonates, olefin sulfonates, ie mixtures of alkene and hydroxyalkane sulfonates, and the disulfonates obtained, for example, from C 1 -C 2 18 monoolefins with terminal or internal double bond by Sulfonating with gaseous sulfur trioxide and subsequent alkaline or acidic hydrolysis of the sulfonation obtained. The anionic surfactants are preferably in the form of their sodium or potassium salts, especially in the form of the sodium salts.

Agents which are preferred according to the invention comprise anionic surfactants of the sulfonate type, and it may be advantageous for improving the dissolving behavior if they also contain sulfate-type surfactants in addition to the sulfonates. Accordingly, means are provided, in addition to surfactants of the sulfonate type and C 1 -C 18 alkyl sulfates 2, in particular C 12 -C 14 alkyl sulfates which contain, preferably in a particular embodiment of the invention wherein the weight ratio of sulfonate surfactant: sulfate Surfactants in a particularly preferred embodiment 1: 1 to 20: 1, in particular 2: 1 to 10: 1.

Other suitable surfactants are so-called gemini surfactants. These are generally understood as meaning those compounds which have two hydrophilic groups per molecule. These groups are usually separated by a so-called "spacer." This spacer is usually a carbon chain, which should be long enough that the hydrophilic groups have a sufficient distance so that they can act independently of one another In general, the expression "gemini surfactants" refers not only to such "dimeric" surfactants but also to correspondingly "trimeric" surfactants. Surfactants are, for example, sulfated hydroxy mixed ethers according to the German patent application DE 43 21 022 or dimer alcohol bis and trimer alcohol tris sulfates and ether sulfates according to the German patent application DE 195 03 061 , End-capped dimeric and trimeric mixed ethers according to the German patent application DE 195 13 391 They are characterized by their bi- and multi-functionality. Thus, the end-capped surfactants mentioned have good wetting properties and are low foaming, so that they are particularly suitable for use in machine washing or cleaning processes. However, it is also possible to use gemini-polyhydroxy fatty acid amides or poly-polyhydroxy fatty acid amides, as described in International Patent Applications WO 95/19953, WO 95/19954 and WO 95/19955.

Become the surfactants in the form of aqueous preparations, the anionic surfactant acid used, it is preferred to neutralize an aqueous alkaline solution spray, wherein the spray neutralization takes place simultaneously with the granulation.

Bevorzugte Salze sind die Salze der Polycarbonsäuren wie Citronensäure, Adipinsäure, Bernsteinsäure, Glutarsäure, Weinsäure, Zuckersäuren und Mischungen aus diesen.preferred detergent according to the invention further a builder system consisting of organic and / or inorganic Builders. Useful organic skeleton substances are, for example the usable in the form of their sodium salts polycarboxylic acids, such as citric acid, adipic acid, Succinic acid, glutaric, Tartaric acid, Sugar acids, amino carboxylic acids, Nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA), if such an application for ecological reasons not is objectionable, as well as mixtures of these. Preferred salts are the salts of polycarboxylic acids like citric acid, Adipic acid, succinic acid, glutaric acid, tartaric acid, sugar acids and Mixtures of these.

In addition to the polycarboxylic acids present in monomeric form, polymeric polycarboxylates are also preferably used as builders. Copolymers of acrylic acid with maleic acid which have proved particularly suitable Contain 50 to 90 wt .-% acrylic acid and 50 to 10 wt .-% maleic acid. Their molecular weight relative to free acids is generally from 5000 to 200,000, preferably from 10,000 to 120,000 and in particular from 50,000 to 100,000 (measured by polystyrene standard).

Of the Content of (co) polymeric polycarboxylates in the usual Frame and is preferably 0.1 to 10 wt .-% As a particular advantage is to mention here that the entire or partial amount of these polymers by the use of Ascorbinsäuregranulates can be introduced into the agent when the granules as Contains binder.

Especially Biodegradable polymers of more than two are also preferred various monomer units, for example those described in DE-A-43 00 772 as monomers salts of acrylic acid and maleic acid and Vinyl alcohol or vinyl alcohol derivatives or according to DE-C-42 21 381 as monomers Salts of acrylic acid and 2-alkylallyl sulfonic acid and sugar derivatives.

Acrolein und Vinylacetat aufweisen.Further preferred copolymers are those described in German patent applications DE-A-43 03 320 and DE-A-44 17 734 and preferably as monomers Acrolein and acrylic acid / acrylic acid salts or acrolein and vinyl acetate.

Also the acids such polymers can per se be used. The acids In addition to their builder effect, they also typically have the property an acidifying component and thus serve to set a lower and milder one pH of wash or detergents.

Preference is given to hydrolysis products having average molecular weights in the range from 400 to 500,000. A polysaccharide with a dextrose equivalent (DE) in the range from 0.5 to 40, in particular from 2 to 30 is preferred, DE being a customary measure of the reducing effect of a polysaccharide compared to dextrose which has a DE of 100. Both maltodextrins with a DE of between 3 and 20 and dry glucose syrups with a DE of between 20 and 37 and also yellow dextrins and white dextrins with higher molecular weights in the range from 2000 to 30,000 are useful. Further suitable builder substances are Polyacetals which can be obtained by reacting dialdehydes with polyol carboxylic acids having 5 to 7 C atoms and at least 3 hydroxyl groups, for example as described in European Patent Application EP-A-0 280 223. Preferred polyacetals are obtained from dialdehydes such as glyoxal, glutaraldehyde, terephthalaldehyde and mixtures thereof and from polyol carboxylic acids such as gluconic acid and / or glucoheptonic acid.

A preferably used inorganic builder is finely crystalline, synthetic and bound water-containing zeolite, which according to the invention always a faujasite-type zeolite is included. Other zeolites preferably used as builders are zeolites A and P. However, mixtures of A, X, Y and / or P are also suitable. As zeolite P, zeolite MAP® (commercial product from Crosfield) is particularly preferred. Of particular interest is a co-crystallized sodium / potassium aluminum silicate of zeolite A and zeolite X, which is available as VEGOBOND AX ® (commercial product from Condea Augusta SpA) trade. The zeolite can be used as a spray-dried powder or else as undried, still moist, stabilized suspension of its preparation. In the event that the zeolite is used as a suspension, it may contain minor additions of nonionic surfactants as stabilizers, for example 1 to 3 wt .-%, based on zeolite, of ethoxylated C 12 -C 18 fatty alcohols having 2 to 5 ethylene oxide groups , C 12 -C 14 fatty alcohols having 4 to 5 ethylene oxide groups or ethoxylated isotridecanols. Suitable zeolites have an average particle size of less than 10 microns (volume distribution, measuring method: Coulter Counter) and preferably contain 10 to 24 wt .-%, in particular 15 to 22 wt .-% of bound water. According to the invention, at least part of the inorganic builder is a faujasite-type zeolite which is introduced into the detergent and cleaner at least partially via the granules according to the invention or granules prepared by the process according to the invention.

Suitable partial substitutes for zeolites are phyllosilicates of natural and synthetic origin. Such layered silicates are known for example from the patent applications DE-B-23 34 899, EP-AO 026 529 and DE-A-35 26 405. Its usability is not limited to any particular composition or structural formula. However, smectites, in particular bentonites, are preferred here. Crystalline, layered sodium silicates of the general formula NaMSi x O 2x + 1 · yH 2 O, where M is sodium or hydrogen, x is a number from 1.9 to 4 and y is a number from 0 to 20 and preferred values for x 2 , 3 or 4, are suitable for the substitution of zeolites or phosphates. Such crystalline layered silicates are described, for example, in European Patent Application EP-A-0 164 514. Preferred crystalline layered silicates of the formula given are those in which M is sodium and x assumes the values 2 or 3. In particular, both β- and δ-sodium disilicates Na 2 Si 2 O 5 .yH 2 O are preferred.

The preferred builder substances also include amorphous sodium silicates having a modulus of Na 2 O: SiO 2 of from 1: 2 to 1: 3.3, preferably from 1: 2 to 1: 2.8 and in particular from 1: 2 to 1: 2,6, which are delay-delayed and have secondary washing properties. The dissolution delay compared to conventional amorphous sodium silicates may have been caused in various ways, for example by surface treatment, compounding, compaction / densification or by overdrying. In the context of this invention, the term "amorphous" is also understood to mean "X-ray amorphous". This means that in X-ray diffraction experiments, the silicates do not give sharp X-ray reflections typical of crystalline substances but at best one or more maxima of the scattered X-rays having a width of several degrees of diffraction angle. However, it may well even lead to particularly good builder properties if the silicate particles provide blurred or even sharp diffraction maxima in electron diffraction experiments. This is to be interpreted as meaning that the products have microcrystalline regions of size 10 to a few hundred nm, values of up to max. 50 nm and in particular up to max. 20 nm are preferred. Such so-called X-ray amorphous silicates, which likewise have a dissolution delay compared with the conventional water glasses, are described, for example, in German patent application DE-A-44 00 024. Particularly preferred are compacted / compacted amorphous silicates, compounded amorphous silicates and overdried X-ray amorphous silicates, wherein in particular the overdried silicates preferably also occur as a carrier in the granules according to the invention or are used as carriers in the process according to the invention.

Of course, a use of the well-known phosphates as builders is possible, unless such use should not be avoided for environmental reasons. Particularly suitable are the sodium salts of orthophosphates, pyrophosphates and in particular tripolyphosphates. Their content is generally not more than 25 wt .-%, preferably not more than 20 wt .-%, each based on the finished composition. In some cases, it has been found that in particular tripolyphosphates even in small amounts to a maximum of 10 wt .-%, based on the finished agent, in combination with other builders to egg synergistic improvement of the secondary washing capacity.

Among the compounds which serve as bleaches and deliver H 2 O 2 in water, sodium perborate monohydrate or tetrahydrate and sodium percarbonate have particular significance. When Stabilizers especially for Per compounds and enzymes that are sensitive to heavy metal ions are the salts of polyphosphonic acids, in particular 1-hydroxyethane-1,1-diphosphonic acid (HEDP), Diethylenetriaminepentamethylenephosphonic acid (DETPMP) or ethylenediamine tetramethylenephosphonic acid.

In addition, the So-called soil release agents containing oil and fat washability from textiles. This effect will be special clearly, if a textile is dirty, which already several times before a detergent containing these oil and fat dissolving component contains was washed. Among the preferred oil and fat dissolving components count, for example the known from the prior art polymers of phthalic acid and / or of terephthalic acid or of their derivatives, in particular polymers of ethylene terephthalates and / or polyethylene glycol terephthalates or anionic and / or nonionically modified derivatives of these. Especially preferred of these are the sulfonated derivatives of phthalic acid and the terephthalic acid polymers.

When used in automatic washing processes, it may be advantageous to add conventional foam inhibitors to the compositions. As foam inhibitors are, for example, soaps of natural or synthetic origin, which have a high proportion of C 18 -C 24 fatty acids. Suitable non-surfactant foam inhibitors are, for example, organopolysiloxanes and mixtures thereof with microfine, optionally silanized silica and paraffins, waxes, microcrystalline waxes and mixtures thereof with silanated silica or bistearylethylenediamide. It is also advantageous to use mixtures of different foam inhibitors, for example those of silicones, paraffins or waxes. The foam inhibitors, in particular silicone- and / or paraffin-containing foam inhibitors, are preferably bound to a granular, water-soluble or dispersible carrier substance. In particular, mixtures of paraffins and bistearylethylenediamides are preferred.
